• Ramon Schaeffer (4/5): Não voltaria e nem indicaria. - Localização é muito boa e o hotel tem uma limpeza ok. Cama bem ruim e desconfortável. Toda noite a dor nas costas era certa. O banho também nao é prazeroso. Chuveiro baixo, área de banho super apertada e desconfortável.
• Ada (9/5): A god and centrally located hotel - This a well located boutique hotel. The area is super safe and you can find restaurants and shops just walking around. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. I was given a connecting room and my neighbors were noisy. Their alarm clock was set at 6 a.m. Suggest you to make sure you are not allocated a connecting room.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y muy cómodas las habitaciones. Si volvemos a Mendoza seguramente nos volveremos a alojar allí. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado

Eso no está tan bien. Deberían ya estar actualizados con este tema. Ducha, el agua sale fria y caliente en forma intermitente. Me informaron en recepción que es un tema que están tratando de resolver.

Front desk was very helpful in assisting us with local Spanish tour issues which was invaluable. If u are looking for authentic local helpful lodging this is it. • cristian (9/5): Muy buena experiencia, ideal para viaje de negocios o vacaciones - La ubicación es perfecta, justo donde necesitaba estar, ni siquiera tuve la necesidad de utilizar el auto, todo estaba cerca. El servicio de SPA también muy simple de acceder y cómodo. Creo que podrían vender café o algunas cosas simples para comer dentro del hotel. De todos modos, cerca hay de todo para salir a cenar y comprar así que es lo de menos.

Inclusive, conseguimos antecipar o check-in, o que fez toda a diferença, já que nosso voo chegou bem cedo e pudemos descansar melhor. A piscina é uma delícia — foi uma pena não termos tido tempo de usar a academia! Com certeza voltaremos. Gostei de tudo.

• Lauren Paige (1/5): NOT 4 STARS in ANY WAY - the breakfast was decent and what i thought i should get, and the cleaning staff respected my space. the location was okay but it was under construction and many ride shares could not access the area from road closures NOT 4 STARS!!!, an any way 1. the hotel asked if i needed anything. i asked about an airport transfer and they told me it would be 80 USD when the typical price is like 12 USD. It was late on a holiday so i can understand it would be a little more, but they didnt even tell me that there were other options. i was in the us and didnt know the area or culture around christmas time and instead of being helpful they decided to give me 1 option and leave it at that. i managed to figure it out when i got there for $18 USD so they were being greedy and ultimately unhelpful for a paying guest. NOW they are denying they did this even though i have it 2. When i arrived at the hotel they checked me in and converted USD to ASD at the 'government rate'. This was incorrect as their hotel had a clear price in ASD that showed $655,446. Instead of just charging me that, which every other hotel did, they decided to take the *estimated* USD rate of $451 and use their own 'government conversion' (highly inflated) to say i actually owed and extra 29 US which ended up showing up on my credit card. Bottom line they did not charge in the pesos they should have. they converted an estimated USD price to pesos that never needed to happen. they should have just charged pesos. they refused to aknowlege this, told me multiple times it was MY bank and credit card, then also refused to adjust it when i showed clear documentation of the quoted 'what you will pay' price in pesos as well as the amount was not my credit card, it was their own personal inflation. i will be makeing a charge back to my credit card for the extra money games as well as continuing to give negative reviews of how this was handled 3. Walls are super thin you can hear everything from everyone on a given floor 4. the hotel is in terrible stape. the stucco is peeling and there are exterior cracks that are an obvious problem for mold and mildew coming into the walls.

• Juan Pablo (9/5): Hotel agradable y bien ubicado - El desayuno y la pileta El aire acondicionado, es integral y muy pobre en su caudal de aire, lo que provoca que al llegar con la habitación muy caldeada, se demore excesivamente en enfriarla, y encima se corta cada vez que abandonas la habitación al sacar la tarjeta. Pero luego de un tiempo (largo) termina enfriando bien, siempre y cuando permanezcas lo suficiente.

Comfortable bed. The hotel offers free flow of drinkable water. A few things in the room were broken (window shutter, wardrobe door, safe) and the hotel staff was not able to fix all of them. The air conditioning vents are pointed towards the bed, and the wind blows directly on us.

• gevans3 (10/5): Location. Service. Comfort. People. The Perfect Combination. - This boutique hotel delivers more than a boutique experience. It was our base of operations for five days in Mendoza as we explored a number of wineries in the region and it was a wonderful place to come home to each day. Clean. Comfortable. Well appointed (sauna and a pool…the hot tub was closed for the off season). Great neighborhood (steps away from restaurants, cafes, shopping, a number of gorgeous plazas…wow. Parking (offsite but a half-block away). A great little breakfast restaurant (included) to start every day. And most importantly, GREAT people and service. Emilia, Augustine, Daniel and Marco went out of their way making us feel special, whether it was facilitating our stay and visit, exchanging currency on a daily basis and answering our dumb questions, getting me hot water at 5 AM for the home roast Panamanian coffee I always travel with or doing a quick fix when my wife accidentally locked us out of our room’s safe, they were with us every step of the way and ready with a quick greeting or longer, welcome, warm conversation. You simply can’t ask for more. You can feel that it is a passion for them making your stay as good as it can be. Thank you Villaggio. We will be back.
