Charlotte (3/5): Good for location, everything else, not good - Location was alright, close enough to the main tourist destinations which was good. However, the area wasn’t well kept as there were bin bags outside the hotel for the duration of the stay. Food places around the area were good. The area around the hotel wasn’t well kept, the room wasn’t cleaned on our first day even though we had the door sign on. The staff member who brought us our towels, after I’d went down and asked, was unprofessional and listening to music when he brought them. There was no personality behind the desk asking how our journey was, why we were here etc. The rooms were damp and not brick, it was a weird fabric so the walls were thin. Not a great experience I must say!

La mia stanza era piccola ma confortevole e aveva anche il bollitore, cosa che apprezzo sempre. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile, sicuramente un elemento positivo dell'hotel. La pulizia della camera lasciava fortemente a desiderare. Ho trovato un ciuffo di capelli sotto il lavandino che è rimasto lì per tutte le 3 notti che ho soggiornato. Ho il dubbio che pulissero la doccia tra un giorno e l'altro, e ho trovato delle macchie sul lavandino che non ho fatto io e non capisco come abbiano fatto. Il bagno necessita di manutenzione. Tanta umidità e il bocchettone della doccia era poco funzionante.

Tetyana (6/5): Für uns war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders komfortabel - Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich gut. Allerdings gab es am zweiten Tag kein Wasser. Nach etwa 1–1,5 Stunden wurde das Wasser zwar wieder angestellt, lief jedoch sehr langsam, sodass Duschen nicht möglich war. Am nächsten Tag trat dasselbe Problem erneut auf, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Zudem ist der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche generell schwach – das Wasser läuft nur langsam und in dünnen Strahlen. Es handelt sich außerdem um eine alte Badewanne, was den Komfort zusätzlich einschränkt. Die Lage ist hingegen sehr gut, in der Nähe des Kolosseums. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt haben. Kein Wasser. Das Wasserstrahl ist sehr schwach.

La cama de matrimonio eran 2 camas que se separaban con mucha facilidad. Intenté dormir en el sofá y era como dormir en el suelo, no podía ser más duro. Además de tener una sábana que no lo cubría. La ducha un día con poquísima presión (casi no pude aclararme el pelo), otro día con presión pero no se quedaba quieta y apuntaba al cristal. Fue imposible ducharse. Hacia un calor horrible,abrí la ventana y empezaron a entrar mosquitos. ¿4 estrellas? Con 2 es suficiente

Sandra (7/5): Eu esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas. - O hotel tem Cama confortável, e a limpeza é ok. O pessoal da recepção é atencioso. O chuveiro no meu quarto não tinha força nenhuma na água, e tomamos banho de água fria no dia 04. Minha filha hospedada em outro quarto no andar debaixo também não teve água quente pra tomar banho nesse dia. E estava frio! Outra coisa desagradável é que não tem luz na entrada do quarto o que dificulta muito pra quem tem baixa visão.

Jordan (6/5): - Пристигнахме много късно вечерта в хотела и бяхме настанени в стая с разбита брава на входната врата, която оставаше леко зейнала дори и затворена и не уплътняваше шума от коридора. Беше ни казано, че не могат да ни преместят поради липса на свободни стаи. На сутринта след разговор с рецепция бяхме прехвърлени в друга стая, но считам че е абсолютно неприемливо в такава стая да се настаняват гости в четиризвезден хотел.

Piccola pecca il rumore di sottofondo del sistema di areazione che fortunatamente inficia poco sulla qualità del sonno.

I specifically booked this hotel with breakfast included because I was participating in the Rome Marathon and needed proper nutrition before the race. However, breakfast on Sunday was only offered starting at 7:30 AM — exactly when runners were required to be at the starting grid. This shows a complete lack of awareness and consideration for guests attending a major city event like the marathon. Instead of adjusting breakfast hours or providing a suitable alternative, the hotel offered a takeaway “breakfast bag” which was frankly inadequate — it contained barely anything of substance and certainly not what one would expect before running a marathon. For a hotel of this standard, this was unacceptable. If you advertise breakfast included, it should be accessible and meaningful, especially under circumstances like this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for events where timing and proper preparation matter.

Jean-Bernard (4/5): Bonne proximité. Hôtel très moyen pour le prix. - La proximité avec le métro et le Colisée. Le petit déjeuné était correct. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec baignoire à la réservation, qui nous a été validé par l’hôtel. Arrivée sur place pas de baignoire et impossibilité par l’hôtel de nous changer de chambre. La chambre quant à elle, impossible de régler le chauffage (beaucoup trop chaud). L’espace douche était trop petit. Et extrêmement bruyant avec les chambres d’à côtés !!! Côté petit dejeuné, il commence assez tard malheureusement (7h30 le week-end) pour les visites, pas terrible .

L'agencement de la salle de bain, le téléphone dans les toilettes qui tombe une fois sur deux (pourquoi un téléphone accroché au mur dans les toilettes ?). On a éteint le chauffage mais on a très chaud. En plein mois de mars, on a dormi les fenêtres ouvertes pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur. Et enfin le joint de la porte qui se décollait, c'était pas terrible. Petite chambre.
Chloe (5/5): - Très bon emplacement le personnel est très sympathique rien à redire cependant nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir en sachant que nous pouvons prendre la chambre à partir de 14h , la poire de douche ne fonctionnais pas, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas la lumière ne cessé de s’éteindre et s’allumer lorsque l’ont met la carte je trouves au vu du tarif que ce genre de détail doit être gérer en amont de la réservation

Bar dell'hotel alle 14.00 aperto ma nessuno per fare servizio, non abbiamo potuto prendere il caffe'. In camera non funzionava la cassaforte, l'ho detto subito alla reception ma non e' mai venuto nessuno. L'hotel e' vicino alla Basilica di S. Giovanni in Laterano, la zona intorno all'hotel non e' bellissima. Nella colazione poca varieta' di salato e dolce.
