• Dena (8/5): Hotel con buena ubicación para salir al centro en transporte público - Tuvieron un buen detalle por nuestro aniversario de bodas, al llegar a la habitación la cama estaba decorada con toallas en forma de Cisnes y nos dejaron una botella de vino tinto. La habitación un poco antiguos sus muebles y decoración, cama no tan suave.

There was a lot of. Ouse from the street even at 3am that made it hard to sleep.

• H (7/5): Al met al was het een redelijk goed verblijf! - Ontbijt was prima, de locatie was prima en de kamer was ok. De kamers zijn erg gehorig; ik werd rond 7 uur in de ochtend wakker van een stel met kleine kinderen in de kamer naast mij die een uur lang gilden tijdens het spelen. Eén andere ochtend stond er een schoonmaker op mijn deur te kloppen terwijl ik nog in bed lag; schijnbaar moest ik een kaartje aan het handvat hangen waarop stond ‘niet storen’. Ik had dat kaartje niet gezien want dat hing ergens aan de kapstok.

Twin bedroom good and spacious. Beds comfortable . Bathroom absolutely adequate. Not having a balcony, we were on the wrong side of the hotel. Whereas other couple we were travelling with did! Would have liked a walk in shower.

• Marco (5/5): - L’hotel è vicino al centro. Ok se si prenota con sconto tramite Booking altrimenti non ne vale la pena. I servizi, dal check-in alla colazione, sono stati molto deludenti. Anche il customer care lascia parecchio a desiderare: poco professionali e mal organizzati. Ci avevano assegnato un parcheggio dicendoci che potevamo lasciare l’auto lì senza problemi. Successivamente, però, siccome erano arrivati altri turisti e avevano bisogno del posto, ci hanno chiesto di tornare in hotel per spostare la macchina quando ormai eravamo già fuori. Inoltre, ci avevano detto di tornare alle 15:00 per il check-in e che avremmo potuto anche anticiparlo, ma poi ci è stato comunicato che l’auto doveva essere spostata per esigenze loro. Gestione poco seria e per nulla professionale.

• SERGIO (8/5): - 1) COLAZIONE Buona la colazione, soprattutto il salato. Per quanto riguarda le bevande discreto il cappuccino e il caffè. molto ricca la scelta per la colazione salata. 2) POSIZIONE La posizione risulta comoda è strategica per raggiungere in circa 15 minuti a piedi la Piazza della Città Vecchia, infatti non abbiamo mai preso il tram. 3) LETTO Il letto è molto comodo e confortevole e la stanza era pulitissima. 4) A differenza del check in il check out è stato molto semplice e il personale è stato molto empatico e cortese. Molto simpatici e preparati quasi tutti i camerieri che ci hanno servito la cena, sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze per servirci dei piatti con meno salse. 1) COLAZIONE la parte del salato è preponderante rispetto al dolce, i croissant a volte erano freschi e a volte no, i succhi di frutta non erano il massimo. 2) POSIZIONE Nulla da dire, molto strategica. 3) il letto era molto comodo, unico difetto la notte faceva un caldo terribile e dovevamo per forza accendere l'aria condizionata per il caldo. 4) DA MIGLIORARE Per quanto riguarda cosa migliorare direi l'empatia del personale durante il check in, accoglienza un pochino fredda, poco sforzo per farsi comprendere in inglese.
• Karen (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was receptive and welcoming, and the location was terrific. The services of - The staff is excellent. Those working at breakfast worked very hard and are constantly on the go. The bar staff is very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job too. The only thing I wasn’t fond of, were the furnishings of the breakfast room. They are very utilitarian and don’t promote feelings of being at a first class hotel.

• Steven (9/5): A wonderful city that took us by suprise.warm,welcoming and so much to see and do - Firstly the room was lovely clean and comfortable. We stayed in the deluxe double with the castle view and it was so nice you could lay in bed with doors open and see the castle all lit up. Secondly the location is fantastic just a 2 minute walk into Wenceslas square with so many shops and massive choice of restaurants. The only thing negative was that the walls between rooms must be quite thin as you can hear people’s conversations and walking about. But i will say it did not affect our overall fantastic stay but if you got some noisy neighbours it could be a problem.

A very spacious room lovely fittings. Spotless throughout and the bathroom was fabulous! House keepers do an excellent job. Reception staff very welcoming and booked taxis when asked, the cost of taxi was given to us which helped with budgeting. Ample choice at breakfast. Hotel an easy walk to the famous astronomical clock, lots of shops and many choices of restraunts. Recommend the night time ghost walk 👻

• Lola Nunes (8/5): Bodas de ouro em Praga - O hotel era numa rua sossegada embora relativamente perto do centro, o quarto era grande mas ainda com banheira, o que para a nossa idade não é muito aconselhável. O pequeno almoço é excelente e variado. Tirando a banheira a porta do quarto 606 não fechava totalmente.
• ΧΡΥΣΟΥΛΑ ΘΕΟΔΩΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ (10/5): Εξαιρετικά - Όλη η διαμονή καθώς και οι παροχές ήταν εξαιρετικές. Πολύ καθαρά, άλλαζαν πετσέτες κάθε μέρα και ανά 2 μέρες τα σεντόνια. Είχε τα πάντα ( σεσουάρ - ψυγείο - βραστηρα ) και το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο. Το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου είχε πολύ καλό φαγητό. Ήταν κοντά στα 10' με τα πόδια από την πράσινη γραμμή Α του Μετρό και η ίδια γραμμή σε πήγαινε στη στάση του λεωφορείου για το αεροδρόμιο. Ήταν στα 15' με τα πόδια από κέντρο της Πράγας και της αγοράς. Τίποτα
• Doreen (8/5): - Das Abendessen und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt liegt. Am Morgen war es doch sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer und den Fernseher hören. Leider war die Bedienung beim Abendessen nicht sehr nett, zuvorkommend und umsichtig. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hatte ich anderes erwartet.

• Amos (10/5): - אז ככה לכל המתלבטים אני ממליץ בחום על המלון 1. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, גבינות לחמים חביתות וכו.. (אורחים שאוהבים נקניקים יהיו מרוצים). 2. שירות 10/10 ללא הערות בכלל 3. ישנם הרבה תגובות פה על הזרם מי שמתחלף פתאום מחם לקר או זרם חלש , הזרם לנו היה קצת חלש מעבר חזה אין הערות זה באמת שטויות , החדר האמבטיה פצצה. 4. המיקום של המלון נהדר. 5. מתחת המלון מספר מינימרקטים + CHANGE. 6. בלובי יש בר נחמד עם Happy hour למעוניינים. 7. המזרונים בחדר היו נוחים והחדר פיזית מרווח. לסיכום אם סגרתם על תאריכים שאתם רוצים והמחיר נוח לכם אל תהססו כי בסוף הולכים לטייל רוב היום ולא רובצים במלון. שהחופשה נגמרה מהר

• Ingrid (6/5): Comfortable, but no spa on site. - Lovely staff, comfortable beds, and the shower with bathtub was great! The hotel unfortunately does not have regular spa facilities on site (there is the beer spa I believe). When asking the staff about booking into wellness, they said that the Eden's Garden Spa and Massage was not on the premises - it was a few doors down. Unfortunately, that premises only offers massage and does not offer jacuzzi or sauna options. We had to go to the other Eden Spa in Grandior Hotel 20 minutes away (excellent 90 minutes wellness package). Breakfast was also a bit funny, where my 80% full plate was taken while I made a coffee, and cutlery was not placed as if I was finished with the plate. Seeing this waste was upsetting, especially as they have a sign above the buffet stating that 40kgs of wasted food goes out everyday and to only take what you can eat.
