N5277IVnickb (10/5): Amazing!!!!!!!!!! - Better management and cleaner rooms and all maintenance done on a timely manner ever since it switched to Americas best from Howard Johnson and I would recommend coming here for short or long term for anyone and everyone.

MaryBeth (6/5): - The lobby is closed full time so there is no breakfast they advertise they have and the floor in the room is dirty. It needs to be moped with a clean mop. For the price it was what we needed which was a bed to sleep. The beds are nice and clean.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The front desk gentleman was great. The room was horrible. It smelted like an ashtray. I could not stand to be in the room. The cleaning lady was still cleaning rooms at 7:30 at night with a cigarette in her mouth. The front desk did change room which was a little better. They stated they had grab and go breakfast which both morning they did not have anything. I paid for two night almost the amount for a week. Would not recommend this place. Will not be going back.

Douglas (2/5): - I take this hotel because included breakfast...I stay 7 days and no coffe and only a bag with one cinnamon roll...that why today a moved to another hotel for the other week...and the AC dont feel any cold...I never will back to this place...Expedia have is good but that hotel is awful
Michelle (2/5): I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. - The room was not ready at check in time we had to wait 45 minutes after driving there from out of town the room was unsanitary the sheets was dirty with blood on them there flies in our room the outside environment felt unsafe save your money.

And rooms are remodeled and good size… Housekeeping is very accommodating and will help with your needs in regards to cleaning on your own, or asking for room service. All around a great staff
johndF7096CR (10/5): A great place to stay. - Good for long term stay. Quiet and a good area to stay. The best thing for me is that it pet friendly which is hard to find without a high cost. The manager, Liz, and her staff are great and respectful. They ensure a great stay and accommodating you as best as anyone can.
Jason (2/5): Horrible rooms. - I checked in a walked out. The room was disgusting, smelly, and I would not walk barefoot if you paid me. There was many homeless around the building. The bathroom was horrible. I immediately walked out and drove to another hotel. I didn’t even try to get a refund and I wish I had.
Dennis (4/5): What Hotel won’t let you have coffee until 7am? - No coffea available until 7am, when I mentioned to the desk clerk that I had to leave for work before 7am he said “I’ll see what I can do”, but when I went back up to the counter he said in a sarcastic frown “I didn’t mean now” and went back to reading his book. Add $5 to the cost of your daily room and a trip across 4 lanes of traffic to the Waffel Hous
