- Alison (10/5): Stylish rooms, friendly and helpful staff, perfectly located. - Our room was stylish, comfortable and effectively organised to make the most of the space. Everything was clean with nice details like the filtered water and coffee. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We loved the location, the 8th is beautiful, as there were lots of nice boulangeries and restaurants within walking distance, and it is so well connected to all of the main sites.

- Nicki (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - Fantastic customer service; very smooth check in by friendly and professional reception staff. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great balcony. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient to set me up for the day. The hotel is centrally located and not far from the metro.

Gostei do conforto da cama, da atenção dos funcionários, do café da manhã delicioso e com produtos muito fescos e variados, a localização éexcelente, bem próximo da estação Saint Lazare, para quem vai pegar trem para a Normandia é uma maravilha se hospedar tão próximo da estação. Recomendo o hotel.

- Milda P. (10/5): Excellent stay, great location - The hotel fully matched the photos and overall expectations. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. The location is excellent — we were able to walk comfortably to many main attractions, and the street itself is quiet and felt safe even in the evening. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the option to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient. Nothing in particular — just a few things to keep in mind. The room is on the smaller side, which is typical for Paris and may be less convenient with larger luggage. In the bathroom, a bit more space or hooks for towels and personal items would be helpful.

Un surclassement nous a été offert. Très calme, pas un bruit fenêtre fermé. La chambre est un peu petite malgré le surclassement en chambre prestige.

- Jorne (10/5): Prachtig hotel in een historisch gebouw - Dit is een prachtig hotel! Het is een historisch gebouw dat heel stijlvol en gezellig gerenoveerd is. Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, comfortabele kamers en lekker ontbijt in een rustige sfeer. De locatie is trouwens objectief perfect, zeker voor Parijs, geloof zeker die enkele negatieve reviews niet.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel. le lit était confortable, le thé était bon ! La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner ( le pain.), pas de yaourt nature ou de fromage blanc. La salle de sport très petite.

Location is good, most of the time we did not use the bus or metro, to tourist destinations 15-50 minutes on foot (depends on destination). The cleaning service is not bad, but it can be better. We did not like the room size, it is small, also the room was a bit old, definitely needs to be renovated, simply with painting windows, walls, etc.

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e incantevole, non posso ringraziarli abbastanza! La stanza era un sogno: un balcone su Parigi e sulla dama di ferro hanno reso il mio compleanno perfetto e indimenticabile. Non potrò scordare mai la gentilezza riservatami da Le 12 e consiglierò sempre questo delizioso albergo.

The receptionist, Susana, she helped us with everything we needed it, we really loved the hotel and the service by the receptionist. Nothing, we really enjoyed our time there.
