As instalações são bem velhas, nada é novo, tem aspecto de antigo, no meu quarto não tinha box, era um chuveiro com banheira, super frio e desconfortável, eu fiquei bem decepcionada em ser um Mandarin.

We're family from Indonesia and this is our first time in Prague. The staffs at MO Progue were so efficient and helpful in giving us advice on the hotel as well as city of Prague using MO Apps chats. I found MO's App to be very powerful engagement tool with their loyal members. When we arrived at MO Prague, to my (pleasant) surprise, we were personally greeted and welcomed by Mr. Thijs de Boer himself! What an honor. Despite Mr. de Boer's very busy schedule, he graciously shared his valuable time in meeting us. The check-in process was very smooth, efficient, and thorough by Mr Shaheer. He was so kind in escorting my family to our rooms. Sincere appreciation to Mr Yuri Veshdel who was always so kind in assisting us during our 3-night stay, and he generously upgraded us to beautiful suites! The dining experience was awesome too! I am sorry I forget to ask his name, but the male staff who came from Mexico was always delivered our breakfast orders correctly! My wife was also very happy with her back massage by a very experienced female therapist at The Spa. Our trip was concluded perfectly by Mr. Emir Under. Mr. Emir was so efficient and yet thorough in explaining all the invoice details, and his caring remarks made us want to stay longer at the hotel! In short, MO Prague Team is truly a cohesive team, and everyone "elegantly races" to ensure all hotel guests are beyond satisfied, and at the same time make us feel at home (away from home). Great service culture indeed. Truly deserves a 6-Star status!

The hotel is just out of the craziness of all the tourists but close enough to walk to all the attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Would also like to say thank you to Jan who looked after us while we were waiting to head to the airport, its these times that make this hotel what it is. If you are heading for Prague I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The rooms, restaurant and general decor were gorgeous but it was the service throughout that really impressed us. Reception staff at check in, the Concierge advice about sightseeing, breakfast service staff and the restaurant staff at dinner were all so friendly and helpful. The main stand out was Zdenek who was extremely helpful when our flight was cancelled and I asked for a late check out. He was a star! We also loved the location of the Hotel, perfect for walking up to the Castle as well close to the Charles Bridge and not far at all from the Astronomical Clock. It was central, yet also a haven from the hustle and bustle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel and would love to return one day.

Die Vorspeisen waren ausgezeichnet, aber von den drei Hauptgerichten waren zwei ungenießbar. Diese wurden uns nicht in Rechnung gestellt, wofür wir dankbar sind. Die an der Rezeption versprochenen köstlichen Churros wurden ebenfalls nicht serviert. Die Kinder waren enttäuscht. mbrnardic (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I do travel frequently, staying in 5 star hotels. Mandarin Oriental is above and beyond. Prague is my favourite city in the world, and every time I visit I stay in a 5 star hotel, but this was the first time in MO, and it was more than I could have imagined. The reason for the stay is to celebrate my 40th birthday, so you can imagine I wanted it to be special and memorable. Colleagues at the hotel couldn't do enough. From the warm welcome offering a rosehip teas and warm towels to clean our hands at arrival, to a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake waiting in the room, to an upgrade, another birthday surprise at breakfast, then dinner. Even attention to details like tying the charger cables with an MO logo velcro. The room was incredible; spacious, immaculate, and with an incredible terrace and a view. To me, a hotel room is only as good as the bathroom, and this one was perfect. I also used the sauna, and I have to say it was immaculate. I haven't used the gym, but I had a look at it, and it was superbly equipped. An extra touch was a gentleman giving us a tour of the hotel upon arrival. Spa centre looked incredible, plus it was voted as the best spa centre in Czech Republic. Breakfast - simply the best I have ever had in a hotel, plus colleagues working there were incredibly attentive and kind (special mention to Sue; apologies if the spelling of the name is incorrect.) As mentioned, I am a frequent visitor to Prague, but I feel like I have almost rediscovered it with this stay. I wanted my birthday stay to be a memorable experience, and it was more than I have hoped for. Next time I am in Prague, of course I will only ever stay in MO. Regards to all the colleagues working in this hotel as they have all gone above and beyond. There are 5 star hotels, and then there is MO in Prague. Until next time.
O6800RPpeterr (10/5): Outstanding stay at MO Prague - We had a wonderful three-night stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making it feel like nothing was too much trouble. We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight and were already at the hotel by 9 a.m., yet they checked us in straight away. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The à la carte breakfast was excellent and definitely worth mentioning, as was the restaurant staff, who were consistently friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little gifts left during turndown were a lovely touch. The hotel is in a quiet, safe area surrounded by beautiful shops, restaurants, and parks, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On the day of our departure, with a 5 a.m. flight, they even prepared breakfast for us to take along. All things considered, MO is hands down the best hotel in Prague. We’re already planning our next visit.

First time staying at an MO and joined their member program, which got my daughter and I free breakfast daily, what a treat. Sometimes we didn’t need lunch bc the breakfast was so good. BCKC826 (10/5): Fantastic Christmas stay - We have just had the most fantastic Christmas stay. The hotel is situated on the castle side of the river so it is quieter but it is ideally situated that most important sites and attractions are within an easy walk. The premises is wonderful and captures its historic heritage and combines it with cosy , comfortable and modern hotel facilities. You then combine all of that with the amazing staff and you have a fantastic hotel. On top of that you also have a brilliant restaurant , Monastiq, that offers Czech inspired excellent dishes on the main menu and a wider selection good food and drinks on the bar menu. We must mention the Christmas Eve dinner that focused on traditional Czech dishes. It was wonderful.

From our arrival to our departure, everything about our experience was world class and reflected the beauty of this extraordinary hotel. Located in the heart of the Lesser Quarter, it is somehow part of the excitement of this most interesting city yet an oasis of peace amid all its bustle. The formerly monks’ cloister, beautifully restored, affords an old world charm of vaulted ceilings, elegant hallways and peaceful, pretty courtyards as lovely as though we had travelled to another century- but still very clean and modern.. The bar was both charming and intimate and a pleasing way to relax after exploring the charming and quaint cobblestoned streets of Prague. The breakfast buffet, superb! An elegant combination of local ingredients and international favorites served with such service as only makes mornings feel special, turning them into a wonderful dream. One of the fine highlights of our stay was Tony, the Mandarin Oriental ‘s driver who met us at the airport and drove us from baggage claim to the hotel with such warmth and humor and an incredible list of insider tips and advice for enhancing our stay, that were invaluable. His tips are what made our stay extraordinary. When it came time to leave for Vienna, we were so pleased to have booked our driver, Tony, once again to the train station. His professionalism, kindness and familiarity with this most wonderful city made our travelling, both to and from, effortless. The hotel is an oasis in the area below Prague castle, nestled away in a historic site that was once a monastery. Our king garden view room was spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable. Most impressive was the level of service from everyone at the hotel - reception, concierge, bar staff and the bell team. We had dinner reservations in Old Town but after full days of walking we asked the concierge to assist with reservations closer to the hotel. He came through with two amazing recommendations and even coordinated with the restaurant to ensure we had a lovely table. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your Prague visit.

It was set in a quiet area, but it was about a five minute walk to the Main Street and the Charles bridge. That gave access to the entire city both ways. The hotel felt relaxed in a relatively busy city. The spa was grand and the staff there were very nice. Along with the standard throughout the hotel. APawn entry we were upgraded into a very big suite which was very kind and it was an incredible room. it is definitely worth the price. And would stay here again.

Prague is a wonderful walking city and the MO is in the ideal location in a quiet area but within minutes of all the action. Just a couple minute walk to the St Charles bridge and dozens of restaurants and shopping. Service was impeccable. The suite was beyond gorgeous with lots of room. Food was excellent. The Concierge was very helpful organizing different tours for us. I would definitely go back to this property without hesitation and recommend it highly.

Even before we arrived to the hotel, we were shown great hospitality just during the hotel transfer. Our driver gave us a mini tour as we drove to the hotel and also gave us travel tips. The breakfast buffet is standard but with many choices. They also have ready-to-order items on the menu and extra a-la-carte items. The chocolate welcome gift was great! We also received a bottle of champagne. Though we are not drinkers but greatly appreciated it. Our room was large and very quiet despite being near the street. Hotel is also conveniently right by a tram station and makes for easy traveling, especially since it was our first time in Prague.

One of the most remarkable things was the hotel's natural coolness. Even as the temperature outside soared to nearly 36 degrees Celsius, our room remained a consistently comfortable 23 or 24 degrees without any need for air conditioning. This allowed us to enjoy a perfectly restful night's sleep, which was a true luxury. The location is superb for exploring the city while also providing a tranquil escape. Nestled in a very safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by embassies, it's just a short walk to the famous John Lennon Wall. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a vast and delicious selection of high-quality food that was a delight to wake up to each morning. Finally, I must give a special thank you to the staff member who served us during breakfast. Their service was truly outstanding—attentive, warm, and personal. khmz1213 (10/5): Relaxing stay - Not my first stay in Prague but the first time staying at MO. As other reviewers have stated, it is the staff who make it special. The hotel was formerly a monastery and its history makes the rooms unique. The welcoming prosecco and chocolates set the tone. We enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast as a solid start to the day. One late evening we gave room service a try and it was well done. The concierge gave excellent recommendations for dinner and an evening cathedral concert. My advice would be to avoid the first floor. The grounds are bi-level and so even being 1 floor up we were at ground level. Outside our window 1 meter was a round object that staff had to attend to in the afternoon. I like to keep my curtains open for natural light but kept them closed after that. MO has an app that incorporates a chat feature. I appreciated the prompt replies. The bed is comfortable but the pillows went flat when lying on them. MO provided additional pillows on request and that was perfect. They have 2 power adapters in the room. Bottles of water provided daily. They don’t have reusable caps so not as handy to take on walks about the city. The location is ideal for proximity to Prague castle, Charles bridge yet in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds.

The selection of food in breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, the kitchen is a separate gastronomic masterpiece, everywhere is clean and cozy. I come back here like home and every time I am happy to be here And I return to the kitchen - you will not find a better one anywhere in Prague !! From early check-in to room upgrade, welcome drinks and amenities, everything was perfect. The only thing that I would give 4-stars (instead of five) was the breakfast. Not only because I proposed to my now fiancé and she said yes but the staff at MO Prague made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful and in the most incredible location but it is your team who make MO Prague a truly magical space. Special thanks to Alejandro who answered all of my questions before we arrived and ensure my proposal we kept a secret until the perfect moment. 70gregh (10/5): Wonderful property, very helpful staff - We arrived one day late, due to weather in the USA, and the hotel insisted on charging us for the missed night, which was very disappointing. However, once we arrived, they did the best they could to assist us, since our luggage did not arrive until the night before our departure. The concierge and front desk staff were most helpful in tracking our missing bags, and providing us with some basic items we did not have, and even the restaurant manager bought us a free drink our first night since word of our problems had spread. I do really wish the management had been more understanding and not charged us for the missed night, but property itself was very nice and we were pleased with our stay.

Secluded, but right in the heart of the city. The concierge arranged a last-minute boat trip for us and arranged all the food and wine we enjoyed on the boat. During our visit we ate in the outside restaurant, ordered room service, had breakfast both days inside the restaurant, had drinks in the bar, and enjoyed the sandwiches and snacks that were arranged for our boat trip. The food was incredible, and the service was perfect in the many areas of the hotel that we experienced! From the people at the front desk that greeted us to the wonderful people that helped with our luggage and welcomed our tour guides that picked us up and brought us back, I could not have been more impressed!
