- Gabriela (1/5): Never again! - The pool looks nice. The staff was friendly. I would absolutely never go back to this place again. Our room smelled so bad from the minute we got there to the min we left. The smell just never went away even though they brought something to neutralize the smell, it maybe worked for an hour or two at most. What a horrible experience, I barely got any sleep because of it. The room was also very run down, scuff marks on the wall and doors. The tub was also weirdly large and deep and hard to get in and out of. We also thought we were getting a seaview balcony but we ended up looking into the hotel next door! I could go on and on but in short, no thanks!

- Martha (2/5): Never come bacck or recomended. - The room has a sea view. And the staff was very polite. My first room smells mouldy and very dirty. The wall needs paint, the headboard is dirty, the room is old, and you can see the air vents have big holes. If I stayed there, my asthma issues would increase. Therefore, they switched me to another room that was better. Unfortunately, I was able to listen to what the couple in the other room was saying, as if they were beside me; the water from the shower came out, and the full washroom got flooded, and that was, in my opinion, a health and safety issue. Also, the fact that we have to wash our own dishes, which I didn't dirty anything, was shocking after the price that they were charging.

- Cristina (9/5): Esperienza positiva a Cancun - Appartamento confortevole, attrezzato (sia in cucina che in bagno) e pulito. Letto king size comodo e con biancheria di buon livello. Due balconcini con vista piscina e soprattutto vista mare. Personale molto gentile e attento. Ho letto su altre recensioni che veniva proposto insistentemente l'acquisto della multiproprietà; forse perché italiani e a causa delle troppe ore di volo per poter essere una proposta appetibile, a noi non è successo. Spiaggia dell'Hotel carina. Traghetto per Isla de Mujeres da Playa Caracol a pochi minuti di distanza, così come il centro commerciale Chedraui per acquistare frutta, verdura e cibo in genere; altri negozi disponibili subito di fronte all'Hotel. Stazione dei taxi proprio di fronte (anche se abbiamo utilizzato Uber). Nella zona piscina/spiaggia la musica c'è tutto il giorno fino alle 21:00 e si sente anche dalle camere, avrei gradito almeno una fascia di silenzio dalle 14:00 alle 16:00.

Considero realmente ESPECTACULAR el hotel y sus hermosas habitaciones ,sin lugar a dudas ...nos vemos el año siguiente, GRACIAS Team Las personas que rentan las motos acuáticas Jet Ski ( cobran más por las fotos que por la renta de las mismas)

En DJ spelade så hög (dunka-dunka) musik, att flertalet (främst äldre) gäster behövde lämna poolområdet. När någon bad honom att sänka, så gjordes det bara lite grann och bara tills den pågående "låten" tog slut. Sedan tillbaks till samma orimligt höga volym. Men en annan DJ spelade bättre musik med normal ljudvolym.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre of Cancún’s hotel strip, making it very convenient for getting around. It’s close to shopping centres, restaurants, beaches, and popular clubs, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind, and the general facilities were well maintained. The hotel also felt safe and lively, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. Overall, the location and amenities were definite highlights of our stay. This is why we felt compelled to leave such a poor review. We arrived in the evening, completely exhausted after an 11‑hour flight from London. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the bed for the children in the sitting room had not been prepared, even though the booking was for four people. I went straight to reception to ask for this to be resolved, but no action was taken. Given how tired we were, I chose not to return again, as I felt the conversation might become unpleasant. As a result, my wife and the children slept in the bedroom, while I lay on the unprepared bed in the sitting room, covered only with towels. I assumed someone might come later to sort out the bed, but unfortunately, this never happened.

- Denitza (3/5): Disappointing experience. - The only good thing about this property is the location to the main strip. Very old dated hotel, feels like is about to fall apart. Humid rooms with bad AC, paint is falling off from the walls. Rocky beach with horrible access to the water and not enough sun beds for everyone. Staff do not care about the guests, nobody to help with luggage and basic things we have requested way in the advance.

Great proximity to the supermarket for food and booze. close to some cool restaurants. beach was not great but I think you can walk to a sandy beach (not sure if they were private or public though). Room was a little dated. Gym was sufficient but some of the equipment has seen better days.

Our very first trip to Cancun for 12 nights, and we will definitely come back. The resort was walkable to many businesses and fun parts of Cancun. We used the R1 and R2 often, as well as the Didi app. The resort is walkable to Chedraui, which had everything we needed. The check-in was seamless, the staffs were amazing, and we attended the presentation All of the crews were polite, emphatic, and kind. The customer service was excellent. I loved all their amenities, though we didn't use most of them because we were always on the go. We came so early at 8am, and we just took whatever room they had, which was. why we got the ground floor, and it was quite dated room. But hey, I am not blaming them cause we said whatever room they had. The only thing bad was you can hear is all the noise, and the worst was the noise from an tge hallway and most often upstairs, they were moving things or cleaning, good thing I had my earplugs. We were not able to try any of their restaurants because we were out of there early, We had breakfast during the presentation, oh wow, it was a lot, tons of selections at the buffet. I will come back here and highly recommend it for its location, amenities (I wish their pools were heated in winter), and excellent customer service.

The ocean views are beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the customer service was very disappointing. It felt like no one was willing to assist unless you were a member, which made the experience frustrating. Most of the activities and perks also seemed to be reserved only for members, leaving regular guests with limited options.

Supero mis expectativas. En los comentarios ya había leído que el hotel de al lado es muy ruidoso y es cierto, había música en vivo muy alta. Pero nosotros llevamos tapones de oídos y pudimos dormir bien. Es también cierto que algunas cosas ya se ven un poco viejas, pero eso tampoco nos molestó. La entrada a la playa no tiene arena, si no que la entrada al mar es con unas escaleras. También habíamos leído esto en los comentarios y tampoco nos molestó.

- Matteo (7/5): - Spacious studio apartments with many appliances and kitchenware. Unlike other reviewers, we really liked the beach: quiet, relaxing, crystal clear water. We also enjoyed the restaurant: good food, professional staff and relaxing atmosphere. The whole hotel and amenities are a bit old and need renovation. The first night, wife and I got several insect bites. We were worried there might be bedbugs or something in the room, so we brought it up to the property and they agreed to move us to a different unit. It was a stressful night but we appreciate the staff for trying to help.

Contrairement aux autres hôtels all inclusive, ici on ne se bat pas pour avoir un transat. - Le personnel fut assez réactif lorsque nous découvrîmes un champignon sur le plafond de la salle de bain : ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre similaire et nous ont offert du crémant. Quant aux affaires oubliées dans la chambre le matin, ils nous les ont mis de côté et nous avons pu les récupérer le soir même. - La salle de sport est petite mais bien équipée et propre. - Le parking extérieur est assez grand pour accueillir les voitures des clients. - L’hôtel est à taille plus humaine que les autres environnants, il est aussi loin des bars (donc calme) et proche de bons petits restaurants et d’un grand supermarché. - Le café et les bouteilles d’eau mis à disposition gratuitement tous les jours étaient particulièrement appréciables. - Dans la première chambre, l’humidité de la salle avait noirci le plafond et même engendré un champignon. - Dans la seconde chambre : la climatisation engendrait une pellicule d’eau sur tous les meubles et objets. Il était impossible de faire sécher une serviette ou un maillot de bain. - Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont très chers et pas très qualitatifs. - La climatisation à fond dans l’hôtel en permanence.

The bellmen Vicente, Rodrigo, Oscar, Diego, and Alejandro make sure everything goes smoothly for you. Rigoberto in housekeeping makes sure your room is impeccably clean. I highly recommend this property.

- Dale (9/5): Overall, decent value for the money. - Breakfast was good, both on the menu and at the buffet. The entire tub, tiles, and surround need robe replaced. There is only one sliding glass door for the shower, so water gets on the floor.
