- norah (9/5): كفندق وقربه من شارع الاستقلال مرره جميل.. الموظفين جداً خدومين ومبتسمين. كل شي كان جميل ماعدا انطباعنا الاول عند الوصول - المكان قريب من شارع الاستقلال اعجبني المكان الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين عند وصولي وصعودي للغرفه كان معنا الموظف. ولما فتح الباب حصل الغرفه غير نظيفه. واستبدلها لنا بغرفه 2 سرير فردي بعدين عدل السراير احدى موظفات الغرف لما طلبنا منها تنظيف الغرفه تعابير وجهها ونبرة صوتها الغير راضي فقط هذا اللي لاحظته

Katta Delüx odada 4 gece kaldık ve geceleri saat 01:00 den sabah 04:00 e kadar yüksek sesle telefonda görüntülü koridorda görüşme yapan saygısız düşüncesiz Araplarla dolu bir otel, bu yüzden kesinlikle uyku uyuyamadık ayrıca oda rezervasyonunu kahvaltı dahil satın almamıza rağmen maalesef gece uyumamıza izin verilmediği için sabahları geç uyandık ve kahvaltıya yetişemedik otel dışında paramızla kahvaltı etmek zorunda kaldık ve ayrıca kat koridoru geceleri buram buram sigara dumanı kokuyor çünkü odalarda içilmesi yasak olduğu için merdiven boşluğunda içiyorlar ve buda koridoru sarıyor asansörden çıkıp odaya girene kadar boğuluyorsunuz. Bu şikayetimi resepsiyona bildirmeme otel müdürü ile görüşme talep etmeme rağmen umursamadılar bile ve hiçbir şey yapılmadı hatta bir özür dahi dilenmedi , konaklamanın son günü biz yokken odaya meyve ve çerez tabağı yollamışlar kızgın olduğumuz için dokunmadık. Bir daha kesinlikle hiç bir Elite World otelinde konaklama yapmayacağız.

- Cem (8/5): Een top verblijf op een toplocatie met vriendelijk personeel. - Top verblijf gehad! De locatie was echt top, alles was makkelijk bereikbaar en na 1 minuut lopen zat je midden in de sfeer van de stad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en dacht echt met ons mee tijdens het verblijf. Samen met mijn zoon enorm genoten. Zeker een hotel waar ik graag nog eens terugkom!
- muna (5/5): كانت اقامه جيدة مريحة امنه - موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا سهل التنقل قريب من شارع تقسيم امن حيوي مناسب جدا للعائلات فيما يخص الافطار كان متنوع و جيد. الشارع قريب من المطاعم وسهل الحصول على وسائل المواصلات هادئ و مريح . موظفي الفندق لم يكونوا على قدر عالي من التعاون وهذا الشي لم يعجبني وفي حال الحجز تاكدوا من اضافه عدد الاشخاص في الغرفه كي لاتقعوا بنفس غلطتنا حيث كنا شخصين والحجز لشخصين ودفعنا مبلغ اضافي عند الوصول

- Samo84 (10/5): Excellent 12-Night Stay with Fantastic Amenities - Our 12-night stay was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around. Every area was kept very clean, including the rooms and the impressive wellness facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed using the sauna, swimming pool, hammam, and gym. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. We would definitely stay here again. The only area that needs more attention is the sound isolation. We could clearly hear when someone was using the shower in a neighboring room, which was a bit disruptive. Aside from that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Διαθέτει άνετα δωμάτια, το πρωϊνό είναι αξιοπρεπέστατο, η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού άμεση, με διάθεση και χαμόγελο. Τέλος η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για έναν τουρίστα ώστε να κινηθεί άνετα προς κάθε σημείο ενδιαφέροντος. Δεν διαπίστωσα κάτι που να μην μου αρέσει.
- Yasmin (4/5): Worst stay I've had at a hotel in Istanbul - The location was very central and easily walkable. During my stay in April, the hotel had not yet switched to air conditioning, and my room on the 11th floor was extremely hot. Someone even offered me a bucket of ice to cool off, which I found infuriating and unhelpful. After several complaints, they finally offered to move me to a room on the 6th floor that had a window I could open. The rooms were outdated, and the cleanliness was disappointing.

- Ibrahim (9/5): موقع ونظافة الفندق يستحق له الزيارة . - يقع الفندق في تقسيم بالقرب من جميع الخدمات ، منطقة نظيفة وهادئة عن الازعاج ، يبعد دقائق بسيطة من جامع تقسيم وشارع الاستقلال ، كما يمكنك المشي سيراً على الأقدام من الأماكن السياحية. يوجد ازعاج من قبل موظفي التنظيف في الفترة الصباحية ، ويكون صوتهم عالي في المررات المؤدية إلى الغرف ، ينبغي عليهم الحديث بهدوء كون بعض الزوار نائمين وهذا الصوت يكون مزعج، كما يقوم أحد الموظفين في الفترة الصباحية كذلك بضرب الغرف الفندق لأجل توفير علب ماء شرب، من المفترض أن تتم هذه الخدمة عند تنظيف الغرف .

- Grigor Perikhanov (3/5): - Location temperature in room #1914 (which was given to us) was too high to spent even 5 minutes. air cooling system not working. NO openable window. NO balcony. spent one hour ( from 11 pm) in lobby, waiting for technician to close conditioning system totally and make getting air from outdoor. ( information from reception team). during the day went twice to reption - they said problem will be fixed later, soon and etc. Also they said that they will be able to provide another room tomorrow if any available. but no solution and option how to spend and sleep tonight. it was really impossible to spend in room few minutes i was afraid nothing to happen if we sleep in this room that night. i even asked to come to the room but reception staff said they know that its too hot there and there is no openable window. it was already 00.45 am 24 Apr and we are sitting in lobby and waiting for i dont know what. Finally a guest came , checked in and in 15 minutes came back and cancelled his stay. reception staff gave us new room and we entered about 1am.
- Dmitriy (5/5): - Холодильник закрыт на ключ. Попросил по телефону открыть - сказали нужен депозит 100 долларов. Я согласился, но тогда сказали «спуститесь на рецепшн и заплатите». Это даже и близко не 5 звезд. Максимум 3 звезды. Задержали заселение - заселили позже 14:00, при этом ничего не компенсировав. Кондиционер не работал (ни на тепло, ни на холод) - пои этом также никто не предупредил и не извинился. Нет халатов. Не работает смартТВ. Завтрак плохой (нет банальных глазуньи, скрэмбла, омлета; нет каши никакой). Из еды можно выбрать только ассортимент хлеба, оливки и сыра. Жили в 5 звезд, а ходили завтракать в средние рестораны.

- Dmitriy (5/5): - Удобная кровать и локация. Неплохой вид из окна. Это даже и близко не 5 звезд. Максимум 3 звезды. Задержали заселение - заселили позже 14:00, при этом ничего не компенсировав. В номере грязно - находили следы проживания предыдущих гостей, грязные одноразовые тапочки, фильтр от сигареты, мусор под столом. Окон нет, невозможно проветрить, духота страшная. Кондиционер не работал (ни на тепло, ни на холод) - пои этом также никто не предупредил и не извинился. Жили в полулюксе - нет халатов. Не работает смартТВ. Завтрак плохой (нет банальных глазуньи, скрэмбла, омлета; нет каши никакой). Из еды можно выбрать только ассортимент хлеба, оливки и сыр.

An example is that when we asked how to get to the Spice Market on a Sunday, we were told by several staffs that it was closed on a Sunday. Really, how is that possible???? A tourist place closed on a Sunday???

- Fiona (8/5): Beautiful hotel in a great location - The hotel was beautiful and a very short walk from Taksim square and Istiklal Avenue. The breakfast was delightful too. No air conditioning (AC). Our room was very warm throughout our stay with windows that could not be opened. This made our sleeps and time in the room very uncomfortable. We were told an engineer would come to have a look on the first night, but nobody came to fix it during our stay. Would stay again if given a room with AC or a window that could be opened.

- Assma (7/5): The stay was good except the balcony issue faced - The location was really good with Taksim square and Istikal street just a walk away The room balconies are too close that if someone smokes the next door and if you have kept your balcony door open at nite you are sure to have a good time coughing out and noisy too esp if you have people who want to have night talks in balcony not considering about people staying next door

- Marina (9/5): Наше впечатление о проживании самое благоприятное. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям. И сами ещё в - Отель прекрасно и очень удобно расположен. Персонал доброжелательный, готовый помочь и любезный, причём абсолютно весь, на всех уровнях. Прекрасные завтраки. Комфортные номера с отличным видом. Соотношение цена/качество великолепное! Попытки отрегулировать кондиционер не были успешными. Ночью было жарковато. Но проблема решилась выключением кондиционера и открытым окном.
- Mert (7/5): - Wahr sehr überraschend wunderschönes Hotel Mit Arbeiter wahren sehr freundlich, Zu erst gabs Probleme am ersten Tag Zimmer hatte kein Fenster keine Klima war zu heiß man könnte nicht schlafen, Tag darauf wurde mir der Zimmer getauscht, Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
- Oliver (10/5): Top - Die Zentrale Lage zu Taksim. Super freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Zimmer was preis-leistungstechnisch top war. Die Unterkunft an sich ist Top. Genervt haben die Taxi-Fahrer vor dem Hotel. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nicht.
