- Claudia (8/5): Termotanque con grifería tradicional NO VA - La ubicación. Tiene sistema de termotanque individual por apart, en estos casos hay que saber usar el agua caliente cuando hace frío. Entonces se hace un poco complicado el bañarse si hace frio. Les recomiendo instalen en la ducha griferia monocomando (tienen la tradicional) y no habría problemas.

- Valentina (7/5): Ojo con dar su tarjeta - Habitación bien, cumple con lo abonado. el único problema que tuve fue que puse mi tarjeta de crédito(único lugar donde la usé porque te lo piden de “garantía” por si rompes algo) y se me realizaron compras cuando me fui. Bastante raro, escribieron en un papel los números “por las dudas”, lo cual me parece super ilegal, y leyendo reseñas de Google del lugar veo que no soy la primera persona que le pasó. Eso restó mi estadía completamente y hace que no vuelva a este hotel. Una pena porque fue amena la estadía. Pero el dolor de cabeza que generó desconocer compras no lo deseo a nadie. (Y la tarjeta no fue usada en otro lado, y veo que no soy la única que le paso)

Sin embargo, el personal de este apart-hotel fue tan organizado, limpio y profesional que decidimos quedarnos también la segunda semana aquí. Reception staff during the day were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the entrance door — it was extremely thin, with no sound insulation at all. All noise from the corridor was clearly audible.
- Eduardo (1/5): Mala experiencia - El personal de limpieza me robo un anillo OURA q deje en el bano. El trato del personal no fue bueno cuando denuncie el hecho. En vez de investigat el hecho actuation en forma defensiva buscando evadir el tema. Claramente en ese lugar roban y por mas reglas internal que tengan, robar es un delito y deberia ser internamente revisados sus pricedumientos con el personal de limpieza para evitarlo.

- Maria (9/5): - La amplitud del departamento, la limpieza excelente, la buena disposición y cordialidad del personal. Luego del egreso me solicitaron por mail la reposición de un vaso e informé que ya estaba roto cuando ingresamos, por lo cual quedó solucionado.

- Marcelo (7/5): Estadía cómoda y agradable - La ubicación del apart es excelente, esta todo muy cerca, además hay varios medios de transportes y a unas pocas cuadras se encuentra el subte línea D, la cama es genial, amplia y super cómoda, de noche la zona es bastante segura. Por motivos laborales tuvimos que extender nuestra estadía por dos días adicionales, completando un total de siete noches en el alojamiento. Queremos destacar la amabilidad y el trato respetuoso del personal de limpieza. No obstante, observamos algunas oportunidades de mejora que podrían enriquecer la experiencia de los huéspedes: • El cambio de toallas se realizó recién al sexto día. • Durante toda la estadía no se repusieron los jabones del baño, y el papel higiénico fue reemplazado solo en algunas ocasiones (tuvimos que adquirirlo por nuestra cuenta). • En la cocina, tanto el detergente como la esponja estaban en condiciones poco óptimas, por lo que también debimos comprar estos elementos fuera del apart. • Como sugerencia, sería útil incorporar una tostadora, ya que actualmente solo cuentan con una pava eléctrica y un microondas. Agradecemos la atención brindada y compartimos estos comentarios con el ánimo de contribuir a la mejora continua del servicio.
- Fabiano (8/5): Hotel com bom custo benefício - Hotel com um bom custo beneficio pela localização, quartos limpos todos os dias, tolhas trocadas um dia sim e um dia não, quato espaçoso e com vários armários Poderia ter um fogão pra fazer comidas rápidas,pois nao tem café incluído nas diárias e também poderia ter tranca nas portas dos banheiros
- Carlos Ismael (8/5): Apartamento amplo e boa localização para estadia em Buenos Aires - Apartamento fica em um hotel em uma avenida de fácil localização, com café, farmácia, banco e outras comodidades nas proximidades. É fácil para caminhar dali até a Rocoleta, por exemplo. O quarto é bastante amplo, chuveiro bom e uma cama gigante. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e passa todas as informações necessárias. Pude também deixar minhas malas em um maleiro após o check out até o horário de ir para o aeroporto. Recomendo a estadia. O café da manhã não é no hotel, mas sim um voucher para buscar em uma cafeteria que fica há menos de uma quadra dali. O voucher da direito ao café e alguns opções de lanches, como duas medialunas, por exemplo. A qualidade do que é servido é muito boa. Pra mim não chega a ser um problema, mas cabe alertar a quem espera poder tomar café no próprio local da hospedagem.
