De locatie viel tegen, In theorie waren we maar een 6 a7 minuten van het centrum (met taxi die heel goedkoop is daar) maar door dagelijkse files was dit in werkelijkheid 20 minuten...

• Arkadii (9/5): - Один из лучших отелей в Ереване! Просторный красивый номер, удобные подушки и кровати! Есть хороший фен!!! - для меня это важно). Халаты и тапочки отличного качества. Одна проблема : на двоих два полотенца ( одно большое и маленькое), хотя в пятизвездном отеле в номере для двоих должно быть два комплекта по 5 полотенец.

• Lada (4/5): Стресс - В отеле хороший завтрак, хорошие матрасы и подушки, постельное белье, большая территория, вкусные рестораны Не понравился сервис, на ресепшен всегда очередь из за отсутствия сотрудников, это стресс для гостей и при заселении и при выезде. В номере вода в маленьких пластмассовых бутылках , для отеля 5 звёзд, это форс мажер. Нет полотенца для ног, сломанный сейф и обшарпанная мебель

• Leyla (3/5): For a day may be doable but not a 5 start and not worst a money I paid at all. - It’s same time good location inside of the park and close to the views of the city but same time it’s very hight up and almost impossible to go down and then up. Gonna use the taxi So much I didn’t like. First of all it’s not a 5 star hotel. Used to be but not anymore. All carpets in the stains same as wall and watermarks deep in the furniture. I stayed there 6 days and somehow not ones my bedding was changed. Missing towels. Didn’t refill water. Problems with the shower and etc There is a car wash under ur window and it worked 24/7!!! In the winter time u can’t adjust AC so it’s pretty stuffy inside so u have to keep opening and closing window none stop.

При бронировании я указала, что нужна кровать для ребенка, застеленная ДО приезда, так как заезд предполагался поздно вечером после долгого перелета и ждать совсем не хотелось. В итоге мой комментарий вызвал удивление у администратора, не читают сообщения. Также с меня взяли доп оплату за место, хотя было бронирование на 2 взр + 1 ребенок

• Ilona (10/5): einfach unvergesslich! - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel vom 06.01.-10.01.26 war einfach hervorragend. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – mitten im Herzen der Hauptstadt Jerewan, sodass alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das uns vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl gegeben hat, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Ein echtes Highlight ist die exklusive Bar, in der der beste Kaffee serviert wird, den ich je getrunken habe – ein Genuss, den man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen sollte. Ebenso beeindruckend ist der großzügige Spa- und Wellnessbereich, der pure Entspannung bietet. Ein absolutes Extra, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann, ist der hoteleigene Friseur: So perfekt wurden meine Haare noch nie gestylt! Ein rundum erstklassiges Hotel, das keine Wünsche offenlässt – ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Ilona & David
• Viktor (7/5): Хороший , но ждущий реновации отель - Хороший персонал , немного медленно на поселении, но старательно . Хороший массаж в спа, хороший хаммам . Чистые номера . Отель просит реновации. Старые халаты и полотенца. Неприятные запахи в душе, в спа. Общее ощущение «усталости». Неразбериха с возможностью оплаты услуг спа , некоторое недоверие клиентам .очень скользко у саун , травмоопасно.

Some interactions were outright impolite, and it felt like they had little to no concern for the guests’ needs or complaints. This significantly affected our overall experience. Also location wasn’t ideal , we had to take taxi rides for everything we did

• Faranak (1/5): Not worth the money - Nice view from the window For the start, this is not a 5-star hotel. If I wanted to be too generous I would say it’s a 4-star hotel but even the service is not for a 4-star hotel. We checked-in around 3 in the morning and we couldn’t sleep the whole night because all the staff/ cleaners etc were gathered in the lobby/ bar area and were speaking too loudly. We called the reception two times for that and they became quiet for a few minutes and started talking again!! We were in 2nd floor and we could hear them clearly! The furniture are not in their best condition. Coffee stains were all over the place, on the table, carpet, stains in toilet. Breakfast is not great, there aren’t many options. Staff are not professional or trained to work in hospitality. Location is alright, it’s near mother of Yerevan but you need to get a taxi for going to the centre or you can walk for about 45 min! The only ok thing was the nice view from our room, but that’s it. Overall, I’m absolutely disappointed and I don’t suggest wasting your money for this hotel.
• Amit (2/5): Poor service and even poorer management. - only Location Poor service and even poorer management. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room design is flawed (the basin water splashes everywhere), and they are incredibly stingy with drinking water, the room amenities are insufficient (only 2 small waters provided ),requiring constant follow-ups. for additional bottles of water. Breakfast was a struggle; the "live station" is hidden and the lone staff member was always missing. The "final straw" was check-out. Despite having small kids and a stroller, I was refused luggage assistance at 7 AM because they "had no staff." When I struggled down to the lobby myself, I saw two employees standing around chatting. If you want Marriott or Hilton standards, look elsewhere—this hotel does not deliver on its price point.

Our clothes literally smelled like sewerage ... very bad room and experience at this hotel
