- Eurocarts (10/5): Shanghai Bike show - Great hotel, the rooms are large, always clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a large selection of dishes to suit everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again on my next trip. The subway line 4&14 are right outside the hotel, I found exit 1 the easiest to use. Taxis available at your request or via Didi app. ? Nothing, it was a wonderful stay.

- Julie (6/5): Lovely hotel to stay in Shanghai, great views and convenient location. - Location was excellent, close to the metro with lovely city views. Service was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and gym facilities were much appreciated. The temperature control of the room was poor, it was always too hot and stuffy.

- Qiang (7/5): 还是出于方便的角度，每次入住酒店。这就是御景饭店的最好卖点。 - 其实就是地理位置是最好的卖点。楼下就是地铁站四路和14路还是非常方便的。 酒店给人总体印象是每年都在退步。酒店的游泳池估计是永远要关闭的，酒店早餐的质量也是一年不如一年。

- Евгений (10/5): Отличное расположение, отзывчивый англоговорящий персонал, номера с отличным видом. Хорошие завтраки - Расположение отличное, минута до метро, от которого в любую точку можно доехать. Рядом высотки банков и парк, в котором гуляют по будням работники. Персонал говорит на английском, с этим проблем не возникло, заселили быстро (но всем пришлось ждать до 14:00 (даже до 13:30), видимо с этим строго, нет заселения, если приехал раньше). Но даже если приехали и время еще не пришло до заселения, багаж без проблем можно оставить в отеле. В отели номера хорошие, вид отличный (если погода позволяет), не заметили видимой пыли. Если нужно утюг - можно на ресепшене попросить. Завтраки на 4, есть как китайская, так и европейская кухня. В целом все есть, но разнообразия чуть бы больше.

- Wouter (10/5): Heerlijk geslapen op de 27ste verdieping - Super de luxe kamer. Je krijgt pantoffels , kamerjas koffie en thee faciliteiten. Heerlijke bedden. Prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Heel goed geslapen. Is heel stil op de kamer.Ontbijt was echt goed. Pannenkoeken, wafels.... Zelfs eend en tong (vis). Maar daar hebben we maar afgebleven. Enige minpuntje. Het was wat warm op de kamer. De airco in het hele hotel stond niet aan. We hebben gevraagd aan de receptie om het raam te openen met een sleuteltje, want dat konden we zelf niet. Toen viel de temperatuur mee.

- Peishi (5/5): 不好，非常不好，非常失望。 - 地酒店位置很好，地铁口就在酒店旁边。 除了酒店位置， 其他都很差， 写了房间里给的建议信不知到有没有交上去，信上说可以投到4楼的box里，我到了4楼找了一圈没有这box, 结果一个男职员走过来收走了（没说明他自己是谁就说交给他就可以了） 酒店设施陈旧， 房间浴室花洒漏水， 空调完全不能用还吹暖气，酒店说可以开窗，是的。 （对于怕热的我完全不能接受） 健身房等于蒸桑拿。 另外，清洁阿姨… 每天就是追着屁股问清洁房间，开了勿打扰的灯，也会塞纸条进来（需要清洁房间请关掉勿打扰的灯！！！是的，三个感叹号）我想说的是，需要清洁房间我会提出，而不是每天被追着服务，即使我到了电梯口，还是追出来问要不要打扫房间，我解释说，我先下去健身之后要回房间洗澡… 所以我才开了勿打扰… 这是有原因的。 我第一次住酒店那么害怕打扫阿姨。

- Альбина (9/5): Все понравилось. Я думаю, мы бы туда еще вернулись, если бы планировали повторное путешествие в Шанхай. - Самый большой плюс отеля - вид из окна. Он шикарен. Мы даже иногда предпочитали остаться вечером в отеле, а не идти гулять. Второй большой плюс - то, что из метро почти сразу попадаешь в отель. После целого дня прогулок - сильно радует, что идти пару шагов) Завтраки отличные, вкусные, выбор большой В плане чистоты могло быть лучше: ковры уже серые, требуют хим чистки.

- Marika (10/5): Une expérience 5 étoiles. - Tout était parfait, de la chambre au petit déjeuné, en passant par le confort du lit, la vue imprenable sur Shanghai, l’efficacité des femmes de ménage et la beauté du lobby. La localisation était impeccable, le métro est situé à moins d’une minute à pied, et l’épicerie ouverte 24h/24 au pied de l’hôtel est un vrai plus également. Du lait froid et des cuillères occidentales au petit déjeuner serait apprécié, mais c’est un détail. Malheureusement la piscine et le spa étaient fermé, j’avais été avertie par email juste après ma réservation.

We arrived around 9 AM from the airport, and hotels usually check if they have a room in advance. They did not even check my reservation to see if anything was available, just said check-in is at 1 PM. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the very bad attitude of the receptionists and how they handle their clients. The breakfast is ok, but not so many Western options.

Conseguimos antecipar um pouco a entrada, mas eles oferecem local para guardar as malas pelo que vi no lobby Comunicação difícil em inglês. Restaurante do hotel sem opção vegetariana. Conseguimos, após hora de voo e cansaço, uma pasta al sugo com bastante esforço de uma das funcionárias (pra ela a nota é 1000!) junto ao chef do restaurante, que claramente mostrou descontentamento em “mudar o menu”

- Guest (8/5): 전반적으로 만족스러웠던 한국인이 묵기 좋은 호텔 - 위치 좋았고, 엘리베이터 많은 것도 좋았습니다. 체크인 및 체크아웃 시간도 넉넉한게 정말 좋았고, 체크아웃 시간에 밀리지 않는 것도 좋았고, 호텔 밑에 부대시설 및 맛집, 마사지샵, 편의점(24시간)도 좋았습니다. 숙소 객실 도어락 카드키가 멀리서 떨어져서 접촉해야 문이 열리는지를 몰랐습니다. 딱 붙여서 문을 열라고하니 정말 안되더라구요. 그 점에 대한 설명도 부족해서 아쉬웠습니다. 와이파이 ID, 비밀번호도 안내가 안되어있어서 그것도 불편하더라구요. 그 이외의 불편한 점은 없습니다.

Уборка на высшем уровне! Завтраки тоже очень понравились. Так как я лично обязательно включаю в рацион овсяную кашу, так вот она тоже была на завтрак, что приятно удивило. Фрукты овощи, зелень, бекон, сосиски, выпечка , омлет яичница и ещё много чего. Голодными вы не останетесь! Мы из России, впервые приехали в Китай и от данной поездки и от отеля остались в восторге. Однозначно, рекомендуем! -

- Ekaterina (10/5): Теперь в Шанхае только сюда. - Расположение идеально, есть выход из метро прямо в отель. Виды прекрасны, тихо. Завтраки разнообразны, фрукты, свежие овощи, горячие блюда, хорошее кофе. Очень чисто. Персонал помог забронировать билеты на популярное шоу. Рядом есть кафе с отличной едой, подходящей для европейцев. Освещение слабое, в номере довольно темно. Выпечка не очень и совсем нет сыров.
