Guest Reviews
- arben (10/5): - Great experience
- Hamed (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Walter H (10/5): - Close to Schonbrunn palace, they gave us a double room suite for three so it was quite spacious. Room had comfortable beds and lots of closet space. Complimentary breakfast was pretty crowded but a wide variety of choices. They were kind to store our bags as we explored the gardens. Checkin was straightforward.
- Dmitry (10/5): Highly recommend for Schönbrunn Palace visits - Great staff, location within 2 mins of palace, very clean and spacious for the price. Automatic blinds and Rituals toiletries a nice touch.
- Daniela (10/5): Great services | Great location | Great staff - We visited Quality hotel recently for leisure. We were nicely impressed by the customer service and more specifically from the receptionist Eva. She was extremely polite and provided excellent guidance and answers to all our queries. The hotel is well maintained and all areas are clean to a high standard. The location is great for getting to places. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely use it on my next trip to Vienna and highly recommend it.
- Marta (8/5): - They were very friendly and the condition of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffets, there were no variety in the food. The bartender was very friendly and very helpful about the area. The hotel manager Jarvier, very friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I would travel again to Vienna.
- Mark (10/5): - Close to Schoenbrunn Palace
- Luis (10/5): - The reception staff were very helpful.
Excellent breakfast and evening snacks at the bar.
Wifi on level six needs a booster as the connection keeps dropping and then reconnecting.
- sanja (6/5): - Property is dated in decor but clean. Staff friendly and willing to do anything you need. On-site parking available but expensive. Central location. We were on top floor so we had one of the awkward walls which were a little difficult to manoeuvre. Fridge in room didn’t work. Upon inquiry we were told it’s not really a fridge but a storage space. Was
Handy to have safe in room
- Midiana (10/5): - Best breakfast of my European vacation! We ate outside by the street, just lovely! Super close to transit and attractions. BUT Wifi didnt work in my room (403) ugh. Nor in my hall. Other reviews said this too before we came, so clearly they just arent addressing the issue. But if you are on vacation to disconnect and be in the moment, then this is the place. And the breakfast was superb!!!
- Miu Ling (8/5): - Overall is good especially for the staff (Mr Win) in the restaurant is very helpful and sincere.
- Maria (10/5): - Friendly, helpful staff
- Henry (10/5): - One of the top two hotels we ever stayed at. Very convenient to the U. Less than two blocks away. The staff was outstanding! Helped us many times on best way to meet up for a tour. Extremely helpful in finding a laundromat just down the street (5 minute walk). Short walk to the Schonbrunn Royal Palace. Several reasonably priced restaurants very close buy. Secure luggage room that we made us of. Easy to get to the old Vienna on the U.
- William (10/5): Schönbrunn Best Stay - Great location for Schönbrunn Palace which is why we chose it. Two blocks to Metro U4 station so you can go anywhere in town.
- Tanveer (4/5): - The Breakfast was terrible.....Side Lamps were on the head of the BED....
- A (2/5): - Not good hotel experience and won’t be booking again
- Gerhard (8/5): - Great convenience for reaching the center of Vienna
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We have booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. All three rooms were mentioned to be of „Business“ category. Each room costed 383 USD for two nights with breakfast. When we arrived we got 1 business room #221 (large and with the window in the bathroom) and 2 standard rooms #218 and #219. We were going to celebrate the birthday of our daughter and invited our relatives to Vienna. It was crucial for us to have all three rooms the same category and with breakfast. On the website of the hotel it was mentioned that business room has a maximum occupancy of 3 persons and it is 5 sq.m lager than a standard one. When we asked a person on reception to tell us why we got 3 different rooms but all for the same „business“ rate, we got an answer that all three rooms are business rooms and they have the same rate. After the argument that rooms are smaller and there is no any possibility to put a third person inspite of provided on website information that the occupancy of business room is three persons, we got an answer: „Sorry, but these rooms are treated as business not because of their size but because they have windows to the backyard and not to the street“
As a result we paid the same price for 3 different rooms, didn’t get any explanation or even excuse from the hotel staff, plus we found out that hotel provides false information on their website describubg the benefits the „business“ room comparing with „standard“ room.
- Semaj (8/5): - Two of my main concerns when booking reservations are that breakfast be included and a comfortable bed.
When we checked in there was some confusion regarding whether breakfast was included or not, but I provided my Expedia.com email confirmation which provided the staff with confirmation breakfast was to be included, which solved the breakfast issue.
I think the mattresses are well beyond there usefulness date. It's time to stop by Ikea and buy comfortable foam/memory foam mattresses and toss out the springs with barely any padding!
We had a nice stay, there were plenty of breakfast options, and we also took advantage of the, not over priced, on site parking, as well as the fitness center. The hotel is within walking distance to an underground station, which makes getting into city center a breeze.
- Silvia (8/5): - Nice hotel, close to transport facilities and short walking distance to Schoenbrunn Castle and Park
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel! I have stayed there many times in the past ten years. Never had any complaints.
- alice (8/5): - good location and nice guy reception desk. I think I’m going to visit again.
- Robert (10/5): Top of the Marriott - Good hotel we were last in so got a attic room was comfortable & large no view window
- mary ann (4/5): - Staff gave us wrong info and no help seeing Vienna. One man was good but he wasn’t there on weekends. Location is very out of the way except for the castle. Service was very mediocre. Would not stay there again.
- Harrison (4/5): Scammed on reservation - Reserved king bed. They gave us 2 little tiny kiddy beds. Ruined whole experience
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel but not in the center
Friendly staff , breakfast can be improved
Nice room and parking
- Shiv (8/5): - Hotel is neat & clean. Close to Palace. Staff is good. Breakfast is good. They have their own parking within the compound. Their server was down & there was no internet at all in hotel for 2 days.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A not so friendly breakfast ! - On the very first day upon our arrival, the reception desk couldn't find our reservation
for breakfast on the ordering sheet and asked me to transfer my ordering letter to the hotel email box which I did right away.
The following days, our group members were kept being asked by the same questions.Until the last day, we still had to explain to the staffs of our reservation. It's very annoying since we had a full reservation (hotels. com)during our staying and were constantly challenged by a suspious attitude. We were very disappointed by their service which gave us a rather unfriendly impression!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, warm staff, great breakfast , comfortable rooms.
- Mark (10/5): Excellent hotel for Schoenbrunn. - The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main entrance to Schoenbrunn, the park itself is closer and the Zoo about 15 minutes walk. It is possible to spend a few days in this wonderful complex and not see it all. The zoo is a must see especially if you have children who like animals.
The hotel itself is clean, we had both bath and shower facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well as the outside temperature was around 30c when we visited.
- Leslie (10/5): We had a fabulous trip - Excellent transit system fabulous shopping great food awesome people
- Kay (6/5): - breakfast options are very limited and is very reasonable no option for vegetarians.
- Cecilia (10/5): Nice hotel - The hotel did not disappoint. We arrived to the hotel from the main train station through the local metro station which was about two blocks away from the hotel. The neighborhood was quiet with nice with restaurants 2-3 blocks away.
Staff and overall hotel condition were very good.
Comfortable room, bed, toilet, shower, wifi, and air conditioning. Walking distance to Schonbrunner Palace. Also, there is a stop for the hop off hop on bus. Will recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good - Nice hotel .. good location , supermarket near by ... metro station also near by ... its worth the price
- Bobby (10/5): - Right at home.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - the lady at the front desk did not recognize that we had breakfast included even after I had showed her the mobile confirmation from Expedia. I had to call Expedia on international call and only after a long conversation directly with Expedia rep, the front desk lady agreed to accept that we had breakfast included. This reflects a poor hotel booking system and poor training of staff. It's a pity as the hotel has an excellent location next to the palace.
- Wing Chung (8/5): Good - I stayed in Courtyard many times in Vienna. Quite a nice hotel with good front desk staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location if you are visiting the Schoenbrunn Palace or its grounds.
- Kim (6/5): Hit and Miss - The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to spend time at Schloss Schoenbrunn but it is quite a distance to most other landmarks. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are lovely but the servicing of the rooms is a bit haphazard. Our floors were not vacuumed once while we were there (3 nights) and the coffee table and desk were not wiped over during our stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Close to subway. Close to Schonnbrun - Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good food if you are hungry. Staff speaks English which was a big help also.
- Theresa (8/5): City break - Good value for money
- sadiq (10/5): Excellent location. Nice room. Superb breakfast. - Excellent hotel. Breakfast was superb. The service at breakfast was great. Especially Ali was very courteous and helpful. However dinner service was less than satisfactory. Long wait and menu selection limited. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very good. Walking distance to the Schoenberg Palace and the green line metro station with easy connections to the city center and airport train. The internet was free and very efficient. Overall great hotel at a very reasonable price.
- Yuri (10/5): - Great location. 3 minutes by feet to subway and 15 mins by subway to City Centre. 5 minutes to Schönbrunn Palace and Park. Room is clean. Very good breakfast including smoked salmon. Especially want to mention great & delicious restaurant for the dinner. The most delicious tafelspitz that we found in Vienna in 6 days!!! Must to try if you are there. Very friendly staff. Especially, I want to thank the black waiter in restaurant (unfortunately, I don't remember his name).
Small note: in hot weather, ask for extra key-card on reception and leave it in slot when you are out. The air-condition might be not strong enough to cool down the room if it was switched out. Really minor issue that can be easily walked-around.
The hotel is not luxury, but the great and comfortable accommodation for the family trip.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent staff - From the minute we arrived we felt at home. Check in was a breeze, though not expected, we got help in booking a nice day trip to Salzburg. Service at the restaurant was very good !
- William (10/5): - Great experience
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent hotel, good location right next to palace and easy to find
- jon (6/5): Stay - Motel is close to palace you can easily catch subway and sight seeing buses not in the best neighborhood area is safe but not a lot of restaurants around
- Diane (10/5): Easy breezy in Vienna - Good location, nice staff
- Claudio (8/5): family trip - We had two rooms together with an inside door between both rooms, one block from Schönbrunn Palace
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rough for a Marriott property. Very outdated decor, peeling wallpaper, poor internet service.
- Lasse (8/5): Great hotel in a good location - The hotel is great for a weekend visit to Vienna. Close to the beautiful Schoenbrunn castle and easy underground access to the centre of Vienna.
Reception staff were lovely and really helpful, the bar staff less so but nothing too bad.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel for a weekends visit.
- Aleks (10/5): Very nice hotel - Clean, great service, 15 min work to Schönbrunn Palace
- Kyooyeon (10/5): - Staff was very kind, proactively offered what s/he can do for us.
Location is 5 min walk from u-bahn and 10 min bahn ride to city center where major attractions are.
Overall perfect service considering price.
- Joyce (8/5): Convenient location but no free wifi?! - Our room was great and the staff was kind but paying for room wifi was irritating. 4 euros per hour for wifi? Free in the lobby but....
- Erez (8/5): - It was fine, clean and convenient. I'm just a little annoyed that the wifi was advertised on the sire as free, wasn't - it was an additional £8 per 24hrs.
- Patrick (8/5): Surprisingly quiet room, good location. - Nice and quiet, parking garage is very tight. Great access to the schloss.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, a bit far from city center - My husband and I stayed here in December 2015. The hotel is nice, but a bit far from city center. It is about a 10 minute walk to Schoenbrunn Palace and about a 5 minute walk to the subway. The street the hotel is on is a bit shady as there is construction and not many places to eat at but it was still a quiet street. The hotel is clean with a nice bar and restaurant area. Wifi is not free unless you are in the lobby or a Marriott rewards member. The bathroom was small but clean.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Vienna hotel - Pros: Hotel easily accessed and very near Shoenbrunn Castle. Easy walking distance to U4 metro. Helpful staff. Rooms/bathrooms good size, clean, and comfortable. Cons: Even though the internet is free, we had to keep getting more password codes because they would run out of data. For families with multiple devices going, this was irritating. Views not awesome. Kind of a dingy street, but safe. Breakfast and parking not included and expensive if utilized.
- David (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great location, just a short walk to the Schoenbrunn Palace, but more important close to the underground transit making getting around to other city sights very easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Not a fancy neighborhood, but easy to get to and nice rooms and amenities.
- Barry&Gladys (10/5): Vienna in the Fall - The hotel was everything we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodations were what we needed, and the location was just right for our planned activities. I would like to expressly commend Maria at the front desk for going above and beyond. From scheduling taxis to finding our 'lost' rewards card, she solved our problems with a smile. Thanks, Maria, well done!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable hotel - Reasonable hotel. Reached at night and hotel staff was very friendly. Good hotel to stay for business. Did not use many of their facilities.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Next to Schönbrunn Palace, and the green line underground. Away from the City Center but yet easily accessible.
- Anne (10/5): Perfect for Schonbrunn - This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Only an easy 5-10 minute walk to Schonbrunn Palace and close to train station that goes into central Vienna. Hotel staff very friendly, lovely food in its restaurant.
- Austrian lover (8/5): Great location for all the sights - This is our second visit to Vienna and this hotel. We had a problem with our room and we were moved after one night. Breakfast choice is very good. Staff are very friendly particularly the bar staff
- trickyvon (8/5): Good base to explore Vienna - The hotel is a short walk from the metro and from Schoenbrunn Palace. It is very reasonably priced. We stayed there last year as a base to see the Christmas markets and returned last week to spend a week exploring the region. The reception staff were polite and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The waiters, Cisse and Ali both went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They were kind and helpful, showing a genuine interest in our plans and recommending places to see.
The rooms are needing a little updating as the carpet was a little worn, however the shower over the bath was excellent, the TV was large and of good quality, the bed was very comfortable.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast and again the staff were constantly replenishing the food.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Convenient location. Walking distance to the Schoenbrunn palace and the U-Bahn.
- Husein (10/5): Best hotel and great service - Me and my wife had a wonderful three nights stay. Breakfast was great as well as the staff at the hotel, especially Ali who was kind to serves us in the restaurant. Very close to Metro station and next to the Schonbrunn Castle. Planning to stay again once back in Vienna.
- William R. (8/5): - Well worth while.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nothing great. Quite a disappointment - Except for the location next to palace and zoo, nothing good about the hotel. It should be a two star at max.
- Kevin (10/5): - Excellent
- Matthew (10/5): Great stay. Great condition. Great service - I was there for less than 24 hours but had a great night sleep and the hotel is located very close to the Schonbrunn Palace!
- Nigel (6/5): Hotel is on a busy road but well soundproofed - We booked this hotel because it was relatively inexpensive and near to the Schonbrunn Palace and it's park. It is quite a way yo the centre but the station is close and trains very frequent. The road past the hotel is very busy and most of the rooms overlook the road. The building opposite is quite run down. The room was fine being quite large and soundproofed but air conditioning very noisy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to Royal Palace in Vienna. - We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Its close to the UBahn and Royal Palace. The room is comfortable, clean, and the staff is very helpful and nice. Our breakfast was not included but thats okay with us. The room does include coffee was which we enjoyed in the morning.
- Joshua (10/5): Great hotel near Schoenbrunn - We got the package with the free breakfast, wifi, and parking. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Parking was a little tight, but not out of line for Europe. The rooms were decent size, breakfast was good enough to get the package with it. Overall, a standard hotel, not really any flares, but it is clean, comfortable, and a friendly staff within a few minutes walk to Schönbrunn. Can't really go wrong with it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, Inexpensive, well located - Although the immediate neighborhood is not very appealing, the hotel is just down the street from the Imperial palace and only 2 blocks from the Metro - very easy to travel and sightsee. Just one train stop north is a great area full of shops and restaurants - the other direction takes you into downtown Vienna. The Metro has ticket machines where you can pay to ride - - however after a week, we realised that almost nobody else seems to pay to ride - they just walk down the steps and get on the trains! The room was very nice - - and the maid service was superb! Highly recommend this hotel - - be sure to use your Mariott rewards number to get the Free In-Room Wifi.
- omar (10/5): Close to the metro - Comfortable, very clean, quite, typical courtyard.
Internet is given in form of tickets/passwords you have to register daily. However, you can get extra from the fron desk.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Good hotel close to metro. - This hotel is close to Schoenbrrun palace and not in the centre, but due to the close proximity to the metro station we were able to access all attractions in vienna with no problems. The hotel was very good and I would recommend it to all friends and family. very good value for money. The room was booked for three adults but it was a little small to accomodate all of us. saying this we managed as we are all very small and the extra bed was more suitable for a child. The intrenet is free in the reception and bar area but there is a charge if you require it in your rooom. (8 euros for 24 hours) Tip- become a marriott rewards member online for free and then show your membership number. You will then have free internet in your room.
Breakfast was great with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
reception staff were very helpful and were willing to print boarding passes for us when we checked in online before leaving for no extra charge.
- JoeD (8/5): Courtyard by Marriott - Pleasant stay, excellant location.
Very helpful staff.
- Banu (10/5): Nice and cheapest hotel in whole Vienna!!! - Very close to the Schonbrunn Palace and underground train.
I will recommend if you want to save money in expensive city.
- Mary Anne (8/5): Perfectly adequate - A very comfortable stay. A metro station and the Schoenbrunn Palace were each about 2 blocks away. The front desk personnel were helpful and spoke good English. On the down side were few restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was nicely presented with a good selection, albeit a bit pricey. A laundromat was about 3 blocks away and it was clean.
- Dragan (10/5): Perfect location for business, easy access to subw - the hotel is fully up to my expectations for business travel.
- C (10/5): Approx. 10 min walking dis.to ent.of Schonbrunn - The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I found the staff helpful and polite. The breakfast was lovely and the cafe staff were very nice. The hotel is a short walk (approx. 15 min.) to the entrance gates of Schonbrunn Palace where you can also get the Hop on Hop off Tour Bus which will take you to other sights such as Belvedere Palace where Gustav Klimt's The Kiss is found and then back down to the Opera House which is in the inner district. There is also the U train station in the area. You can get tickets for the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus right on the bus.
There is a concert available in the evenings and tickets are also sold on the street. The entrance to the concert is even closer to the hotel than the gate of the palace.
Nice place to stay.
- KENDAL (8/5): Good value - Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. I recommend it.
- Janet (10/5): Advent Stay - We travelled to Vienna for the first time to visit our son and to visit the Christmas markets. The visit was very successful and the hotel was excellent value, location and service. Maybe spare pillows in the room, a bath and ability to open window for fresh air would have been the only improvements. The gift of chocolate, nuts and fruit for St Nicholas was very appreciated.
- Kent (8/5): Great hotel, but missing free room wifi - Very nice hotel, although the fact I had to pay for in-room wifi was annoying. They did offer free wifi in the lobby, but as I didn't have a calling plan for Europe, I wanted to make wifi phone calls from the comfort of my room, so that didn't meet my needs on its own. The breakfast was a little pricey, but they had plenty of options and it was quite good. The area was great -- lots of restaurants nearby, a fair walk to the Miedling trains, and practically next door to the Schönbrunn Palace! Overall a great stay -- I just wish the wifi was free in the room!
- Ed V (6/5): A GOOD AND BAD EXPERIENCE - The hotel is nice, clean and very much a walk away to Schoenbrun Palace, metro station and restaurant. Metro will only cause you 1.70EUero one way and Hop on hop off bus can tour your to the whole city. The only bad side of our experience was the lack of information by the staff on how the Hop On Hop Off bus work, timing and lots of thing. We wasted our 39.00Euro for nothing, as we did not see anything and did not even see the boat we were about to ride. Overall, Vienna is beautiful in so many ways.
- Gabor (8/5): Very good location close to U4 and Schönbrunn. - Veey goid hitel, with a friendly staff. On the bad side the rooms are a bit used and in slight need of renovation althoigh izs not critical yet.
- Bakar (10/5): Exelent - Exelent
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay was good and no free wifi - Stay was good.. no room service at hotel and no free wifi.. you have to buy wifi in 8 euro for 24hrs.. which is on higher side.. breakfast is also too expensive.. hotel is quite far from city center..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good value hotel close to castle and underground - Good value hotel but way too hot in the lobby, although that seemed to be a general feature in Vienna. Plenty of staff on front desk but thru need more in the bar area for anyone who can stand the heat!
- Elisabeth (8/5): Great location for business and pleasure - This hotel is convenient to the Schonbrunn Palace, the Embassy at which we needed to do some business, and a metro stop to take us to the sights we wanted to see. It's extremely quiet, breakfast is delicious and ample, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
- ANGIE (10/5): V GOOD all round service better than anticipated - V CLEAN, Always had clean fresh towels, even though towels were left hanging up to dry, far better quality & service throughout our 2 week stay, than at first anticipated. Breakfast was V GOOD & plenty of choice for all. LOVELY having a kettle & Iron in the room............ U _ Bahn (Underground just around the corner, only 5 stops for the heart of the CITY, Schonbrunn Palace only a stones throw away.....Would most definately return here again - EXCELLENT.........
- Tania (10/5): Great location, price and quality - We definitely got a great rate given the location and quality of the hotel. Even though the room was small, it had all the basics, cleanliness and extremely comfortable bed (single bed). Highly recommended. Also, very close to the U-Train (very convenient) and to the Schonbrunn Palace (beautiful).
- Verified traveler (10/5): Decent hotel at good price - Vrey close to schonnebrunnen palace and metro stop, 5 to 10 mins walk . Great price and value for money.
- pmdown (8/5): Not Enough - It was my second stay at this hotel. First time I used special economy price. This time I used business room for nights with Internet and breakfast included. Hotel location is great. Breakfast options are just too little for the price. I had to ask for new internet account almost every single day because it expires even if was for 5 days. Room was good and quite, but if it is on the street side of the hotel it is not quite and if it is on opposite side there is some smells from the kitchen obviously just under the window. There is no room service even for 2 sandwiches from the bar. House keeping just missed my room few times by 5 pm which is unacceptable too. My overall opinion is - if there is special price it is ok, for the full one it is just not enough.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great stay, furnished everything we needed and clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Exceptional - Had to stay an extra night in Vienna after we had some car issues on our trip. Because where we were staying was booked, we had to move hotels mid morning. Reception staff had a room available and gave it to us at 10am which was very helpful considering we had an 18 month old and 3.5 yr old traveling with us.
Gave us a room on the 6th (top) floor. Room was spacious. Hotel was right across the street from the Old Palace park and zoo. Could not have been better situated. In fact, since Vienna is a little spread out and you have to work the subway/tram/taxis to see everything anyway, I would recommend staying here over where we were the previous nights especially if traveling in the summer. Courtyard had A/C which was awesome because it was pretty warm in Vienna and we were sweating all night in the previous location which did not have air con. Subway was completely easy to use and there is a stop on the corner - 2 min walk away. 15 min from really anywhere downtown.
- Elisabeth (8/5): A Good place to stay - We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Shonbrunn Palace, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. Free breakfast and WiFi were also attractive. It was an easy 3-minute walk to the metro, and then just a few more minutes to city center.
- Kira (10/5): Nice hotel and closed to the center of the city. I - It takes 10 min to get to the center of the city by the subway which is a few min away from the hotel. We had a great stay and would defiantly recommend to our friends!!! The staff do the hotel was fantastic. Elena K was a great help with recommendations of site seeing and direction. She defiantly goes extra miles for hotel's guest. Thank you, Elena!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): More than expected - I stayed for 2 nights and I felt very comfortable. The room was spacious, nice pillow. But the best was the breakfast. They have everything you would like to eat. I will recommend it to my family and friends
