The staff weren't very accommodating when I asked for both dinner and breakfast to be added to my bill so I had to pay separately. This caused issues at work claiming expenses

Mary (7/5): Acceptable hotel on Dublin perimeter - North..excellent menu options for dinner, nice ambience. Room 130 was grand, only issue carpet is loose and pulling away from the floor. Underground parking was great. Unfortunately there was lots of painting and refurbishment in foyer. Carpet issue in room 130. Having to leave the building to go to the restaurant/bar/breakfast area..it was cold and raining, shouldn't have to bring my coat with me.

roger545 (6/5): Does not walk the talk - Modern soul less hotel with too many surly staff. Saved only by the restaurant manager who was excellent. I paid Euro14 for breakfast and, believe it or not, there was not a single piece of fruit - not fresh, not tinned, not dried - nothing. Very poor. I must have 6-8 emails from them ahead of my stay bigging up the hotel but it did not walk that talk. Cannot think of a reason to ever return.

Ideal for an overnight stay to shorten a journey. - - every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful - hotel has a modern comfortable feel - the room was nice, bright and airy, clean and comfortable, better than I was expecting - fan in the room to keep the temperature cool - secure underground carpark - breakfast was cooked well, staff were very friendly here, I like that there was options of eggs to order if you wanted - There was traffic noise but given the location we were expecting it and it didn't spoil our stay I would just advise people to be prepared

A5721BHamyn (4/5): Poor new year experience - Unfortunately, our new year experience 30 to 1st January was negatively impacted by the receptionist, whose attitude and lack of support affected our entire stay. From the beginning to the end, the service was poor and unhelpful. I travel with my older son and my 11 years old autistic son. We arrived around 10:30am and were told by the tall black lady at the reception we needed to pay £30 for an extended check-in, which we did. I asked whether this would allow us access to breakfast and was told yes. However, when I went to breakfast with my children, our name was not on the list. After the staff member called reception, we were told we needed to pay again for breakfast, so we did not end up having it. In addition, the TV remote was not working, the phone to contact reception did not work, and the room was very cold. None of these issues were resolved, and the receptionist was rude and dismissive when approached. As the first point of contact, professionalism, manners, and respect towards guests are extremely important, and this was sadly lacking. Even at checkout, the interaction was unpleasant and unwelcoming. I have to ask if everything was ok after checkout so we can leave. She took the room cards and ignored the rest. This lady should not be there. Although the hotel itself is beautiful, the poor customer service completely ruined the experience and left us regretting our stay. The head of housekeeping (short black lady) was amazing, in the end she brought a remote which hardly work and a heater. She was pleasant and tried to sort things out for us. The young guy from the lobby / kitchenette helped me with my sons food. He was helpful too.

Shower had no hot water, the food in the restaurant for dinner was terrible, breakfast was not great and staff kept dropping things on the floor and one waiter had a bit of an attitude when bringing drinks out. Would not eat there again.

Amel (4/5): Ok got the job done bery unmemorable and certainly not a four star hotel - It had a nice reception and relatively easy going to room they gave ground. It was queit and had all major ameneties inside the room. It was so so cold! Very primitive radiator it wasnt working and i rang reception telling them got no help i had to layer up and take all sheets i could find and was freezing! Tv was nice snd easyto use Room was so tall as well which didn’t help Basically i got thishugr huge room that was absoltuely freezing. Very primitive bathroom no major nice things tiles not v nice and alwo made room more cold and gen just not a nice style- not sure what company were gels creams and difficult to get out of bottles. Shower was hot that was nice I also didn’t like the main restaurant is out of hotel you have to leave in the cold to get to breakfast . As for breakfast it was good but not huge choices. No mushrooms juices not that cold u have to wait a while to get egg order and there was a-queue
Jason (8/5): A good stay, reasonable prices for Dublin (but nowhere near city centre) - The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, the location is ok (10mins by taxi to Red Cow Luas Station). Breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay. The shower/bath situation is a disaster - its a stand in bath shower (at least in the room we had) but the water pressure was so low it was hard to get under the water to wash yourself, it was really a terrible shower along with the fact that it would either be scalding hot or luke warm but no inbetween.

jackiebA980PB (10/5): Great staff - Stayed on the 13th for one night on a b&b 3 course meal offer. Excellent value. Arrived 17.30, quick friendly check in. Our room had all we needed really nice smelling toiletries. Our meal was booked for 18.30, we were showen to a booth which was perfect and more private. Susan looked after us she was very attentive but not intrusive, it was the small touches that meant a lot like asking would i like fresh milk for the room for my tea or if we would like water for our room. Our food was delicious, its a long time since we have had a starter, main & desserts but we really enjoyed it all. Breakfast had all we needed with fresh eggs cooked on request. Check out easy, we have just left and enjoyed our stay

Nick (9/5): Clean and well presented. Great food. - Very clean and neat. Excellent brasserie serving breakfast and a good evening menu choice - filled with real people and not just hotel guests. My room was on the third floor overlooking the motorway. This made for a disturbed nights sleep.
