Jaime (7/5): Estancia agradable - Está muy bien situado en Barcelona, limpio y el personal muy amable. La presión del agua de la ducha, no había conectores usb en la pared. No nos gustó nada que a las 9:30am el servicio de limpieza abrió la puerta sin llamar mientras dormíamos. Una falta de respeto considerable e imaginamos que no ws el protocolo a seguir del hotel.

Tofu (8/5): muy cómoodo - Muy cómodo si viajas en coche particular con el parking debajo del hotel, de muy fácil acceso. Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas en una ubicación excelente. Está cerca de un centro comercial, lo que lo hace más como aun si necesitas cualquier cosa. Habitaciones muy silenciosas. Seguramente repetiremos hotel si nos acercamos a la ciudad. El desayuno y el parking muy caros en nuestra opinión. Es un poco raro que te cobren al principio demás para luego devolvértelo, una especie de “fianza”. Al principio hubo una confusión con la persona de recepción en cuanto al precio, pero se solucionó enseguida.

Jose (8/5): - La temperatura de la habitación. El aire acondicionado tiene una temperatura estandar para todo el hotel, no se puede subir o bajar. El personal del hotel hizo lo posible por hacernos sentir cómodos, incluso nos ofrecieron cambiar de hab.

Antoinette (8/5): Lovely hotel but far away from most tourist activities… - The rooms were large and comfortable, and the room service options were excellent. It’s a good, business focused hotel versus a more family-focused property. They pipe a perfume into the lobby that is very unpleasant. Also, the workout space is too small and has very little equipment.

Los servicios del Hotel: Spa,Cafetería, Restaurante, Terraza, excepcionales. El personal, muy profesional, atento y educado. La ubicacion del Hotel: muy buena, con salida directamente a Illa Diagonal. Muy bien comunicado con los transportes Publicos. La habitación muy amplia, luminosa y sin ruidos. Todo genial. Quizas el diseño de la ducha/bañera, la mampara y la grifería estan muy separados y salpica mucha agua en el suelo del baño.

natalia (8/5): - Colazione ricchissima e di alta qualità, camere spaziose e pulite, cosmetici naturali e molto piacevoli, la SPA spaziosa, ma non gestita benissimo (le docce sono fredde, l'acqua sul pavimento in sauna e dappertutto, niente hammam, calcolata per 16 persone max offre solo 2 sedute). Non posso non notare che lo staff regolarmente scorda di fornire accappatoi o mette un paio di ciabatte nella camera dove soggiornano 2 persone. L'impressione totale buona, ci ritornerei, la struttura è senz'altro meritevole e potrebbe essere migliorata con poco.

Merci a Catharina pour le massage au Spa 55 mn au prix de 79€. 30 mn de SPA inclue ds la chambre premium. Très bon petit déjeuner. Terrasse piscine agréable..Des attentions pour les petits La salle de sport est très petite. Pas de tapis Il.y a de l'espace dans les couloirs pour faire d'autres salles de sport par exemple installés des vélos plutôt que des canapés qui ne servent pas et donc il n'y a pas de déco. Les chambres sont assez simples et pas assez premium vu les prix. Un peu excentré des animations. Piscine petite tout en longueur. La chambre n'était pas disponible à 15h mais 16h15. Ils nous ont offert un verre au bar avant 20h mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Attention a ne pas proposer des départs tardifs avec les chambres, nous étions plusieurs familles à attendre nos chambres jusqu'à plus de 16h..Pas d'animation pas de musique à la piscine

Judy (9/5): Other than the odor in my room, it could have been a fantastic stay. - Terrific location with easy access to a large mall. The staff was always helpful. My room looked clean and of a good size. However there was always a musty smell and I had to air it out whenever I came back to the room. I believe the lack of ventilation from the bathroom may have been the cause.

El personal súper amable. Piscina un plus y el Gym pequeño pero apañado. Sin duda volvería . No puedo decir nada negativo
