Location was about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and we had a view of the very top of it from our room. Only there one night but the neighbourhood seemed safe with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The Eiffel Tower was our main reason for visiting so this hotel was a perfect choice. Nothing

• Thorsten (9/5): Perfekter und toller kurz Trip 4 Tage Paris - Das Hotel befindet sich absolut Zentral 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Eifelturm, einige Zimmer haben Blick auf die Spitze des Eifelturm. Die Metro ist direkt gegenüber von dort aus kommt man ohne Probleme überall hin. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist das Café Dupleix, sehr zu empfehlen für einen guten Cappuccino, Aperolspritz oder das Essen. Geht man aus dem Hotel nach links raus und hält sich an die obenlaufenden Gleisen, findet man nach ca. 300m einen kleinen Supermarkt, dort gibt es gekühlte Getränke. Das Frühstück im Hotel fanden wir sehr gut, wichtig für uns es gab einen Kaffeevollautomaten (guter Cappuccino) Säfte gutes Brot und auch Croissants. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr sauber. Kleine Zimmer aber sehr gutes Bett und sehr saubere und schönes Bad. Da für uns alles sehr gut gepasst hat, kommen wir nochmal nach Paris ins Mercure und können es wirklich empfehlen. Wir reisen sehr viel dadurch können wir auch das Hotel mit sehr gut vom Preisleistungsverhältnis beurteilen. Wir würden eher sagen für den Preis haben wir mehr bekommen als erwartet. TOP weiter so..... Liebe Grüße Vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an Scheibenkäse und ein paar Tomaten..

• Patricia (8/5): Great place to stay in Paris - The hotel was opposite a metro station which was amazing for getting around, and the Eiffel tower was about a 15 min walk away. There were loads of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The windows could be opened fully. The water was hot and there was a safe and fridge and a useful auto light which came on when you walked past giving a low level light if you got up at night. The staff on reception were lovely always. The metro came past my room at window height and with the window open the curtains could not be pulled making it a bit exposed. The air conditioning was not yet operating and it was too hot with the window closed. They did provide a table top fan. The breakfast was adhoc, good choices but poor restocking and odd shaped small plates!

• Sophie (10/5): Une excellente étape parisienne - Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, très aimable et souriant. La chambre était très confortable. Les fenêtres donnaient sur le métro mais l'isolation phonique est de qualité et le bruit n'était pas fort du tout. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence du plateau avec bouilloire et thé. Et du thé d'une bonne marque ! La porte séparant l'entrée et la salle d'eau de la chambre est aussi très utile pour isoler les bruits venant du couloir ou de la salle d'eau. La situation géographique si proche de la station de métro Dupleix. L'absence de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bains la poignée de la porte de la salle d'eau en forme de trou ovale... et la porte vitrée de la salle de bains. Même opacifiée, cela manque d'intimité pour mon goût.

• Paula (1/5): Decepcionante. - O hotel está muito velho, as TVs não funcionam an internet. O primeiro quarto que fiquei nem o ar condicionado funcionou, me trocaram para tentar resolver. Era eu meu esposo e meu filho pequeno fui obrigada a pagar por 2 quartos que ficavam longe um do outro pois não deixaram o pequeno ficar no mesmo quarto. O segundo quarto foi pago e se quer entramos nele me senti muito explorada pelo local. O café era muito ruim e sequer a torradeira funcionava e ainda mesmo pagando 2 quartos me cobraram o café a parte. Localização muito longe da torre e longe de todos os pontos.

• Alda (10/5): Everything was great during our stay. - Everything went great during our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean, staff was amazing. They answered all our questions in a courteous way. That includes the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and cafeteria staff. Location is great. A few minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. There's a train station in front of the hotel. We could see the station, but we didnt have any noise issues. The area was also great to walk to cafes and restaurants. Felt super safe walking around and coming back walking to the hotel even past midnight. Will stay here agin iif we come back to Paris!

• Daniel (8/5): 2nd time here, but now last! - The location is perfect for access to Eiffel Tower and metro We had a “Do not disturb” sign on the door and were out during the day, we left a RFID card in the room to keep power going while we were out to charge devices, we got back to the room and found someone had entered and my RFID card was missing, staff were not helpful in identifying whom entered the room or where the card was! And on the morning of departure there was no hot water so a cold shower in winter was not the best

They also left her a lovely birthday message and gift. These gestures made our trip so special. The staff were lovely and wanted to make our stay comfortable The elevator doors were quite slow
