• nakanishi (9/5): - 女性のフロントスタッフの方がとても感じがよかったです。部屋の内装やエレベーターのレトロな雰囲気が素敵でした。アメニティで雪肌精の化粧水などいただけたのもよかったです。 冷蔵庫の温度が温すぎたので温度調整したいと思ったけどできるボタンのようなものもなく…ちょっと不便でした。あとピアスを床に落としたので拾おうとしてベッド下を覗いたらけっこう埃が目についたので、あまり視界に入らないところまではまめに掃除してないのかなって気になりました。

• KUOTR (10/5): 位置十分方便! - 位置方便，周圍有好幾條線的車站都不遠。 房間空間不大，比較適合短期入住，相較之下浴室空間滿大的。 Checkin時有提供洗面乳、卸妝乳、面膜等保養品可以選擇，十分貼心。

I THEN FIND OUT THAT THEY CLAIMED INSURANCE ON THEM AND WILL NOT RESPOND OT ANY OF OUR EMAILS. SO BASICALY THEY MADE $200 OFF ME AND IT WAS MY HONEYMOON AND I WAS RUNNING TOKYO MARATHON. - HORRIBLE

• Tobin (10/5): seamless - the staff was outstanding at the reception and our daily cleaning person. the room 1214, two twin beds to an american not used to vintage hotels either in europe or japan would seem small but it was not. two bathrooms, a small amoire, parquet floors, refrigerator, humidifier, amazing water pressure, bidets on both toilets, lovely pajamas provided clean each day with room slippers, a beautiful soft grey/green color scheme, faux vintage lamp fixtures and box molded ceilings with a small sofa, desk or make-up table take your pick, room electricity turns on with the room key which were a faux wood (nice touch). breakfast was a well chosen buffet with a spectacular fruit and matcha parfait that was a piece of art. the elevators echo the vintage feel but are quiet and fast. it was just far enough off the main streets of GInza so street noise is zero. we will always stay with this company and are excited to try out their other properties. not a thing. seriously, they nailed it. like being in a wes anderson film.

• Pierre (6/5): Pleasant but with hiccups. - The staff were efficient and professional. They provide the guests with little toiletries and amenities which is a charming touch. The hotel is well located and boasts a charming restaurant, which by the way extremely hard to dine in. Not one single channel on the tv caters for non Japanese people. The channels are very limited and far from entertaining. I would suggest at least 1 English news channel. I arrived at the hotel at 13 :00 hours which is by any hotel standards an acceptable time to check in. However, they refused even to allow me at 14 :00 hours . They were not bending on the check in times as indicated on their website. 15:00 hours. As I landed at 6 am and was extremely tired after walking and waiting ..I paid an extra ¥3000 for two hours . I requested a room near the elevator, however wasn’t aware that it came with continuous noise from 8 am to 2pm with the janitors room being just next to my room and all the banging and chatting for 6 days. I couldn’t put up with, I checked out a day earlier.

• João Eduardo Grimaldi da (7/5): Uma ótima opção para descansar após “turistar”, mas não um hotel para “curtir” - Hotel limpo, bem localizado, cama confortável não molenga), café da manhã bom, funcionários gentis, loja de conveniência muito próxima, preço em conta. Quarto minúsculo. Como estava sozinho, não incomodou tanto, mas se houvesse alguém comigo, complicaria, a começar pela cama, grande para um e pequena para dois. Sou bem grandinho (1,90m) e passei com a cabeça raspando nos batentes.

• Zoe (8/5): Perfect for a night or two - Good location, quiet Room was small which was to be expected, at least the bed wasn’t against the wall in a corner! Power sockets were very sparse. No idea where you were supposed to plug in the kettle as there were no sockets nearby. There was one outlet on the desk but then a sign said not to boil the kettle near the mirror (the socket was underneath)! Eventually found a socket at floor level near the bathroom! Staff were very polite but could not answer a basic question re the flea market and I ended up finding the information myself before the staff could.

• YURIE (5/5): 素晴らしいが、部屋が狭すぎた。 - 朝食がアフタヌーンティーのようなお皿で出てきてとても可愛かった。野菜やフルーツが楽しめて、サンルームで食べたのも気持ちが良かった。スタッフは全て対応が素晴らしく、さすが日本のサービスだと感じた。 部屋が非常に狭い。海外から来たので、大きめのスーツケースを２つほど持ってきていて、開くことができずベッドに乗せて１つずつオープンしないといけなかったことがとても面倒だった。
