• Diego (2/5): Nada recomendable - La ubicación El trato de la Recepción, muy poco amable, cosa muy extraña en este país maravilloso, los tailandéses son extremadamente amables. Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas y viejas, me cambiaron de habitación porque la primera está junto a la habitación del personal, con ruidos y movimientos permanentes, todas las cortinas del baño, de plástico pero además estaban rotas y ajadas, las cortinas de la habitación estaban sujetas a la pared con cinta de embalar, muy cutre todo, no tenían ningún extra en la habitación, unos sobres de café o te, ni siquiera agua, hoy hoteles en la zona, del mismo precio y menos estrellas, con muchísimo mejor mantenimiento. Este un Hotel de los años 70, que además de viejo, tiene muy poco mantenimiento. Lo conocía de hace muchos años, y la sensación actual es de abandono.

However, the building itself feels quite old and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, I had bed bug bites on my first night, though the staff quickly changed my room without hassle. The new room was okay, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection. Overall: Great location, friendly staff, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. • ABUL BASHAR MD (6/5): Marvelous - Walking distance from my conference venue. Through windows i can enjoy Centraworld, largest shopping mall of the city. I managed breakfast at conference centre. At reception peoples are lack of English communication. Room key,s are old fashioned.

Toilet didn’t flush properly and was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. They didn’t top up our toilet paper and we had to ask multiple times for more.

• Iana (8/5): Not for picky traveler. It’s pretty old, no safe box in the room. But it’s clean, bed is comfy, good working AC. Perfect - Great and convenient location - walk distance to big shopping malls, same building - the best foot massage, night market and 7/11 is just around the corner.

• Anuvong (8/5): Follow up review - All fine, if you keep your expectation for a $30-40 USD hotel. Close to many places especially the CentralWorld, not too far from BTS Chitlom, hotel is clean albeit old and not exactly top luxury. Lacks bidet. The pillow is a bit too high and is a bit too firm (but not hard).

• Anuvong (9/5): - SCORE GIVEN RELATIVE TO THE HOTEL PRICE—it's very good considering it's very close to Central World (among many more places), plus it is also close to 7-11 for midnight snacks if needed. A bit old but everything is still clean and functional; not exactly close to any BTS/MRT; street to the hotel is bit inconvenient, but still acceptable.
