- Juan Alberto (9/5): Hotel Excelente - Servicio de café y agua en la habitación, hubicación excelente, habitación grande, cómoda y limpia. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable, no creo que hay muchas opciones como ésta en Nueva York. Fuimos la primera semana de mayo de 2026 y pagamos unos 285€ la noche. La reposición de café había que solicitarla a diario, no obstante, te lo reponian sin problema. Nosotros no cogimos desayuno, y tener café a primera hora, era muy importante. Cuando llegabamos por la tarde/noche nos pasabamos por la recepción en la planta 37 y lo solicitábamos al personal.

Beaucoup de rangement. Assez bien situé de Central Park mais à une petite marche de la 42e rue. Un des ascenseurs est en rénovation donc non disponible. Attente longue aux ascenseurs. La chambre n'était pas rénovée contrairement à la photo du site. Porte de salle de bain très grinçante. Lavabo: le système de bouchon n'est pas vraiment fonctionnel comme il se doit. Système d'info-divertissement primitif. Pas possible de mettre Netflix ou de caster le cellulaire sur l'écran du téléviseur. Cher pour une chambre non rénovée (propre mais démodée) mais endroit assez bien situé.

- Margo (7/5): - A great location in midtown Manhattan. Clean room that had all we needed. Through booking.com we were able to get a decent price for New York City. The Hilton club check in was slightly confusing as you have to check in upstairs and we hadn't figured out the elevator system yet (which is being worked on, but to be fair they warned us about it). Being such a large hotel the elevator work really made going up and down from the room difficult at times. That whole issue will be resolved when they finish the elevator modernization project.

The elevators, but I was warned about them prior to my stay. My room was a very odd shape making the closet a bit diffilcult and the bathroom very small. Not enough counter space in the bathroom.

- desislava (8/5): - Location The staff at the cafe is very overworked and therefore nervous and rude. The elevators are not working. You have to wait 10 minutes to get to the lobby. Otherwise, the Hilton club is a good solution because it is not as noisy and crowded as the rest. The reception staff and the cleaners are very nice and try very hard to do the best for the guests.And I want to draw the attention of the management that it is not normal for a hotel of this class and at this price not to have a vanity set and shoe cleaning sponges in the bathroom.

- ANTONIA (4/5): I feel i was missled. I am used to booking and staying at the original Hilton and this is different - Ηello. I really enjoyed the view as well as the location I feel i was missled. I am used to booking and staying at the original Hilton and TOWERS in Midtown Manhattan and when i arrived at reception they told me i had to check in at a different reception on the 37th floor. That was ackward to me since i had visited the same Hotel several times in the past. Going at the other reception i was informed that it is a different management and unity to the Hilton i used to know, and a tottally independent business as a whole. They were only renting some of HILTON'S floors doing their own business. I was very disappointed and asked the receptionist to change my room and go back to the original Hilton i know and the one i had booked online through Booking. They told me that i was not allowed to make any changes and that i should contact Booking for my complaints. Now that i am back i openly state to you as an agent my complaints. When i initially made me my booking online it was never stated that in the same building ie. HILTON AND TOWERS MIDTOWN MANHATTAN are housed two different hotel businesses that have two different receptions and they don't cooperate in anything as well as on financial issues. I would please expect a response from you concerning my case as I feel as though I was tottally misled without knowing anything.....

It was easy walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Empire State Building, plus many more attractions. Loved the food at the street vendors just across from the Hotel.

- maria (8/5): - all people kind as soon as we checked in into our room, i had to used the toilet and the toilet didnt flush, it was so embarrassing i had to call service, they came to fix it but it was not a nice experience. the next day after we came back to our room in the afternoon, there was a tool drill in the bathroom countertop, someone left it there by mistakes, we told the guy at the front desk. the next day a worker knocked our door and asked if his tool was there, i told him i already gave it to the staff. it was weird

Staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and we never felt raced to leave the room so it could be cleaned. The location was perfect - close to Times Square. We also liked that it was easy to get to the train station to go over to the malls in New Jersey! Microwaves in rooms would be nice. On-site laundry facility for guests would also be a bonus.

- YUSUKE (8/5): 総じて、ニューヨークのGOOD拠点となりました。 - 地下鉄の駅、ロックフェラーセンター、セントラルパーク、MoMA、5番街…等々どこに行くにもロケーションが良かった。 また、周辺にもカフェなども多く、とても良い滞在先になりました。 朝のエレベーターが混んで、５分以上待たされた。この点は唯一改善してくれたほうがいいなと思いました。
- Charles (10/5): Lovely stay, great location, wonderful staff. A+ - Location is fantastic and since this hotel is located on the top floors, most of the rooms have a nice view. The rooms are fairly large by NY standards and each includes coffee/tea, etc. Be fare warned, the hotel is a Hilton and therefore the shops in the lobby are very expensive. I think a breakfast sandwich is like $15 or something. But there's several places nearby so that wasn't a big deal. No real negatives. Since the rooms are on the top floors you need to allow a little extra time for elevator trips, but that wasn't a huge deal.

- R471LZalext (6/5): Excellent location. Room was fine. That’s about it. - Room was ok. For a Hilton I thought it would be better. Could do with an update with better placed plug sockets and some USB sockets. It is 2025 and people need multiple sockets to charge phones, tablets, watches etc. Staff were underwhelming. Our flight home was cancelled and we had to find accommodation for another night. I understand they couldn’t accept us as they were fully booked. I would have appreciated some sort of effort to see if other Hilton hotels available but no, just a shrug of the shoulders pretty much and left to sort ourselves out. I understand that it is probably over there pay grade. However, a phone call or some sort of contact with other Hilton hotels would have been put our anxiety at ease. I am disappointed because i expect staff from the Hilton brand would excel at customer service, but they didn’t. They would’ve earned a decent tip from it. Only 2 things impressed me. The coffee machine in our room and the cleaning staff. They always did a superb job.

- Anne (8/5): Excellently located hotel with great staff - Convenience. Location. Two different hotels in one building b confusing for many. Also issues with lift refurbishment programme and the number of guests at the hotel. Service lifts were available and staff weee excellent but people were frustrated at times
- Olivia (9/5): - Grosses geräumiges Zimmer, jeden Tag wurde Wasser aufgefüllt wie auch Tee und Kaffee, Top Lage um New York zu erkunden, wir waren im 38 Stock somit war es verhältnis mässig ruig für New York und das Zimmer war gut isoliert👍🏼

- scythianSimon (6/5): Just convenient location! - I have been stayed in Club floors several times whenever I came to Big Apple. Other than superb location advantage in a busy Manhattan area, the facility itself is in desperate needs of renovation. Overall, very convenient location right in the Mid-twon of the Manhattan with a decent size of a guest room.

- Mike (8/5): Perfect located hotel - Central located hotel downtown New York. Surrounded by restaurants, bars and public transportation. Central Park is 5 blocks away, and within minutes you are in the 5th or 6th Av. Street noise and from adjacent rooms could be heard in the room. Sleeping with earplugs is recommended.
