• Andrew (8/5): The hotel provided all we needed. Good value for money clean and good staff. - Good location , quiet at night in hotel slippers provided and toothbrush and paste. Very clean and comfy bed. Facilities in room good including iron kettle hair dryer fan . Couldn’t open window and it was hot. Could not access bed from both sides. Would be difficult for less able person. Bathroom clean but tiny ,especially,shower for a larger person.

• Askild (9/5): Praktisk og rimeleg hotell sentralt i London - Veldig praktisk hotell å bu på når ein skal reisa tidleg vidare neste dag. Det er eit veldig fint område med mange bra pubar. Det er ingen nattklubbar der dog, alt stenger klokka 12.

• Lucía (10/5): Perfecto para 4 noches - La ubicación es excelente. La habitación estaba impecable y, aunque se ubica en el semisótano (algo común en Londres), contaba con ventana a un patio interior y no tenía olor a humedad. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el baño recién reformado y con extracción de aire. Además el hotel ofrece excelentes amenities de cortesía como zapatillas, set de baño, cepillo de dientes y dentífrico, algo que se agradece mucho. Como puntos a mejorar, la cama nos pareció demasiado blanda y algo pequeña para dos personas. El espacio en el dormitorio es bastante reducido, lo que dificulta un poco el movimiento si se viaja acompañado, pero por el precio pagado cumple perfectamente.

• Emily (5/5): Okay, but far better options available elsewhere - Staff were all super friendly, close to Paddington station & place was clean There is no bar or food available, not even a vending machine for water. Had to ask for a hairdryer- rather than being in the room. Room is extremely hot- no fan & couldn’t open window as on the ground floor. Bathroom is terrible, it looks like someone has installed a porta-loo in the bathroom- I’ve had larger bathrooms in caravans. Various bits of the room are broken & damaged. Wouldn’t say in its current form it worth the money we paid. Pics show damaged furniture, bad paint job on ceiling, small bathroom with broken sink & loose drain cover.

• Céline (10/5): Beau séjour - L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé à proximité des bus et de la station de métro de Paddington. Les chambres sont propres et les salles de bains exactement. Il y avait des nuisances sonores à cause de travaux sur la chaussée dès 8h le matin avec bruits de disqueuses et marteaux piqueurs.

Le lit était penché et bougeait beaucoup. J’avais peur des que je me tournait. Les escaliers pour accéder à la chambres sont très dangereux car plus on monte plus les marches sont étroites.

• Marina (7/5): És un hotel tranquil, ben connectat i que està bé per descansar, el nostre objectiu al viatjar. - No hi havia esmorzar, però estava ben connectat amb altres serveis (botigues, fleques, super mercats…). Es troba en una zona tranquil·la, pausada, silenciosa. L’hotel és molt petit, però s’hi està bé. Bé, l’espai és el que és, però és tot petit. Les escales eren estretes i els escalons estaven recoberts de moqueta, cosa que personalment no em sembla gaire còmode ni higiènic, però està prou bé. La nostra habitació era petita, la porta del lavabo tocava amb el llit, per exemple. També la porta no tocava del tot a terra i entrava la llum del passadís. Però hi vam estar bé, al final només estàvem a l’hotel per dormir.

• Denise (8/5): Good value for a short stay - Chose this property for location as visiting son nearby. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely staff and had everything as described. Bedding was comfy. Shower had good pressure and hot. It’s an old building so the stairs are steep and narrow so may cause difficulties for some people. Floor was not level in room 10. The room was on the third floor which was ok with a small case for one night.

• Joseph (3/5): Cheap but dont ever want to stay again and would rather pay a little more for a good night's sleep. - It was cheap The plug socket was at the end of the bed. There was a kettle but id have to go down 2 flights of stairs to a bathroom used by 6 other rooms to fill up. There was an iron with no ironing board. The bathroom was not cleaned systematically. The bed was hard and it was the worst night's sleep I have ever had.

There was a bit mess on the toilet seat. And the lights were not working the next morning. It was a kind of inconvenience since there’s no window to provide daylight.

• Sabina (5/5): - Klasické dvojlůžkové pokoje jsou umístěny v přízemí, přes které chodí všichni hosti, takže neustálý hluk za dveřmi. Matrace byly nepohodlné a křivé, celou noc jsem se převažovala na jednu stranu. A to nejhorší ze všeho byla koupelna o velikosti letadlové toalety, i vzhledově to tak vypadalo. Musely jsme si na 2 noci připlatit čtyřlůžkový pokoj, který už byl naprosto v pořádku a pohodlný, abychom se vyspaly. Takže za nás opravdu dvojlůžkový pokoj za tyto peníze v tomto hotelu OPRAVDU NE.

• Natasha (5/5): Not bad value for money, but significant improvements needed compared to nearby properties. - Excellent location with available parking and nearby shops. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in providing the information needed. The property was generally clean but quite worn down. The windows were old and cracked, letting in cold drafts from the top, so I had to turn the heating up fully as it was -3°C outside. The furniture and beds were also very old, and cleaning was not thorough, with socks left on the radiator and hair in the bathroom. There is no elevator, and the narrow, steep stairs to the third floor made carrying luggage difficult.
