• Tevere (2/5): - La camera spartana in proporzione alle stelle e al prezzo frigobar vuoto e anno voluto la carta per eventuali spese ma non c'era nulla da consumare in camera. Un'altra nota negativa non ci sono in bagno nessun prodotto di cortesia che solo flaconi di saponi liquidi. Per non parlare della scomodezza dei letti e dell'accoglienza

• Nenad (8/5): Prekrasan grad, miran hotel, na kraju je ioak ispalo sve pozitivbo. - Miran dio grada. Vrata iz sobe na terasu su oštećena i ne zatvaraju se do kraja. Prva dva dana je puhao jak vjetar i u sobi je bilo hladno a grijanje nije radilo. Reklamirali smo nekoliko puta ali nisu nam na kraju uspjeli popraviti. Zadnji dan je zatoplilo i vjetar je stao pa je i taj problem nestao.
• Bianka (8/5): Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Florenz! - Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb auf dem Weg zum Flughafen an einem kleinen Park mit Blick zum Justizpalast. Die Straßenbahn ist in ca. 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (T2 in Richtung Flughafen und in Richtung Bahnhof / Zentrum). Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum und ein relativ großer UniCoop-Supermarkt sind in der Nähe sowie einige kleine Restaurants und Cafés. Die Tiefgarage liegt etwas versteckt, aber sicher. Zwei Aufzüge verbinden Garage, Lobby und Etagen und sind rundum verspiegelt, tolle Optik! Das Zimmer war relativ geräumig, sauber und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Es gab einen tollen Kleiderschrank mit zwei Glastüren zum Schieben, der beleuchtet war und viel Stauraum hatte. Es gab einen relativ großen Kühlschrank (Flaschen passten stehend hinein und drei Regal-Glasböden über der Ablage oberhalb des Kühlschranks für Wasserkocher, Tassen und Gläser. Darüber hinaus gab es ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie einen Safe. Es gab im Zimmer einen Parkettboden, was sehr hygienisch war. Die Dusche war begehbar und hatte Schiebetüren (ohne Dröppelei), es gab ein großes Waschbecken, in dem das Wasser nicht stehen blieb, sondern gut ablief. Zudem gab es im Bad relativ viel Ablagefläche und eine Steckdose für einen Föhn, sehr flauschige Handtücher, Make-up-Spiegel und Pflegeprodukte von Crabtree und Evelyn, einer englischen Marke. Die Toilette spülte mit großem Wasserdruck. Gefallen hat uns nicht die Bettumrandung, denn man hat sich oft daran gestoßen. Auch die Metallstreben links und rechts neben dem Bett vor dem Nachttisch waren leider nicht praktisch. Man kam an die Kaffeetasse, die auf dem Nachttisch stand, schlecht dran, weil man immer um die Metallstreben erst herumgreifen musste ... Die Steckdosen haben nicht alle das richtige Format und man zieht, wenn man nicht aufpasst und vorsichtig ist, die halbe Steckdose mit aus der Wand beim Herausziehen des Steckers. Einem anderen Gast ist das wohl passiert. Die Steckdose über dem Nachttisch wirkte bereits herausgerissen und war nachgegipst. Am ersten Tag war die Heizung nicht an und war nicht über die Klimaanlage zu regulieren. Leider haben wir Anfang April nachts etwas gefroren. Wir mussten an der Rezeption erst Bescheid geben, dass wir gerne die Heizung an haben wollten. Das klappte dann aber gut! Die Balkontür schloss leider nicht dicht, und es gab eine extra Verriegelung, daher war es zugig und hellhörig. Zwar war die Hauptstraße relativ weit weg und Straße vor dem Haus war nicht so befahren, aber Roller und einzelne Autos sowie Stimmen auf der Straße hörte man, Die Gegend war aber sonst eher ruhig. Auch wenn es Strahler und einen beleuchteten Spiegel gab, so hätte die Beleuchtung im Bad etwas heller sein können. Ein Bidet wäre dafür nicht notwendig gewesen. Der Wasserdruck beim warmen Wasser war leider nur sehr gering, sowohl unter der Dusche als auch beim Waschbecken.

• Piazzo du Bambino (8/5): Buen lugar para pernoctar, limpio y con buenas comunicaciones terrestres - Buena localización, alejada del centro pero con un tranvía que pasa cada 6 minutos que por 1,70€ te planta en un pispás allí. Personal amable y colaborador, nos ayudaron con todo lo que pudieron y, además, como era el cumpleaños de mis dos hijas, tuvieron un detalle con ellas y con nuestro perrín Coco. Un poquito desactualizado, nada grave, pero un retoque en algunos detalles se agradecería (por ejemplo, cambiar esas bañeras anticuadas por un buen plato de ducha). Pero bueno, para el tiempo que pasábamos en el hotel (solo íbamos a dormir), estupendo.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Neighborhood was quiet and we loved hearing the children play in the courtyard, the park was nice & quiet. No complaints.

We had a long day with no way to get anywhere, and were made to feel quite at home while we killed off several hours of ‘extra’ time. • VANNI (10/5): Impeccabile - Torno qui ogni volta che ne ho l'occasione, perché è sempre tutto perfetto: personale gentile e professionale, colazione completa e con ottimi prodotti, posizione strategica qualunque sia la meta da queste parti (io vengo qui quando devo fare qualcosa a Brescia, a Cremona, a Bergamo, a Lodi o a Monza), stanza sempre pulitissima e nel mio caso - la superior che prendo ogni volta - dotata di Jacuzzi eccellente. In più, questa volta, ho anche scoperto che a Orzinuovi - a pochi minuti di auto - c'è anche una pizzeria gourmet di altissima qualità: un ulteriore motivo per soggiornare qui con grande piacere !! Davvero niente da segnalare...se proprio posso dare un suggerimento - visti i prezzi delle TV attualmente piuttosto bassi - sarebbe un'ulteriore passo verso l'eccellenza trovare in camera un televisore da 40-50 pollici, perché per gli standard attuali le TV in dotazione alle stanze sono davvero piccoline...ma è davvero solo un piccolo dettaglio, che non pregiudica affatto il rapporto qualità-prezzo strepitoso dell'Orzihotel.

Not very busy at all. 5-minute walk to the tram taking you either to the airport in 4 minutes or city centre in 15. Park adjacent to the property if you want to go for a morning run. Breakfast could do with some fresh juice and less sugary yogurts.

• Valeria (9/5): Comodo fuori dal centro di Firenze - Hotel con spazi comuni ampi facilmente raggiungibile anche se non si trova in centro. Il centro dista qualche chilometro ed i mezzi pubblici sono raggiungibili a pochi passi dall'Hotel. Colazione varia di tipo continentale. L'Hotel dispone di garage privato (a richiesta). La camera spaziosa così come il bagno dotato di erogatori di saponi/bagnoschiuma. L"unica pecca è che il riscaldamento non è completamente gestibile dalla stanza si possono gestire +/-2°. Per cambiare bisogna chiamare la hall per farsi aumentare la temperatura cosa molto semplice e avvenuta istantaneamente. Unica pecca se poi si vuole cambiare nuovamente la Hall va ricontattata. Il riscaldamento della nostra stanza era abbastanza rumoroso.

Friendly staff and good options for guests inside the hotel for snacks etc. Pretty comfortable bed. It's just a Florence thing, but not being able to turn the AC on in a warm November was a tad off putting. They did get us a fan but the room was still warm.
• Cinzia (8/5): - Il Hilton è bello, da l'impressione di essere nuovo come struttura, situato in una zona riqualificato di recente. Sono presenti anche molti ristoranti nella zona. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma il posteggio si. La macchina chiusa in un garage rende il soggiorno più tranquillo, avrei preferito non doverlo pagare. Il fatto di trovare tutto in bagno e anche il coffee station è stato molto utile. La camera era pulita e di buona misura. Prossima volta cercherò di prenotare vista sul parco, che mi è sembrato tenuto bene e abbastanza sicuro.
