In generale sono soddisfatta Avrei apprezzato un’attenzione maggiore sui dettagli. Tipo cassaforte rotta, armadio senza battiscopa, ritocchi qui e là che, visto anche il prezzo della stanza, stonavano un po’.

- Monica (9/5): Posizione Eccellente - Personale gentilissimo, colazione buona e abbondante, posizione eccellente, a pochi passi sia da piazza Plebiscito che da merendina. Appartamento bello con bagno con doccia grande e nuova, prodotti da bagno scelti con attenzione ( bagnoschiuma, detergente intimo e sapone). Avrei preferito trovare in dependance almeno 1 bottiglia d'acqua in frigo e un caldobagno per riscaldare il bagno.

- georgiagP2769WL (2/5): If Naples is fully booked and you only find this hotel, then just leave Naples and go elsewhere - My experience was the most negative I ever got and I am a travel agent. Based upon reviews and location I booked a "Superior" room that was supposed to be in an annex building. It appears this hotel has two annex buildings, one in less than 33 meters and one in half a kilometer. So me and my daughter were taken to a block of flats where the elevator smelled like urine and put is in a room that was considered Superior. We left before the day ended and had to book a much more expensive hotel in the end of July, leaving us with the worst experience ever. I attach photos of the building and the balcony. I will NEVER suggest this property to anyone ever again.

I prodotti del bagno, davvero scarsi. Il fatto che la colazione venisse servita la quarto piano di un altro altro edificio, anche se poco distante.

- Vitor (8/5): Minha estadia valeu a pena - Muito confortável, quarto amplo para 3 pessoas. O quarto, a recepção, e o café da manhã ficavam em prédios diferentes. Tivemos que ir e voltar com as malas pela rua.

- Jackie (8/5): Was ok for 1 night . - Room was clean . Staff helpful was in prime location for city shops and easy to get to the port by foot . The breakfast was ok no cooked . But enough to pick . We were not told need to check in another part of the hotel up the road . The room was next to breakfast room and very noisy from 6.15 am . No milk in room for coffee .

- Sarah Eclea (1/5): Dirty different address rooms! - Nothing! If I could put zero stars I would! First of all the room that was assigned to us was in a totally different address! 6 blocks away on a hill in a nasty dirty building! I booked for a modern clean hotel not an apartment room in a nasty neighborhood! The room had mold on tiles and walls! Whole room and building smelled like mold, not clean, stains all over sheets and couch, dusty that my foot turned black the moment I stepped on the floor! If you’re one of the unlucky ones they scam and put in a nasty room in a different address you will have no choice, I chose to book another hotel Chiaja same day it is superb versus this scam MH design hotel, by the way they refused to refund me after we complained about the room, shame on booking.com for doing business with a place like this!
- Maria (5/5): PESSIMO! - Praticamente niente. L’unica nota positiva è stata la ragazza dello staff presente nella sala colazioni, molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata La struttura è divisa in 3… l’hotel in un palazzo proprio vicino a piazza del plebiscito, un minuto a piedi, la reception in un altro palazzo poco più avanti e infine, altri appartamenti situati in un altro palazzo distante più di 500 m dalla reception, con scalinata da affrontare per arrivarci (e con i bagagli non è semplice visto che è anche zona pedonale!). Avevo prenotato questo hotel proprio per la vicinanza a piazza del plebiscito e invece ci siamo ritrovati molto più lontani, senza saperlo, perché non è specificato quanto è distante l’appartamento indipendente. Quindi, attenti quando prenotate. Ma altra cosa che ci ha lasciati davvero interdetti è stato il 4 letto. Quando siamo arrivati nell’appartamento, dopo la sorpresa e la sfacchinata della distanza con i bagagli, ci accorgiamo che il 4 letto non c’era, lo facciamo presente alla reception che, un po’ scocciati, ci assicurano che ce lo avrebbero fatto trovare… al rientro in camera il 4 letto era semplicemente un divano ad angolo (non divano-letto), su cui hanno sistemato lenzuola e coperte… scomodissimo, si sentiva il legno della struttura sotto le ossa!!! Sicuramente non ci torneremo più!!! Lo sconsiglio vivamente
