• Joanna (7/5): - Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Pokoje przestronne, bardzo czyste. Duże, ladnie urządzone lobby. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Hotel oddalony od centrum jakies pol godziny. Dojazd autobus + metro. Na gorąca wodę w prysznicu trzeba było dlugo czekać:(
• Andreas Herforth (5/5): - Selten, dass ich für ein 4-Sternehotel so eine schlechte Bewertung abgebe. Die Lage zur Innenstadt war okay. Fußläufig 50 Minuten oder auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eingangsbereich, Lobby, Bar und Frühstücksraum modern aber kühles Ambiente. Superior DZ klein, Bad mindestens 20 Jahre nicht erneuert, schlechte Fugen und die Dusche altmodisch. Fernbedienung vom TV Batterien leer. Frühstück nur Croissants oder Toastbrot, Rührei mit Fertigprodukten hergestellt, O-Saft von sehr niedriger Qualität. Das Obst für das Dessert bis auf die Melonen, welche gern geschnitten werden könnten, alles aus der Dose. Parkgarage für 20,-€ war gut. Das untere Garagentor öffnete erst nach 5 Minuten und beim 2. Tor musste meine Ehefrau das Auto verlassen und durch 3 Türen zur Rezeption gehen. Am 1. Abend war die Rezeptionistin sehr freundlich. Am Tag der Abreise war das Team an der Rezeption völlig desorientiert. Kein Hinweis, dass das Hotel (da Abreise an einem Montag und nicht am WE) eine Berechtigung mit KfZ-Nummer wegen der Umweltzonen ausstellen muss. Wir hatten uns im Internet vorher informiert und erst nach 15 Minuten Diskussion erhielten wir einen Auszug der Beantragung von der Rezeption. Ansonsten wird das teuer für die Autofahrer. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

• Elena (8/5): - El hotel está muy bien, tiene buenas instalaciones y un desayuno buffet muy espectacular. Está lejos del centro, dando un paseo hasta el duomo es hora y media. En frente de las habitaciones hay un bar en el que suele haber bastante jaleo los fines de semana, esto deberían de controlarlo. Pero sobre todo lo que no nos gustó es que si un hotel es Pet Friendly no deberían de cobrar 20 o 30 euros por noche por mascota, es desproporcionado

• Sofia (7/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne retrouvons pas l’équipement et confort d’un 4 étoiles - Chambre propre, personnel au top. Hôtel pas loin de l’arrêt de bus qui dépose au métro et nous pouvons même aller à pied jusqu’au métro. La literie est confortable, nous avions eu 3 lits simples super. La salle de bain est pour les personnes en situations de handicap très bien pour ces personnes mais pas très pratique pour les personnes sans handicap. Elle est aussi ancienne beaucoup de défaut au sol. Petit déjeuné laissé à désirer.

• Gisela (1/5): Pagar para dormir y no poder dormir - El alojamiento estaba limpio y el personal de limpieza y restauración muy amables. El alojamiento está ubicado al lado de un bar-pub que no respetan las normas de ruido nocturno. Cuando fui a hablar con recepción para pedirles por favor que avisaran a las autoridades pertinentes para avisar a los propietarios del pub que estaban haciendo mucho ruido el recepcionista no me hizo caso en primera instancia dudando de mi palabra, tuvo que ir a corroborar que dicho pub hacía mucho ruido. Una vez lo corroboró se negó a llamar a las autoridades en mi nombre, ya que yo no conozco la lengua propia del país. Finalmente llamó pero no hicieron nada al respecto. Mi descontento con el hotel es por la poca falta de amabilidad y comprensión con un huésped a la 1 de la madrugada y sigo sin entender como en un cuarto piso en una habitación que no da directamente a la calle del pub se puede escuchar perfectamente la música y cantos de los asistentes. No sé si es culpa del pub por el exceso de decibelios o si el hotel tiene ventanas y paredes tan delgadas que se escucha todo. Remarcar que duermo con tapones y aún así se escuchaba claramente la música y las voces de la gente cantando.

In apropiere un magazin Lidl, și un restaurant exceptional la prețuri decente și mancarea delicioasă (se numește La Rosa ) . Deși am mâncat și in zone centrale la restaurante mai fancy , tot la acest restaurant ne intorceam . Zona de bus in apropiere la 2 min care te duce la linia de metro spre centru (bus47) . Sincer personalul nu a fost de mare ajutor . Am intrebat cu ce putem ajunge la aeroport că aveam decolarea la ora 8 dimineața iar la 6 trebuia să fim la Bergamo . Au început să ne zică doar de taxi . Dar ei aveau la recepție pe o măsuță laterală și faptul că există transfer cu o firma , dar habar nu aveau . Noroc că m-am uitat eu in jur și am reușit să văd.Deci vă recomand să vă uitați la pliante și ce mai găsiți pe măsuțe, căci personalul nu e de nici un ajutor . Plus că in acea dimineață după ce am facut check-out, șoferul care trebuia să ne transfere la aeroport a mers și a întrebat la recepție de camera noastră (pe care i- transmis-o eu când am făcut rezervarea) să nu ia pe altcineva, iar persoana de acolo a zis că nu știe, că trebuie să sune in cameră, deși noi facusem check-out cu 3 minute inainte când ii predasem cheia și eram singuri,nu pot spune că era aglomerat sau ceva. Implicare 0. Exceptând această parte , sejurul a fost minunat.

El toallero por detras estaba muy sucio (llevaria meses/años sin ser limpiado). La ducha muy incomoda. El desayuno muy flujo. Extramadamente caro para lonque ofrece. En España no seria un 4*.

• Valentina (4/5): Well, for a hotel that has 4 stars, for me it should have 3. - The staff is friendly and the food is good. The cleanliness was not very clean, the bathroom was very bad and the siphon was clogged and the water was coming out of the shower
• Marcel (6/5): - Zu Fuß gute 50 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit E Scootern kann man die halbe Strecke zurück fahren und benötigt nur 20 Minuten. Uber kostet mittags 25€ rein, zurück 40€ Klimaanlage ging nicht, obwohl Tagestemperatur über 25°C waren. Von außen viel zu laute Musik. Tiefgarage nicht geeignet für Tiefgelegte Autos, oder Mercedes Modelle die vom Werk tief sind.

• De Leeuw (5/5): - Het ontbijt was lekker (wel geen pistolet/stokbrood) enkel zo'n toastbrood en croissants Het hotel ligt 15 min stappen van Metrostation Romolo In de kamer was het 28 graden en de airco werkte niet , we zijn het gaan melden aan het onthaal en daar zeiden ze ons dat het niet de tijd was het jaar om de airco op te zetten dus we kregen een windmolen maar dit maakte zoveel lawaai . Dus zijn we gaan kijken naar andere kamer maar daar was het even warm. Terwijl er airco aanwezig was .Maar door de warmte hebben we moeilijk de slaap gevonden terwijl ik daar was voor de marathon van Milaan. Dus niet zo tevreden. Dan deden we onze ramen open en dan zaten we precies op een bouwwerf. Rondom waren ze appartementen aan het plaatsen de werkmannen begonnen al om 6u s'morgens . Het hotel ligt dan ook niet ver van de unif dus tot 3u s'nachts lawaai buiten van jeugd. Geen aanrader als je de Marathon van Milaan wilt lopen.

• Victoria (8/5): Good value for money - Very friendly staff, super helpful when I had a problem, excellent breakfast. A little further out from the centre but this was ok as we used Lime bikes to get around & it was a nice walk in along the canel too.
