Kaum natürliche Produkte, Kaffee nach amerikanischer Art, keine Früchte. W-Lan war nicht besonders schnell und auch nicht ausgesprochen zuverlässig.

Das Zimmer war winzig, das WC praktisch direkt neben dem Bett und die Aussicht alles andere als schön. Für diesen Preis hätten wir in Athen definitiv ein deutlich besseres Hotel bekommen. Aufgrund der Bewertungen hatten wir ganz andere Erwartungen – vor Ort hat davon leider kaum etwas der Realität entsprochen.

Wished we could have - The view of the Acropolis was amazing from the Attalos Hotel. We loved our room. It was clean, neat and comfortable for our one night stay.. The location was perfect for us to walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. It was also very centralized for eating and shopping. The front desk staff were helpful and very pleasant. My nephews had booked a double room and they seemed to have a it more space plus a balcony. We were very envious.

• Robert (9/5): - The Attalos is ideally situated within walking distances of the major tourist attractions (20 minutes to the Acropolis) and 3 minutes away from The Psyri district with it's many restaurants and bars. It's location was perfect for returning to put your feet up for an hour before carrying on with your site seeing. My wife and I found all the staff to be welcoming and would gladly answer any questions we asked. We found the varied breakfast selection sufficient for our needs before heading out for the day. The highlight was the rooftop terrace which has stunning views of the Acropolis. A special mention to Chris for his friendly greetings each night and his help in selecting a very enjoyable dry white wine. Perfect accompaniment to the wonderful views.

Frühstück von 7.00Uhr - 11 Uhr, sehr gut und sehr gute Auswahl,wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt so das es an nix fehlte. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Rooftop Bar herrlicher Blick über Athen,Cocktails,Kaffee günstiger als in der Stadt,sehr zu empfehlen. Für ein 3 Sterne Stadthotel , sehr zu empfehlen. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach.

• hannah (10/5): Amazing hotel in the heart of Athens!! - I absolutely adore this hotel. It is our second time staying. The rooms are great and the views of the Acropolis from the hotel balcony or roof bar is absolutely sensational. Staff are unbelievably kind and helpful and the breakfast is incredible. We choose this hotel every time we stay in Athens! Fantastic location and if you do a day tour (e.g to Delphi or the Greek islands) - because it is such a central location, the tour guides almost always have Attalos as the pick up spot! Nothing to dislike - it is a brilliant hotel. Just wish they did their amazing buffet breakfast all day as it is so good (ha!)
• Mark (9/5): A really good place to stay in the centre of Athens - My room was at the back of the hotel, so there wasn't much of a view - though saying that, I could actually see for miles and miles to the distant hills, with buildings in the way. The room itself was small but comfortable enough, with a desk for my laptop and enough sockets. The bed was very comfortable and firm enough for me. The rooftop bar is great and the bartender great fun and very welcoming. It was sadly unseasonably cold the weekend I was there and sadly you couldn't sit outside. Great sunsets. Just the lack of balcony/view, basically. But I knew the first going in and suspected the second! I paid economy, got very good.

• Joseph (7/5): Overall a good experience because of the location and the staff primarily. - Loved the location. Loved the staff. But the room was smaller than I expected and honestly didn’t look like the pictures we saw on here. The rooms were small, outdated, and the AC didn’t work great.

• Gillyflower (10/5): Lovely stay - This is such a lovely hotel. The staff are excellent- very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street. Large room and bathroom. The breakfast had hot and cold foods (including Greek yoghurt and honey). The roof terrace is a must- in the eveving with the Acropolis lit up as a backdrop or during the day for a rest in the shade. The location of the hotel is so convenient- only a few minutes away from the metro and close to the places of interest. We walked to the entrance to the Acropolis in about 20 mins.

• aeolus-fin (4/5): Bed bugs! - The hotel has two positive aspects going for it: (1) it is centrally located and (2) the rooftop bar has a nice view of the Acropolis hill. Anything beyond this, the hotel is below average. The common areas and rooms are very dated. On the first night I laid down on the bed and after 15-20 minutes I noticed there was a BED BUG moving on the bed! I quickly contacted the staff on the reception and showed them a video with a moving BED BUG from the room. The receptionist didn't seem to be surprised of the finding. They gave me another hotel room. Looking at other reviews of the hotel, BED BUGS seem to be recurring problem in the hotel. Wouldn't surprise me if the building was infested. The second room wasn't all that better; sure it did not have any more bed bugs, but the bathroom grout lines had black mold spots on them. Cannot recommend.

• Gerard (10/5): Pobyt w hotelu i Atenach - super. - Wszystko było ok. Bardzo dobry dostęp windą na wyższe piętra i taras widokowy, oraz jadalni. Widok z balkonu na Akropol super. Pokoje miłe i przytulne. Niezbyt duże, ale dla tych co spędzają aktywnie czas na zwiedzaniu a nie na siedzeniu w hotelu to w zupełności wystarczające. Śniadania syte i obfite, personel jadalni cały czas dokłada brakujące jedzenie nawet na pół godziny przed zamknięciem jadalni. W pokoju dwu osobowym trochę za mało miejsca na rozłożenie bagażu dwóch osób. Poza tym bez zarzutu.

• Tour811727 (10/5): Athens trip with Grandson - I’ve just got back from a good trip to Athens we’re I stayed at the Attalos hotel and good value for the money The staff were friendly the breakfast was good and the location was excellent for the Acropolis and museum. But the rooftop bar and terrace was excellent especially at night when everything was lit up , plus the lady who ran the bar was very nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great with people from all countries . The rooms were clean and comfortable and worth the money. Even though the hotel was close to the main square the noise ok ,
