Walkable to Yoyogi station which is much more calm. Food all around and a Family Mart and 7/11 across the street. Nice comfy pajamas that you grab exiting the elevator. Laundry on certain floors- not sure how detergent is actually dispensed. Not your traditional warm toilet seat. One play TP. Room slippers cheaply made and tore apart after one use.

The breakfast got a bit monotonous over time as we were there for 7 nights and the menu was the same every day. Good location for the station and a good eatery called Blast across the road was good value for money with a wide menu and open until late.

Easy check in and check out. Airport Limousine bus has a stop here. close to train station and lots of restaurants around. Quiet rooms. better quality toilet paper, and faster elevators, at peak hours checkout, it took 6 elevators for us to get down to the lobby.

Ramazan (9/5): Gutes Preisleistungs Verhältnis und top Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. - Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof shinjuku und 10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Waschmaschine und Trockner kann gegen eine kleine Gebühr verwendet werden. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Zimmer hatte nur 16 qm, was mit zwei großen Koffern eine Herausforderung war. Und es gab kaum Ablageflächen. Aber das war mir natürlich bekannt und für Tokyo Verhältnisse relativ groß .

Julio (8/5): Good location; relaxing stay. - Location is superb, walking distance to both Shinjuku and Yoyogi stations. The room was roomier than I expected and the space beneath the bed was very convenient for storing bags out of the way. Elevators were fast and so you did not have to wait long for an available elevator to arrive. Checkin and checkout were quick, although I did see some big groups having to wait to be processed. Very convenient service for storing luggage if you arrive before the official checkin time. I also liked the option of not having the room cleaned but instead just having the towels changed upon request. Additional expenses cannot be charged to your room but must be paid for at the time of the transaction -- this includes breakfast and laundry service. So, be prepared to settle these charges on an ad hoc basis. The lack of accumulation of charges that need to be confirmed at the end of the stay did speed up the checkout process. The warmth of the service from staff varied greatly. Some were welcoming and friendly; others (some in the breakfast room, for example) seemed stressed out and bordering on being brusque.

Nos hospedamos no hotel ao chegar e ao sair do Japão, e o hotel guardou nossas malas entre a primeira e a última hospedagem, para que não precisássemos nos deslocar pelo país com malas grandes. Localizado no coração de Tóquio, a poucos minutos a pé da estação Shinjuku. Quarto e banheiro muito pequenos, até para o padrão de Tóquio. As máquinas de lavar e secar do 14 andar não seca as roupas. O café da manhã era bom, mas os ovos mexidos estavam sempre crus (acredito que o ponto do ovo seja característico da culinária oriental). Não é possível acessar o café da manhã sem os vouchers que são entregues no primeiro dia, pois os funcionários não possuem o controle pelo número do quarto.
