• Elaine (8/5): Yes to Rome - The room was clean but quite an unusual shape that made storing two suitcases quite difficult. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower was on the small side. There was always plenty hot water. The position of the hotel was fantastic for the main railway station. There were no obvious bar facilities in the hotel but plenty restaurants close by.

It happened to be quite cool when I was there and I would have loved a toastier bed. Otherwise, it was an absolutely perfect stay!

Also the walls were paperthin anytime someone came back to their room. We could hear everything. This is a perfect hotel if you are catching an early flight and need to be on the train early I don’t think I would stay here for an extended period of time for comfort reasons.

• Meir Vazana (2/5): Not hotel - This place is NOT hotel it’s a guest house similar to what you will find in India and Bangladesh. The price should be no more than 30€ per night. Giuseppe in the reception was very helpful and responsive. I’m diamond elite in IHG And Gold in Expedia means I sleep over 200 nights a year worldwide and twice a month in Rome, and covered almost 90% of the hotels in Rome …people who gave 90+ scores for this place are either living in a very law standard or they just a people who never stayed in normal hotel. The room has a bed , shower like in the prison ( I’m working with inmates) I will give to this hotel 1 star ⭐️ maximum and below 60. It’s not bad if you don’t have any expectations.
• Ashley (10/5): - Great staff. Room was small, but typical for the EU. Despite its size it had all we needed. We wanted to be close to the Rome Termini and this hotel fit the bill. Not a great environment at night although we had no issues.

Not only is the hotel great, but its location is also perfect as it’s in the center and with all walking distances. Our room had a beautiful view of the city which overlooked Michigan Lake. Totally recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, service and location!

Great location near train station. Great place to stay for airport train or catching bus, subway as well. The breakfast was next level, better buffet than most small hotels. Fruit, pastries, eggs, sweets and a cappuccino machine. The people at the front desk were so helpful and nice to chat to.

• Courtney (8/5): Just ok… - This hotel is in a great location to walk to all the hotspots, food and fun but it is one of MANY hotels that are side by side. I know we saw at minimum 20-30 hotels in the same location. I don’t like that we paid $528 for our stay and still had to pay for breakfast. The room we had was very small and the shower was even smaller! We are average sized ppl and could barely make a turn in the shower. The bed was 2 twins put together to make a “double” bed, it was very hard and very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly which was a plus but I more than likely would not stay here again because it was not a comfortable sleep at all

• Aaron (10/5): - The hotel is super close to the main train station which is easy so you don’t have to travel too far if you have big luggage or it’s your first time in Rome. It’s central so you can both subway or bus to the other neighbourhoods quickly or main tourist attractions like the Colosseum. The station is open early if you need to grab breakfast. Room was clean and good. Only thing is the rooms aren’t very sound proof. You can hear people walking in and out of the hallway and talking or sounds from TV or phones. Otherwise everything is good for the price.

• Noel (10/5): - Stayed for 2 nights. Room is clean. Good breakfast spread. Checking in was smooth. Ace at front desk gave us information on how to get to tourist spots and recommended great restaurant near the hotel.
• DNB (8/5): Clean and convenient. - Clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Location is ok (close to the train station and the subway), but it is not a tourist or fancy area. So, if you want a convenient and clean place to sleep, go for it. But be aware that there is not much to do around it, you will need to take the subway.
• Cyreeta (6/5): - The staff helped make the time great but I was really disappointed with this stay. The area was very undesirable. Many transients, very dirty walking down the street including lots of human waste around because of the people sleeping outdoors. The rooms are super outdated. The staff was lovely enough to upgrade us because our view was really not good. The beds are super hard, like laying on a box. Again, the staff was lovely but I will not be staying here again or in this area. I didn’t feel safe walking around.

Then back to the hotel yesterday - hot and dusty after a long day’s travel from the Aeolian islands - to a most warm welcome and a room upgrade. How fortunate was I! Comfortably ensconced for the night - I slept well - a great bed, loads of tea and coffee in the room - pristine bathroom - perfect. The lobby representative was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming truly a highlight of my stay. However, the overnight agent wasn’t as pleasant, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall vibe of the hotel was positive, and I’d definitely stay there again.

• Martin (8/5): Yes Hotel, a big ‘Yes’, from us. - A great little hotel. OK, it’s not in the most salubrious area but it is in a quiet street, so convenient for the main station/Metro. Also, there is a bus terminus, literally 3 minutes walk away, so if it is too hot to walk (and it was!), there were easy ways to access everything in this fab city. Room was perfectly clean, breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would Most certainly stay here again.

We did not need parking, but I could see that parking would be an issue if you were staying here with a rental car. They also gave a wonderful printout of places to see with directions included! Very helpful Would stay here again!

Room is minimal, a typical European business hotel, perfectly sufficient for solo travel. Good shower, comfortable bed, clean and quiet with good wifi. Included breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again.

Room was nice and accommodating for our family size, keeping in mind that most hotels contained within such historic buildings are limited on space. Bathroom and amenities were very modern as well as the room. Overall, did not have much interaction with staff other then the front desk upon check in. I would stay at this location again since it was convenient to the Termini as well as nice. Only complaint that I would have was that the air conditioner was not working so well and it took a while to get the room to cool off, however we were able to sleep comfortable enough. (Roma was very hot during our stay).

The room is clean, not super small, and the shower is great! I need to put good words to Julieta. She knows Roma very well, has many suggestions, and receives the guests as family members.

Being set one street back the area is quiet and has a few restaurants within a short walk. For a 3 star hotel it’s well appointed and has a decent breakfast offering and a little bar. Staff were friendly and helpful - everything you need for a stay in Roma

Good aircon, good double glazed windows ( nice and quiet ) -and good pressure shower. Bed was a bit small but bedding was very comfortable though . A bit overpriced but I guess that’s the price tag for Rome over the weekend . I would stay again :-)

• Dawn (8/5): - Proximity to Termini is perfect for catching the metro and trains to travel easily around the city. The hotel is clean, not cramped, and had all we needed for a two night stay. Our room had operable windows that provided light and airflow—no views since it overlooked an interior courtyard. There were USB outlets for charging electronics. (Yay!) The staff is friendly and helpful, and location felt safe despite the littered streets around it. There are restaurants nearby that locals patronized, which is a good indicator of the quality and authenticity of the food.

• THOMAS (8/5): - Room is good. Breakfast was well set up but for main dish as eggs and sliced hotdog every morning was depressing! Maybe they have to add some flavors to it. For sure there are some more better option that they can they can find and offer the customers.

• Barbara (10/5): Chic special hotel - Everything about this unique hotel was excellent. Location perfect, surrounded by friendly neighborhood restaurants, convenient to numerous types of public transportation for vacation travelers. Staff at Hotel, particularly Juliette was phenonomal. She went out of her way to make our stay the best and even after we left went throught a lot a trouble to find us because we had left medication behind. Highly recommend.
• Giovanna (10/5): Good hotel. Bad service. - Well located, good room. However, we had an issue because we requested an airport transfer to be paid with credit card (we ran out of Euros). The taxi never arrived. The guy at the front desk called a different company, without telling me. The driver took us to the airport and when we arrived I gave him the credit card and he said he only accepted cash. I needed to go to an ATM inside the airport and it cost me a lot a money to get the cash.

• Katherine Joy Bagaygay (10/5): - Love the staff especially Julietta. She is very welcoming and warm. She gave us great orientation of the surrounding and Rome in general. The property is so close to Termini.. 3-5 minutes walk. Grocery is close by as well. I wanted to thank the housekeepers. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and good size in comparable to other places I’ve stayed at in Rome and has no room of staleness. It seems like it recently got refurbished. Julietta also helped us with our transportation set up for FCO since we had a very early flight. We will definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome.
