La ubicación es muy buena No me gustó que no tengan dónde dejar las valijas en consigna ni antes ni después de la estadía. Por el valor de la habitación debería ser un servicio que den. El desayuno es muy pobre para un Hilton, a las 9:30 ya fruta no había y el huevo lo reponen cada tanto. El café frío y muy aguado. El parking cuesta US$30+tax lo que me parece excesivo.

- Xiaowen (6/5): Not recommended - Breakfast buffet is good When we opened our rooms found they were not the rooms we booked so we had to take all luggages to reception, the receptionist said the hotel rooms are all full because overbooked. They could told us when we arrived. We paid when we booked one month ago, then the hotel staff told us third party platform always have this problem (we booked from booking). Then they only changed one room to our original order said they would change the room of guest who had not come yet. The changed room we got is in front of electricity room which I really concern. Also no restaurants close to this hotel, have to drive 10 minutes to other place to eat. They don’t have self parking, only valet (which need pay parking fee and tips)

Internet was down but even taking cc numbers to input once the system was back up and running took three hours. We could not order an Uber, as there was no WIFI. We finally got to our room and the key would not open the door. There were no plates at breakfast. There was no butter. $213 for that?

My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable and far below the expected standard — especially considering the very high nightly rate. My friend arrived one day earlier and the hotel’s system was simply not working. She was unable to check in, and there was no proper solution for storing her luggage. The lack of organization and support was evident from the start. Breakfast is extremely poor for the price charged: paper cups instead of proper cups, no cold cuts at all, sour pineapple still with peel attached, and hard croissants. This is entirely inconsistent with the image the hotel promotes. This morning, once again, the system was down and there was no Wi-Fi. In the evening, the Wi-Fi is still not functioning. It is unacceptable for a hotel presenting itself as part of the Hilton brand not to provide something as basic as reliable internet. The most serious issue was returning to the room and finding it had not been cleaned and the bed had not been made. When I complained at reception, I was told — very casually — that housekeeping is only provided every two days. This was not disclosed on Booking.com, and there is no reduction in the rate (I paid over US$ 300,00 per night). They simply pointed to a sign at reception and said housekeeping staff had already left, as if not cleaning a guest room were acceptable. Frankly, this experience does not reflect Hilton standards. I have stayed in far more modest accommodations that provided significantly better service.

- Bo (3/5): Warning! Do not stay here . - Not much . The staff can barely speak English and made me feel like it was my fault that I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I was forced to pay $35 a valet to take my vehicle, instead of allowing me to park my vehicle. It took approximately 10 minutes for the shower water to get warm enough to use . The shower wouldn’t drain and I was standing in water. The TV did not work at all . And they act like it was normal . 😳 They wanted to charge $18 on top of the price for room and valet for a crappy breakfast. I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

This hotel should not be renting out the room we were given.The room had extreme humidity — the floor was literally sweating/condensating, and the papers in my backpack got damp just from sitting on the floor for a few hours. Even worse, the mattress itself was noticeably wet. I only fully realized this after midnight, and at that point I chose to just sleep rather than start a complaint in the middle of the night. No one should have to sleep on a damp mattress in a paid hotel in 2025/2026. That room is simply not fit for guests.The staff were almost completely inattentive and showed very little willingness to help.At check-in, Maria gave us keys for the 5th floor. We took the elevator… which only goes up to the 3rd floor. No one had mentioned this at all when handing over the keys. We had to walk back down, cross to another sector of the property, and find a different elevator or staircase just to reach the room. This basic information should have been provided upfront — if there had been even a minimal level of attention or care.We had booked and prepaid the hotel shuttle to the port for 12:00 pm the next day. We arrived in the lobby at 12:02 pm — only two minutes late — and the shuttle had already left without us. No phone call, no message, no staff member waiting or doing any kind of follow-up. Just gone.Yes, this is an urban transit hotel, but that does not excuse such poor conditions, zero communication, and treating guests with complete indifference.Terrible value, terrible room, terrible service. Firm 1 star — and only because the minimum is 1.I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Jessica (3/5): - The hotel location is convenient for those attending events at Marina Stadium, and the room itself was acceptable. The room was ok, everything was clean and new not bad at all. However, I had serious issues at check-in. Although check-in started at 3:00 PM, my room was only available at 5:00 PM, causing major inconvenience since I had an event to attend. During this time, there were long lines at the reception, while other guests were checked in before me. The staff mentioned that Booking reservations use a different system. When I finally received the room key and opened the door, there was already another guest inside the room. This caused great discomfort and made me feel unsafe. Unfortunately, these issues negatively affected my overall experience

Front desk clerk was helpful, friendly and responsive. Our bed had human hair in it. Front desk was responsive and apologetic; however, there is no excuse for multiple human hair strands under the covers and on the sheets.
- Jonathan (10/5): Absolutely delightful, comfortable and peaceful - Breakfast was okay but not great It was the only part of the trip that was average It’s buffet style so you could tell for example the potatoes had been there for awhile as they were cold and almost rubbery. But understand everything else about my stay was exseptional breakfast

L’hôtel est beau les chambres sont très grandes, la salle de bain est très fonctionnelle et petit plus gel douche, shampoing, apres-shampoing et crème pour le corps a disposition. Personnel très réactif. Et la piscine est très belle avec beaucoup de végétation.

Fortunately we were allowed to stay in our room. However, Management had to enter the room in our absence to verify that the room was still occupied. That was not good!

En general no solo en la habitacion la limpieza no era buena, si no lo podias ver en los Pasilllos del hotel y el bano del primer piso.

- Mauricio (7/5): good - el staff muy amable en el desayuno, esta bien que venga incluidon en la habitacion, la ubicacion es muy buena y tiene buena alberca y gimnasio estuve mas de 30 minutos en fila para hacer check inn tenian una sola persona para esto en dias feriados; deberian amplaiar el horario del restaurante ya que cierra temprano para cenar, cambien las camas despues de varios dias durmiendo ahi termine con dolor de espalda

Madeleine in the kitchen made the best grits I have eaten Was jetlagged and do not remember the name of the waiter or chef on the night of November 28th, 2025 but the waiter was superlative; courteous, efficient and friendly and the chef prepared pasta with shrimp marinara with such expertise, I would return again just for that dish. location, no restaurants nearby

The staff did not tell me this and a I wandered around looking for the room. Turns out they knew about this, asked me if a note was put up about this and I said no. Toilet seat falling off. Coffee maker did not work, strange arrangement of closet door and bathroom, needs alteration.. I was told that their technical/mechanical were not working that day.
- Victoria (5/5): Staff is a business’s greatest asset, and a rude valet harms the hotel’s image - One of the valet staff, the Cuban guy, was by far the rudest person in the property, bad attitude, grumpy af and just chilling there , not approaching the driver as we drove thru, always on his phone, super bad first impression from the hotel.

- Zena (6/5): A bit tired - Spacious and clean room. Outside space with small pool The hotel was a tired looking- could do with an facelift. When we were there the main lift was out of order so had to go to one a few corridors away. And the WiFi was not working. Location was not as I expected. I did do my homework but obviously not well enough as i could not find anywhere to eat or drink ( other than hotel) For the price I would have expected a higher quality hotel

Not a big deal for short stays, a HUGE deal if I had stayed longer. The fact that wifi was free only for a week, and even that was a perk for joining the club, was awful. Again, ok for a short stay, would NOT stay here for a long stay in Miami
