- Vincent (9/5): Agréable séjour dans un établissement où on se sent à l’aise et chez soi - L’emplacement en centre ville , la chambre spacieuse très confortable , un très grand lit au top la salle de sport , la piscine , le petit déjeuner copieux , le dîner sous forme de buffet à volonté niveau qualité prix très bien Certains membres du personnel fort sympathique . L’accueil le 1er jour était froid et les 2 personnes ne parlaient pas du tout français . Le parking sous terrain un pet cher et relativement étroit .. La vue de la fenêtre de la chambre sur des climatiseurs et autres tuyaux .. Sol un peu sale dans un endroit de notre chambre mais ça a été résolu le lendemain.

- Andrea (9/5): Tolle Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in Andorra. Der für uns sehr wichtige Parkplatz war zwar teuer (23€), aber dafür sicher und in der Tiefgarage direkt unterhalb des Hotels - barrierefrei mit Aufzug erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen separaten, absperrbaren Raum für Fahrräder zur Verwahrung. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

- Kim (5/5): Loud room - The location was great. 10 mins walk to the Central bus station as well being close to all the tourist spots. The amenities in the room was good, they provided water, some soft drinks, toothbrush, shaver, comb, shower cap and the regular shower liquids. You could get a blue towel for the spa from reception. The sauna and steam room were a great treat to relax after being out all day. The pool in May was still freezing thus not usable but pretty to look at. The gym was basic but functional. I paid for an interior room so wasn't disappointed with the lack of view. My room on the second floor however was located near some building works that went on from 9am to 9pm daily. It was constant drilling, hammering and other building sounds. Also the room was near the exit door and people kept slamming it. The walls are paper thin as others mentioned. I could hear people's conversations perfectly.

- Carina (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Andorra. The location was excellent, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and with amazing views from the hotel and room. The room was spacious, large beds,, modern and very fresh and clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and relaxing. A great hotel for enjoying both the nature and the atmosphere of Andorra. We would happily stay here again. The parking garage was much convenient. The hotel itself was nice and modern, but there were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. The check-in process took far too long, with a lot of waiting at reception after a long day of travel. It did not feel very efficient or well organized. We were also disappointed by the limited opening hours for the gym and pool. The facilities looked good, but the short opening times made them difficult to use, especially for guests who are out during the day. With some improvements in organization and more flexible facility hours, the overall experience would have been much better. We would also have liked a coffee or tea machine in the room.
- Gregorio (10/5): - Funcionários educados Quarto e banheiro confortáveis Boa localização, bem no centro Gostei de tudo, apenas uma observação para quem está indo a primeira vez: o hotel fica a 10min da estação de ônibus e tem um subida bem íngreme para chegar ate la, porém ao lado do museu da bicicleta tem um elevador que voce pode pegar e ja sai na praça dos pobres que é bem perto do hotel. Nós so descobrimos o elevador no último dia, e tivemos que sofrer subindo com malas 🫠

Esperaba que el desayuno tuviera embutidos locales de la zona y croissanteria/pastas recién hechas, no industriales o hechas allí congeladas. Las habitaciones aunque son muy grandes y acogedoras lucen un poco pasadas de moda.

- Ivan (9/5): Un lugar para toda la familia - El hotel muy céntrico y con mucho espacio por dentro. El desayuno buffet bastante completo. El personal muy amable, tanto en el comedor como en la recepción. El parking está debajo del hotel, se accede fácilmente en ello. Te dejan incluso dejar el coche en las puertas para hacer el registro y bajar maletas antes de dejar el coche en el parking subterráneo. En la última planta hay piscina, gimnasio, zona con mesas para tomar café, todo con muy buenas vistas tanto a la montaña como al centro al otro lado. Las habitaciones son normales, con suficiente espacio y camas cómodas. No había mosqueteras en las ventanas. Las vistas al patio trasero con los aires y el ruido se aceptaba de alguna manera, ya que se entendía, pero no tener mosqueteras en las ventanas nos había molestado un poco puesto que por el calor dormíamos con las ventanas abiertas.

- Enriqueta (10/5): - Siempre que vamos Andorra nos alojamos en este hotel, nos gusta la ubicación que tiene para desplazarte,los servicios como piscina y gimnasio están muy bien, y la comida tanto desayuno o como cena esta bien. El personal es muy atento.
