Unhoused folks across the street every night, however they were harmless. One night youth were outside our window blasting music for over 20 minutes until I went downstairs and then the staff walked outside and the kids went away.

Die Lage des Hotels ist so, dass bestimmte (unlizensierte) Taxis dieses Hotel nicht so ohne Weiteres bzw. nur mit viel Umfahrungen anfahren können. Einige Bereiche der Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig (die Bäder verfügen bspw. nicht über leistungsfähige Abzüge, was zu Feuchtigkeitsschäden führt). Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng gestellt und recht überschaubar.

- Simone (9/5): Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, um Paris zu Fuss, mit dem Vélib Fahrrad, der Metro, Bus oder RER zu erkundigen. die Betten waren sehr bequem (auf der härteren Seite, aber wir können auf weichen Betten nicht gut schlafen). Die Kinder haben auf dem Schlafsofa ebenfalls gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war tadellos gereinigt und von der Grösse her grosszügig. Eine grosse Schublade bei der kleinen Küchenzeile hing schief, was etwas seltsam aussah, aber sie war noch funktionsfähig :-) Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker, der Frühstücksraum an sich dürfte etwas grösser sein (zwischen den Tischen/Stühlen ist es eher eng). Aber in Paris ist es auch in jedem Bistrot und jeder Brasserie tendenziell sehr eng :-) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ein guter Schlaf nach einem anstrengenden Tag sind - Das Bett war sehr angenehm, die Kissen und die Decke ebenfalls. Die Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck. Fast wie zuhause! Das Mobiliar im Hotelzimmer war etwas heruntergekommen, schlechter als für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Es gab auch nur eine Stuhl im Zimmer, obwohl es ein Doppelzimmer war. Des Weiteren gab es keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster im Bad zu öffnen und der Abzug war sehr schwach.

A localização é PERFEITA! Virando a esquina se vê o Louvre e a poucos min do hotel há diversas opções de transporte público. Fizemos tudo com muita facilidade. Já quero voltar 😊✨ Gostei de tudo!!!

- Gabriele (7/5): - Nice and friendly staff, excellent location. Breakfast is not really varied, although quality is really good. Our room was really big, but facing an inner courtyard: not really the nicest view. The noise of running water from the sinks of adjacent rooms was quite annoying, especially in the early morning. On a personal note I'd also say that charging 5€ for a small bottle of water at check out after a 4 nights stay at over 350€ a night was not really classy for a 4* hotel.

It's 5 minutes walk from louvre, half an hour walk from notre dame and an hour walk from champs elysees and eiffel tower. Lots of good restaurants and shopping outlets nearby. The staff was absolutely lovely both at the reception and at breakfast.

- Marianne Laegreid (5/5): Greit hotell, gode senger og ok frokost, men trodde det skulle være mer eksklusivt. - Ok frokost, men litt kaotisk med liten frokostsal. Mange ansatte som var klar for å hjelpe med å servere kaffe og lignende. Hotellet var sentralt. Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte i resepsjonen. Trodde vi fikk et stille rom med hage. Fikk et rom med vindu ut mot en bråkete gate. Rommet virket skittent. Våknet om natten av roping/skriking. Samt søppelbil som hentet glassboss. Hadde forventninger om et eksklusivt hotell med tanke på anmeldelsene vi leste før vi bestilte, så ble nok litt skuffet.

Tassen und Gläser wurden mitgenommen zum reinigen aber leider zurückgeben, daher konnten wir den letzten Tag die Kaffee Maschine nicht mehr nutzen .

Náš 1.pokoj byl hned vedle wellnes místnosti, takze jsme celou noc slysely šplouchat vodu z jacuzzy vany, zrejmě jak se automaticky cistila.

Colazione molto buona .Un ringraziamento speciale all’entusiasmo e simpatia di Sonia , Sergio ed al ragazzo che ci accoglieva al bar la sera di origini Bengalesi del quale non so il nome . I woul - The staff we super friendly, it was small and intimate, breakfast was delicious, the rooms were opulent and very clean and the location just behind the Louvre meant that Notre Dame, the Marais district, Louvre, Tuillieres and Palace were all a stones throw away. For sights further afield the Louvre Rivoli metro was 3 mins from the hotel next to a delicious pattiserie Bo & Mie. Fabulous location - gorgeous hotel. The only complaint we had was re room service. It was disappointing and was effectively an uber eats, cold and soggy chips and a very average sandwich. They would be better just having an uber eats selection if it is not cooked in-house as it was so disappointing. Normally one wouldn't order room service as there are so many lovely places to eat all around, but I was so tired and did not want to go out again.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade at check in, which made our stay even more special. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the reception team. They were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to sit with us and plan our entire stay. Based on the time we had, they thoughtfully suggested places to visit and helped us organize our days in the best way possible. Their warmth and professionalism truly made our trip better. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Honesty I liked everything about the hotel.
