I want to give a special shoutout and thank you to Erdi, Samet, Ufuk, Mesut, and Ramazan for their exceptional service and for making the stay so memorable. On top of the amazing hospitality, the breakfast was SOOOO good definitely a highlight of the mornings. Highly recommend staying here! Everything was perfect!

• Oussama (1/5): - Rien c est catastrophique l’hôte est vraiment sale les sale de bain avec des champignons sur les mure l hôtel est ancien rien ne ressemble les photos le petit déjeuner nul J’ai été très déçu par mon séjour à l’hôtel Golden Age Taksim. Les chambres sont petites, mal entretenues, et il n’y a aucune tranquillité. Le personnel est impoli et bruyant : dès 7h du matin, ils parlent fort dans les couloirs, ce qui rend le repos impossible. La salle de bain est dans un état inacceptable, avec des traces de moisissures (champignons) sur les murs, ce qui pose un sérieux problème d’hygiène. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre. À part l’omelette, il n’y a pratiquement rien de correct. Ce n’est même pas un vrai buffet : on ne peut pas se servir soi-même, et on vous limite à une simple tranche de pain par personne. C’est franchement honteux. Le service est également défaillant. Quand vous appelez la réception pour demander quelque chose (comme du savon ou du gel douche), on vous répond que ça arrive tout de suite… mais rien ne vient. Autre point très inquiétant : les serviettes ne sont pas changées régulièrement et les draps étaient sales. C’est inacceptable pour un hôtel. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Méfiez-vous.

• Martin (9/5): Everything great except SPA - Overall great value for money, in close distance basically everywhere and very nice and helpful staff. the breakfast were nice and hotel room clean with comfy beds. We should have spa included which was also confirmed by the staff upon arrival that spa is open till 23:00 and it is included. It is stated also on information panel in the elevator. However, when we have arrived at 20:00 to SPA, the employee informed us that we have to pay as free entry was only until 18:00. it was really disappoint as we have planed our day not to miss evening sauna.

• Imran (10/5): Pleasant family stay in Golden Age Hotel - I would like to sincerely thank the team of Golden Age Hotel Istanbul for the excellent hospitality during my stay from March 22 to March 29. From the moment of arrival, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout the entire stay, the team was always ready to assist with any request in a prompt and courteous manner. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after busy days in the city. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, especially for those visiting the Taksim area, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transport options. Breakfast service was diverse and of good quality, offering a pleasant start to each day. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the hotel reflects a balance between comfort and functionality, which is highly appreciated for both business and leisure travelers. Jeden Tag frisches Wasser zu verfügung gestellt. Ein Willkommensgruss. Die zweischentür war schwirig um offen zu lassen auf einer seite. Aber das ist auch kein Problem.
• 622achilleasv (8/5): A pretty good experience! - I stayed at this hotel on a trip with my school from the 11th to the 15th of March. The hotel was pretty good! The room was spacious, really clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also really clean. The location is perfect. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only downsides were that most of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication really hard (no offense to them) and that the TV wasn't working even after I requested the remote control. Overall, it's a great hotel in a great city and country, and I would still definitely recommend it.

• Rowa (5/5): Price is good - Big Thanks goes to Zulal , she was very helpful and made sure everyday during breakfast that all the clients are good and happy in the hotel and she is very helpful and friendly and what ever you ask her she will try her best to help you out , And all staff whenever you need anything they will do it immediately and they have gave us 1 hour extra after the checkout timing. Their is a bad smell in the lobby , the food smell of the restaurant reached to the hotel rooms , needs to be more clean
