• Nicoletta (6/5): Soggiorno migliorabile - Posizione vicina al centro e alla fermata metro, monolocale essenziale ma abbastanza servito Soggiorno di una settimana: l'alloggio non è mai stato pulito né è mai stata cambiata la biancheria, che nel bagno è proprio essenziale. Peraltro non c'è nemmeno a disposizione una scopa o uno straccio per pavimenti nel caso un ospite volesse provvedere a pulire in autonomia. Nella dotazione cucina non è compreso alcuno strofinaccio. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare la carta igienica perché la dotazione fornita dalla struttura non è stata sufficiente per la durata del ns soggiorno. Letto non comodissimo, lenzuola morbide ma con buco. A disposizione solo un cuscino molto basso. Pur essendo un monolocale si potrebbero valutare diversamente gli spazi, mancano piani di appoggio
• Khalid (8/5): سكن بسيط وعصري - الصراحة عجبني ان تصميمه حديث خدمة ذاتية 100٪؜ لكن مب معقد نظيف وفيه تقريبا كل المستلزمات الي تتوفر في الشقق عادة من ادوات مطبخ وغسالة وثلاجة السعر طبعاً كان مبالغ فيه انا حجزت شقة بسعر فندق 5 نجوم تقريبا الليلة 1،300 درهم ايضاً لازم تاخذ عدتك معك مثل نعال slipper وفرشاة اسنان وماي للشرب
• Stephen (9/5): A great place to stay in central Barcelona - The facilities, decor and location were ideal for us. We had a minor issue with the shower which was dealt with very promptly & to our complete satisfaction. It's a great spot to walk to La Ramla, the gothic quarter, and in fact we found it very pleasant to walk everywhere. A great holiday! It would have been better for us to be able to get into the apartment earlier than 3pm - without paying extra!
• ST (9/5): Perfect location, helpful 24/7 staff, quick problem solving, nice stay - The location was great, the staff was very helpful and available 24/7 to assist with anything we needed immediately. We had a minor issue with the washing machine, but it was resolved right away without any hassle. There were plenty of towels provided, and the place had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Honestly, there was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

And as opposed to many other places in Barcelona, the windows were decent and quiet, shower had a decent pressure and the AC was working well. The bathroom door could be a bit more sturdy. Sliding glass door isn't ideal for privacy...

Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed for almost a week and it was very comfortable. The hotel and apartments felt a bit cold and impersonal. The self check in and out meant you are rarely in contact with anyone. The kitchen had the bare essentials. For the price I would have expected a few more creature comforts. But it was all fine for a short stay. The positives outweighed the negatives.

• Cassanda (7/5): Nice area, not the most comfortable - The location is great, a less touristy neighbourhood that's still in easy walking/metro distance to everything. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Lacking a lot of small touches that would make it so much more pleasant, like an electric kettle or a clothes drying rack. We were on the 1st floor and it was quite noisy; you could clearly hear people walking up the stairs and street noise.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): A great choice for sightseeing, with a perfect location. - Accommodation near / 3–4 minutes from the metro station. Clean, modern, with a comfortable bed. We arrived earlier, so we could leave our backpacks in the luggage storage. There is a terrace on the 6th floor where we could relax until our room was ready. It would have been nice if they had left a couple of coffee capsules for the coffee machine.

• marcof12 (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Barcelona - The staff was amazingly kind, ready to answer to provide any sort of information! There are lockers available so that you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Everything is automated so you just dial a code to get in and off you go easily. You're next to an underground stop, and just few minutes away by foot from the heart of Barcelona. The apartment is cozy, nice and comfortable, well equipped with coffee machine, complimentary bottles of water. It was all great, but the bathroom door, it was a frosted glass sliding door, which moves with difficulties, plus doesn't give much privacy.

Blisko najważniejszych punktów turystycznych Barcelony. Wygodne sypialnie. Dużym plusem są dwie łazienki. Minusem jest okno jednej z sypialni wychodzące na klatkę schodową obiektu co utrudnia przepływ powietrza.

Σε μια γειτονιά που είχε τα πάντα κοντά της, μετρό, στάση λεωφορείου, σούπερ μάρκετ, μαγαζιά για φαγητό και ποτό! Δεν έλειπε τίποτα! Πράγματι δίπλα σε όλα! Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό, και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν! Ένα μέρος που σίγουρα θα ερχόμουν ξανά!

• Lucie (9/5): - Ubytování na pěkném místě, pěšky do centra cca 10 minut na Plaça de Catalunya, kousek od stanice metra i zastávky autobusu na letiště. Naproti přes ulici pekařství a supermarket, v ulici dále několik restaurací. Self check-in, vše přehledně v aplikaci, s personálem jsme vůbec nepřišli do styku. Pod dveřmi i v noci prosvítá světlo z chodby. Na náš vkus spíše měkčí matrace a celkově malá postel. I přes zavřená okna v noci hluk z ulice, ale i z chodby od ostatních hostů (ale za to hotel samozřejmě nemůže). Číselný kód k otevírání dveří hůře čitelný, čísla jsou již odřená.

• Jarlene (5/5): NÃO RECOMENDO! - É bem localizado. Esse Libere foi a nossa PIOR escolha da viagem. Apesar do nome hotel, é um Airbnb que vc paga preço de hotel. Ponto positivo: é bem licalizado. Pontos negativos: - café da manhã é em uma cafeteria do lado do hotel e vc tem direito a 1 café ou suco e 1 pãozinho. Em resumo: vc paga muito mais caro do que pagaria tomando o café da manhã na rua. Não tem o conforto de tomar o café da manhã no hotel. - ⁠não tem serviço de quarto - limpam o quarto 1x na semana. Em consequência, não retiram o lixo e nem trocam as toalhas. E se vc pedir esse serviço, paga extra. - ⁠porta do banheiro: não tem trinco e é transparente. Sem privacidade; - ⁠se vc quiser mais detergente ou sabão para lavar roupa/vasilha, te cobram uma taxa extra de 3 euros; - ⁠tem maquininha de café, mas não tem capsula para fazer o café Em resumo: melhor ficar em um Airbnb que é muitoooo mais barato que esse “hotel”.

Le logement était super propre et les communs aussi. Dans les petits moins, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de réceptionniste physique 24h/24 (celle que l'on a vu était adorable), que le rooftop ne soit pas accessible tôt le matin pour faire un petit déjeuner dessus par exemple. Et que l'établissement n'ait pas de piscine.

• Dora (9/5): Amazing value for a fab apartment - Right in the centre of Eixample, it's very conveniently located. The apartment has plenty of light and a nice view. The bed is very comfy, with extra pillows and long towels. It would have been nice to have 1 or 2 coffee pods (you can buy a pack of 10, but they would have been too many for us). There's a strong perfume in the hall, be aware if you suffer from any allergies. You cannot connect the TV to the internet.
• Brent (8/5): Ideaal apartment in een leuke buurt om Barcelona te ontdekken - Dat je gsm je sleutel is, dat is superhandig. De locatie was top in een gezellige wijk met heel wat culinaire adresjes in de buurt. Het aircosysteem werkte niet altijd naar behoren. S'avonds was er soms een beetje lawaai aan de straatkant.
• Kateryna (10/5): Сучасне житло з чудовим розташуванням - Сучасне комфортне житло в прекрасному місці. Поруч метро і все необхідне. Легке заселення. Чудова тераса. Не було праски, та побутових дрібниць, Ми заїхали на 5 днів. Не вистачило засобу для миття посуду, засобу для прання, паперових рушників, пакетів для сміття. Не було прибирання номеру і інвентарю, щоб прибрати самим.

• Tim (8/5): Modern en net. - Heel net en modern appartement. Keuken was goed ingericht. Alles was aanwezig. Geen airco. Wanneer we dit melden werd gezegd dat de wintermodus aanstond. Ze kwamen wel meteen met een alternatief zoals een mobiele ventilator.
• Marie-Theres (10/5): - Alles bestens! Sehr Zentral, sauber, unkompliziert! Die betten waren uns ein wenig zu hart sonst war alles super.

• Zara (7/5): - Good location, right in the centre and close to metro line. Clean rooms. There aren’t enough lockers for early check-in or early check-out. When we asked to store our luggage they told us via whatsapp it was not possible. There’s only 12 lockers and they’re occupied EVERY DAY. Luckily a staff member who was present helped us store the luggage despite the online service telling us they could not help us. Please get more lockers because I saw people every day being frustrated because their luggage could not be stored.

• Christopher (7/5): A very convenient place to stay if you dont want a hotel. - They accommodated for pets, for an extra fee though. Bikes were not allowed in the apartment, this is the only reason I would not stay here again.
• Britt (9/5): Super fijn en schoon verblijf! Heel centraal, dicht bij het ov en perfect voor een citytrip! - De accomodatie zag er precies zo uit als op de foto’s! Bij aankomst lag er een leuk welkomstpakketje klaar. Er was een wasdroger aanwezig waardoor we zelf onze wasjes konden doen. Ook was er een koffieapparaat, waterkoker en broodrooster aanwezig. De airco werkte niet helemaal naar behoren, gelukkig kon de balkondeur open en werd het daarom wat frisser in de kamer.

• Лилия (8/5): Рекомендую - Все було чудово - розташування, чистота, інструкції по допуску до апартаментів 2 мінуси 1. Додаткове ліжко-диван дуже не зручне, спиш, як в гамаку 2. Немає елементарних побутових дрібниць. Якщо люди заїзджають на пару днів, то щоб скористатися , наприклад, посудомийкою, їм потрібно купити цілу пачку таблеток для неї, використати пару штук, а пачку залишити власникам апартаментів (не понесеш же її в аеропорт). Те саме з сміттєвими пакетами, губкою для посуду і т.д. Здавалося б дрібниці, але саме з дрібниць складається комфорт 🙂

• Gabriel (4/5): If you have another choice, please take that one. - Where the hotel is located was the single plus for this booking. Very poor breakfast, one sandwich/croissant, coffee and juice. At a different location where the staff was not friendly. The room was not very clean when we arrived and if we wanted to be clean or towels to be changed we supposed to pay an extra 34 EUR. Wifi connection was bad. The bed was moving with us because has wheels. Most of the walls were dirty or dented.
• Jan (9/5): Boven verwachting. - Prima verblijf. Mooi centraal gelegen, schoon. Je kunt veel online regelen (in- en uitchecken), er is een locker. Zeer mooi dakterras. Personeel zie je nauwelijks, maar wel 24 uur per dag prima bereikbaar. En de paar keer dat we iemand zagen was het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Alles was goed. Niets aan te merken.

• David (8/5): Very enjoyable stay - the staff were very helpful, we'd stay again, but in a different room - The Location of the hotel was good, Breakfast was OK, but there wasn't a lot of choice. The room was well appointed and clean, and we liked the phone access to the room (when it worked) (Not sure if we could have used the phone to access the main door of the hotel) Unfortunately, we had a balcony room on the second floor. The room was very noisy at night as the bins seem to be emptied at 2am ! The phone access was a bit hit and miss, sometimes it took 3 or 4 goes to access the room, and we don't know if we could have used the phone to access the main hotel door. The luggage lockers didn't work too well - we had to get the staff to unlock.

• ASPASIA (10/5): - Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and the rooms were new and well maintained. The location was also excellent, as it is very close to a metro station, which made getting around very easy. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!
• Stefan (7/5): Good for a short stay, but mind the street noise - • Prime Location: Very easy to find and perfectly situated in the center of everything. • Smooth Check-in: The contactless process worked exactly as described. • Privacy: Sound isolation between the rooms was actually quite good; I didn’t hear other guests. • Comfortable Sleep: The mattress itself was comfortable. • Street Noise: Since the room faces a rather busy road with traffic lights, the engine revving is quite loud. Bring earplugs. • Awkward Layout: The room arrangement was a bit strange; the seating was placed directly in front of the kitchenette, and the TV was positioned to the far right, making it difficult to watch from the seating. • App Key Issues: Using the phone app to unlock the building and room doors was hit-or-miss and often took several attempts to work. • Bedding & Maintenance: The triple-sheeting was poorly executed and untangled during the night. Additionally, the showerhead in the bathroom is heavily calcified and badly needs descaling.
• Aleksandra (8/5): - Pobyt w apartamencie ogólnie oceniamy pozytywnie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, a możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania była dla nas miłym udogodnieniem. Zauważyliśmy jednak kilka drobnych niedociągnięć, takich jak kurz na listwach, urwany wieszak na ręcznik, niewygodne poduszki oraz bardzo ograniczona liczba naczyń (tylko dwa talerze i dwie szklanki), co wymagało ich ciągłego mycia. W apartamentach o podobnym standardzie często spotykaliśmy również drobne udogodnienia na powitanie, jak np. woda. Zwykle w apartamentach, w których dostępny jest ekspres do kawy, kapsułki lub kawa są również zapewnione, dlatego taki dodatek byłby bardzo miłym akcentem

• Simona (10/5): Velmi hezké ubytování, které bych s klidným svědomím doporučila dále a ráda se sama ubytuji znovu, pokud se někdy do Bar - Apartmán byl nádherný, moderně zařízen a krásně čistý. Velmi se nám líbila poloha, v centru města, doslova s MHD po ruce a self check-in. Hned naproti ubytování zastávka autobusu, 3 stanice metra hned za rohem. Přes cestu hned obchod otevřeny 24/7, vedle nej pekárna, takže jsme si denně chodili pro čerstvé pečivo k snídani. Moc s mamkou chválíme také velmi příjemnou vůni, když vejdete do vestibulu hotelu. Te vůně jsme se nemohly nabažit ! Pokud mám hledat chyby a dávat zpětnou vazbu, tak snad jen hluk z ulice hluboko do noci od osob sedících venku na zahrádce v okolních podnicích, ale s tím musí člověk počítat při návštěvě takového města, jako je Barcelona. A pak docela velká škvíra ze spod u vstupních dveří do pokoje, kterou zejména v noci do pokoje proudí světlo z chodby, kde se celou noc svítí, což ruší u spaní, pokud spíte na rozložené sedačce v obytné části. Světlo jsme řešili jsme osuškou. Hůř se řešil ruch z chodby od ostatních hostů vracejících se v noci na ubytování, kdy někteří trochu zapomínají na to, že nejsou v hotelu jen oni a svou hlasitou mluvou ruší ostatní spící hosty, což je otravné nejen pro toho co spí v obýváku na sedačce, ale i v ložnici, protože jedna z našich dvou ložnic má okno do vnitřního společného atria hotelu…. Ale i přes toto “drobné nepohodlí” jsme měli krásný pobyt.

• Matt (2/5): it looks good at first sight. but problems continuous happen - location is good it looks good at first sight. but problems continuous happen when stay here: 1. the drain of shower room works very slow, the water overflows. 2. bad smell from the drain full the room day and night, cause damage to noise and throat 3. the toilet roof was leaking, dripping and making noise all night long. 4. even I encounter some many problem, the staff did not solve well, they can’t change a room for me. 5. at last, when I left, the invoice amount is not same as I actually paid, and they refuse to change which caused me reimbursement problem.
