- Ruth (6/5): The hotel had its plus and minuses. - It had a lot of places near by No one at the front desk spoke English except one man on duty the last day. If you asked them a question, they could not help you. First room was not good; bed against the wall. We had to pay for an upgrade.

- どい (8/5): - 諸用がありツインルームに宿泊しました。 当日部屋をグレードアップしてくれていてソファセットもあり広くて快適にすごせました スパはジャグジー、サウナ、露天風呂もあり１日の疲れがとれました。ラウンジルームでも充実していてリラックスできました ①ベッド（マット?）が少し高いように思いました。 ②スパはロッカー〜脱衣室までに長い廊下と階段があり高齢の方や足の不自由な方はしんどいのでは?手摺やスロープ等設置してバリアフリー＆安全確保のご検討を。 ラウンジにヒーリング音楽があるとさらにリラックスできて良いかと感じた。

- Lindsay (7/5): Marked score down for maintenance work despite helpful staff - Staff were great. Good location near subway station and Osaka castle. Spa had good facilities (thermal bath, sauna, rest area etc). Upon check in, we were told that there would be maintenance carried out during our 2nd night's stay meaning no power (no hot water, air con, wifi etc) between 9pm & 6am. A hotel at that price with no power isn't really acceptable! Staff were very helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking for this night but this information should have been provided in advance.

- shio (9/5): - 大浴場があり、快適に入浴できた。風呂上がりに利用できるラウンジにドリンクバーがあり、ジュースとスープが飲み放題だった。ソファーでゆっくりできた。ストレッチルームがあって、お風呂上りにストレッチができた。受付でアイスキャンディーのサービスもあった。宿泊した部屋は４つのベッドがあり、一人一台ベッドが使えて快適だった。部屋にトイレが2か所あり、使いやすかった。 ホテルの出入り口の場所が分かりにくかった。分かりやすい表示板があるといいと思う。大浴場が混雑しており、洗い場がなかなか空かなくて、待ち時間が長かった。混雑する時間帯を避けて入浴できるように、混雑状況等を教えてくれると嬉しい。

- Titoe (8/5): - The location was perfect for my trip this time, near the Osaka-jo concert hall and Osaka Castle for a nice, relaxing day. The hotel itself was surrounded by metro lines, so moving around wasn't a problem for me. An additional point is that the hotel is connected to the Osaka Loop Line (Kyobashi Station) by a bridge from the station, so bringing a suitcase wasn't a hassle. Next time around I would stay here and try their facilities since I hadn't had the time to do so. The Wi-Fi was spotty, even in my room, but other than that, there wasn't anything that discouraged me from staying in this hotel.

- keiko (10/5): - 快適な空間でした！桜もまだ残っていてよかったです。美術館近いですね。予定時間よりも早く着いても感じよく応対してもらいました。お風呂が混む予定と聞いて早めに入ったらすいていてよかったです。マッサージ機はご利用どうぞご自由にと書いてあったと思ったのですが、お風呂のフロントに利用を伝えたほうが良いのですね。スープ美味しかったです。お風呂にはいるときにサウナパンツを見つけられなくて残念しましたが次はサウナにもはいってみたいです。いつになるかしら？ 旅行会社の添付の地図の歩く道筋が昔の地図にもある道のままでそれを見せて場所を自衛官に聞いたからかしら？ずいぶん遠回りして着きました。🍅昔から大阪に住んでいた家の人扱いかもしれません。とにもかくにも見事午後3時無事justチェックインに成功しました。これって良かった点かもしれません。 いったいこのホテルは何階建て？エレベーターに乗って22Fを押すと「その階には止まりません」と2回目から毎回言われましたが1回フロント階に降りただけであとはとにかく目的階には普通に行けました。面白い体験の方に属するかもしれません。(どうして25F建てじゃなくなったの？) 荷物預かってもらわなくて済んで残念！エレベーターの使用回数減らすのを目指してます。ぐらいかな？ せっかくとった写真が心霊状態(ピンボケ写真)でとっても残念でした！ちなみにバスルームはトイレしか使用していません。
- Cecilia (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - This property was so nice. We had the 2 triplet rooms for our family of 6. They had all amenities, water, slippers, and even pajamas for us. I did not take advantage of the onsen but will plan on it next time! It was right off the train station through a covered bridge, so it was very convenient. We were coming from Kyoto so taking the train was easy. The 7-11 was around the corner. I think this was in a business center so we had to take the train to the busy Osaka central area for shopping. It was kind of far away from rom the central shopping area but that’s okay, it was right next to a train station.

- toshihide (7/5): 加齢により足元がおぼつかない自分に些か戸惑う宿泊となりました。 - 鉄道駅と大阪城に近いという立地条件が素晴らしい。 宿泊した時期は大阪城の桜が満開となり、すばらいとしか言いようがありません。 朝食のバイキングは質が良く、どれも良く吟味された食材と調理で大変満足できました。 部屋はツインですが机や椅子は一人分のスペースしかなく、夫婦２人で使うにはやや狭く感じました。 ベッドの高さは背の高い欧米人規格なのか、足が悪いとベットへの昇り降りが結構負担と感じました。 ベットの処理なのかスタイルなのか分かりませんが、シーツの裾が何度も足に絡まり、一度転んでしまいました。幸いベットの上に転がったので怪我はなかったのですが、年を取って歩く力が弱くなった私は冷や汗をかきました。室内を歩くことに緊張を強いられたのは初めてです。

- Yoshida (10/5): - 宿泊者専用の入浴施設や入浴に関する備品も快適で、朝食も良かったです。
- 浩史 (9/5): - 駅が比較的近くにあり雨天時にも雨に濡れること無く移動が出来ます。 コンビニも併設されていて、他の店舗も近くにあり、飲食店も近場に複数ある。 人の多すぎる観光地からはほどよく離れていて夜間は静かに過ごせるのにアクセスはしやすく、ホテルスタッフの方々も丁寧な接客で、大浴場もあるためゆったり過ごせる。 大浴場の脱衣所と浴場が離れているためタオルが要るとの説明が部屋に居る間に分かる(分かりやすくしてある)と良かったかな。
