• Sarah (9/5): - Die Lage ist super - mitten in Mong Kok. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, genau wie das Badezimmer. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank. Auf dem Flur kann man sich an einem Trinkwasserspender bedienen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl an westlichen sowie lokalen Leckereien sowie ein kleines, aber feines à la carte Menü. Sie nehmen die Check-In Zeit sehr ernst. Aber zumindest kann man vorher schon sein Gepäck abgeben.

The Mira place is near with good shops inside as well. The room was not small with enough space and toilet was kept clean. Everything was good overall. Nothing specific to note.

Cool neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, close to the MTR. A few times housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sing, knocked and came in. They were very apologetic.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings lag ein leichter unangenehmer Zigarettengeruch in der Luft. Vermutlich wurde dort früher geraucht, wodurch Möbel und Teppich den Geruch aufgenommen haben. Klima war lauter.
• John (7/5): Well located and reasonably comfortable. - The location is excellent. The room was quiet and the bed quite comfortable. Staff tended to be dieinterested however the service was relatively efficient. Generally things are a little dated but all seemed to function. The vibe was nothing special although there was nothing that I would actually say was bad. Although I arrived on an early flight there was no way that I was getting the room before 2pm and no way that i was checking out after midday for a later flight without payment never mind if the room was available. A little flexibility is always appreciated especially when it does not cost them.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it so easy to get around and explore. I also absolutely loved the room design—it’s very unique. Everything was clean and comfortable. At last, a special thank you to Ms. Chris Yeung for her thoughtful arrangements and professional service. She recommended a delicious wonton noodle spot that we loved, making the final stop of our trip a perfect one. Will definitely come back!

Overall I would recommend this hotel.It is in a great location and close to Victoria Harbour among other areas worth checking out.Hotel was very clean with no complaints whatsoever. I also want to mention that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular I want to mention Kathleen at the front desk.She was very helpful in giving me suggestions on places to visit or how to get around and in general very useful info that helped me streamline my options.I appreciate her professional and friendly attitude.Always unhurried and always willing to help...thank you

• D5173XLsonjar (10/5): Superb staying and perfect vacation - It’s not the first time here at the Luxe Manor for me and every time it’s just amazing as my first stay. Perfect location close to Kowloon Park and a few minutes walk to Victoria Harbour. Well connected if you want to take MTR or urban buses. Breakfast is varied and offers eastern and western options. Rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. You can find all amenities available in your room. I’m stayed many times at 804 and 805 but for my last stay I was given 1304, which was really a perk. Thank you for being always super nice with your guests. See you back again in late Autumn/early Winter. I cannot wait to come back 😊

A special thank you to Olivia from housekeeping and her wonderful team for the thoughtful hospitality and complimentary fruit platter during my stay. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. You can stay in many beautiful hotels, but it’s the people who make you want to return. Luxe Manor is one of those places I’ll always look forward to coming back to whenever I’m in Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

Odjava iz hotela je ob 12. uri, letalo pa smo imeli šele ob polnoči, zato so nam v hotelu ponudili hrambo prtljage in večerno tuširanje v telovadnici. Luxe Manor stands out not just because of the hotel itself, but because of the people. • maW3080VW (10/5): Perfect location for stay - We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect it’s right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was definitely worth it.There were so many fresh options, including a variety of fruits and an omelette options on menu where you can order exactly what you like. I also really appreciated the Chinese food options on the buffet. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and stress free stay in the city.

The Luxe Manor n’a de luxe que le nom. Tout l’hôtel est vieillot et la décoration des chambres est vraiment kitsch et peu esthétique. La climatisation des chambres fait un bruit terrible et fonctionne à peine. L’hôtel mériterait une rénovation approfondie .

• MOLLY_CHICK (6/5): Don't use room 912! - Arrived very late at the hotel and was given room 912. As soon as we opened the door the smell hit us. It was a stale smoke smell that was everywhere in the room and embedded in the walls and fixtures. It was impossible for me to sleep at all due to the smell and i had to put a t shirt over my face to try and cover up the smell. We had already decided that it would be impossible to spend another day/night in that room so spoke to reception first thing in the morning. The bed was also a small double bed from what I could gather. The whole room is just awful and no one, whether u are a smoker or not, should be put in that room. In hindsight, we should of gone down to reception immedatley and stated it was impossible to sleep with the smell, but you are talking about 12.30am by now so we waited till first thing in the morning. By the following afternoon front office staff had offered us 2 new rooms and showed us both rooms to decide which one we would like. We chose room 1006 which was 100% better. The bed was a queen size, room size was great and most importantly had no smell to it. Can only thank Elton for all his help in "upgrading" us to a different room. He also organised a platter of fruit due to the inconvenience of the ordeal we went thru. Breakfast on first floor has a good range and location of motel seems ok. Not too sure i would bother returning to be honest as found the motel quite old and tacky looking.

• Rockwood ON (10/5): Superb Hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui - The Luxe Manor is perfectly located for access to Tsim Sha Tsui, about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the harbour/promenades and 6 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station. Good access also to Nathan Rd and the buses there. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, 7-11's. It is a great place to stay to explore Hong Kong. The staff are excellent, and our room was refreshed every day. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is great. Our room was a little on the small side, but we assume this is case for all hotels like The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong at this price point. This did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel or room. We had a great experience.

Bathrooms are spacious and well organised Drinking Water stations at every floor to your daily water needs and hotel has a gym as well if you are a fitness freak. Its a great value for money property Check in time is 3PM, and the staff is not flexible at all with it, if you arrive by a morning flight and want or request to check in early. Similarly a late check out even by 30-45 minutes, and they insist paying extra for half a day

She arranged ice, spare towels and took a great deal of time comforting her. Cathleen then accompanied me to the pharmacy to purchase skin medication and translate for us. She is more than a five star member of your team . Michael was also excellent as were all the staff at De Luxe Manor in Hong Kong
• Jonathan (7/5): Great value and location if a little run down. - Location is so good and the room size for HK and the price is so good. It’s a little run down now but if you want value with great TST location I highly recommend. The air conditioning is crazy noisy in the room, and my other two colleagues complained about the same thing. It’s ridiculously loud. Whole system needs replacing as it’s gotten worse each time I stay there.

• Miguel (9/5): Muito central e confortável - Pequeno almoço excelente e localização central, perto do metro. Um tanto caro, comparado com a China continental.
• Humberto (10/5): hotel charmoso !! - quarto limpo, confortável, com espaço para abrir as malas e circular. decoração é um charme, muito aconchegante.bem localizado. cafe da manha excelente. apesar de nao ser fã de carpete por ser alérgico, sempre estava muito limpo, nenhuma queixa ! voltaria a me hospedar.
