- Inês (10/5): Very good decision! - Amazing location just next to the ski lift and equipment rental shop! Very warm, nice spa and it’s close to many services. It made a huge difference in our trip! The breakfast finishes at 10am and you must leave the restaurant because that’s when the staff has time off to eat in the same place. There should be a margin between to not rush the guests.

La limpieza de las habitaciones no era la de lo mejor, había pelos en la cama, y lo entendí cuando vi que un/una trabajador/a realizaba mas de 1 tarea, supongo que personal demasiado justo para el hotel, a pesar de ello destacar que la amabilidad de 11 sobre 10. El menú bufet de la cena muy poco nivel por tener 4 estrellas, esperaba más calidad, entrecot de risa de lo malo que estaba, y productos con calidad media/baja. El bufet de la mañana bien, dentro de lo normal

Estuvimos en régimen MP y desayuno y cena eran correctos. Mejorable con mas fruta y pescados y vegetales pero estaba bien ya que la comida que sirven es rica y hay opción de leche sin lactosa o vegetal. y mucha variedad de salsas o vinagretas para ensaladas. Y había opción de sopa o cremas de verduras y un cocinero sirviendo carne o pescado a la plancha al momento. La habitación era amplia y buen baño. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación triple, y sinceramente creo que es publicidad engañosa no enseñar todas las fotos de las habitaciones disponibles. Es decir, yo si me meto en las fotos de mi reserva se ve una habitación con unas ventanas normales y cuando entramos no había ventanas a la calle, sino ventanas de techo velux con las que he convivido muchos años y para mi son realmente agobiantes. Un Hotel lo que tiene que hacer es enseñar todas las fotos de todas las habitaciones disponibles y que luego te toque una u otra pero no enseñar ese tipo de fotos al final es estar engañando al cliente porque luego te metes en una habitación que no es lo que aparecen en las fotos y te llevas el gran chasco que me llevé yo. Y los ascensores son un horror porque son muy lentos y nosotros estábamos en el cuarto piso y el coche lo teníamos en el -2 y andar con las escalerasTodo el rato es bastante cansino. Pero la gran decepción es el tipo de cliente que parece ser va a este Hotel que muchos eran familias con niños como hemos ido nosotros pero gente súper maleducada que tocaban la puerta para molestar, y salir corriendo, andaban por los pasillos corriendo y chillando, en el comedor tiraban la comida al suelo, chillando y a empujones, que casi me tiran varias veces al suelo….. me ha sorprendido críos tan maleducados y que sus padres o tutores no dijeran nada y que tampoco al final nadie del Hotel les pegase un toque de atención que, donde yo vivo no pasan esas cosas porque no siempre el cliente tiene toda la razón, y si hay que llamar a la atención a alguien se hace. Al final la gente que solo queremos ir a pasar unos días en la nieve y estar tranquilos y parece que estás en un local abarrotado de gente maleducada pues resulta desesperante.

Doesn’t get any better than that. It’s a nicer basic family style hotel with a very good vibe. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Great dinners every night. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. To park inside is €24 a night

- PILAR TERESSE (9/5): A very comfortable and well-located stay with great amenities, perfect for mountain lovers. - We had a spacious, clean, and very cozy room with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast was delicious and complete, with fresh eggs and omelettes made to order—perfect before a ski day. On our second day, we got a parking spot for €24/day. Even after checkout, they kindly let us shower after skiing. The spa was included (we didn’t realize, but will definitely use it next time!). The hotel is very close to the gondola to the slopes and offers convenient ski lockers. One downside was that although the room had a coffee machine and some teas/infusions, there was no way to heat water. A kettle would have been a nice addition.

La habitación es amplia, las camas son muy cómodas y además hay una carta de cojines, se puede elegir más blando /duro o incluso ortopédico para zona cervical. El desayuno es súper bueno y variado con patés, embutidos de zona 0. También hacen huevos fritos, crepes, churros. El personal fue súper amable y atento. La entrada a tele cabina está al lado del hotel. Nosotros estuvimos muy contentos y volveremos sin duda! Todo está bien

It’s very dated, everything looks old. Main areas and lobby are not nice, rooms data, shower leaked and was super basic. The buffet was very poor quality food.

Breakfast was plenty as well. Good spa. Location is perfect. Room was cleaned completely every day, very satisfied. No downside really. In your room you could hear the other guests in the hallway or the next room. I think it´s how it´s build that you can hear it. Fortunately, my neighboors were quiet in the evening and morning, so that did not end up being an issue.

- Veronica Sardon (9/5): Muy buen hotel para ir a esquiar - La ubicación, con salida directa al telecabina, es fantástica. El hotel nos resultó comodísimo. Todo el personal fue siempre muy amable con nosotras. Es un detalle menor, pero vendría bien un poco más de luz en la habitación.

El hotel respondió satisfactoriamente. - Respuesta por parte de los responsables del hotel a la confusión ocurrida entre mi solicitud via mail, via coste del servicio y lo que al final tenia que abonar. La posibilidad de poder solicitar estancia via telefonica. Que no hubiera posibilidad de anulación (por seguro) en caso necesario. Y en la web la posibilidad de un seguro para anulaciones. Disonancia entre el buscador y el servicio directo...

The room was very nice and big. the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows. The dinner had too much meat, not good for vegetarians - there were other people who disliked meat.

- Serdalova (5/5): Normal oda rezerve ettik cari kati verildi 😡😡 - sadece restorantı beğendim Biz 3 kişilik oda rezerve ettik ve resimde göründüğü gibi değildi yani resimde normal oda vardı biz gitine bize çatı katı odası verildi ve çok küçük dışarısını bile göremiyorduk tavan okadar aşağıda ki eğilip yürüyorduk köşelerde... eşim kafasını vurdu kaç kere tavana hatta bir keresinde yatağın yanında lamba vardı üstüne düştü 😡😡😡...yani tek kelimeyle berbattı hiç beğenmedim hayal kırıklığı hiç Bi resme koymamışlar çatı katı resimleri sadece normal odalar var..asansör ler 2 tane ve hiç biri gelmiyor bekliyorsun saatlerce sinir bozucu. Odalarda esyalari zaten soylemeyim eski anneannemin zamanindan kalma😡 banyo falan berbat biraz tadilat gerek ve çatı kati odaları az paraya olması gerekli yani 850 € cok pahalı o bizim kaldığımız odaya pencere bile tavanda 😡😡😡😡 berbat... çocuklar vardı koridorda akşam vakti bağrışıyorlar kaçınıyorlar ..neyse tek kelimeyle berbat bir hotel
- Kristian (9/5): In overall we definitely recommend this hotel for other people. - Our family found this place very comfortable, convenient for families with small children. There have been a playground area, swimming pools .. The stuff was extremely helpful and Responsive. I found the food wasn’t that good as described.
