The location was unbeatable in the heart of lively Dubai marina. Our room view of the marina was stunning. The staff was very professional and helpful. Definitely come again!!! Highly recommended

• mx3man123 (10/5): An absolute gem! - I stayed at this property from September 19th to September 29th 2024 in room 407. This is a studio room and was plenty spacious. King Size bed. Livingroom. Full kitchen. Washing machine. Large balcony overlooking the marina. Check in was a breeze even though I arrived a couple hours before check in they had a room for me. Staff at the hotel were AMAZING. They couldn't be more accommodating. Hotel was clean, always smelled amazing. My package included a free breakfast that I only managed to try twice and it was good both times. The key to this hotel is LOCATION. You can take the elevator to P2 and go down the hallway and you're in the marina. So convenient. There is a 24 hr grocery store a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The Dubai Marina mall was a 5 minute walk away. The Metro/Tram was also a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants all over the place or you can order delivery to your hotel as there are many delivery options. You CANNOT beat this location. I urge anyone considering this hotel to please book it. You won't regret it. Thanks to the staff for always being so polite and helpful with me, I really truly appreciate it. I can't say enough about this place, I loved it and it's amazing!! Cleanliness was spot on. 4 big bottles of water left daily. Easy walking distance to Marina mall, Carrefour market, JBR . This area comes alive at night. Very safe with children and families. The pool area was good also. Not too busy.

Views of the marina with the yachts and glittering high-rise buildings surrounding the marina from your room are stunning day and night. Nice pool. An OK optional breakfast (adequate and varied but not with a WOW factor that you can find at the higher 5-Star hotels such as Stella Di Mare). Bedroom is spacious and the living room even more so. A fully equipped kitchen can serve all your cooking needs for any imaginable meal. There are superb supermarkets 5-min walking distance from the hotel. An excellent options in restaurants too. This is a fabulous place for water-fun experiences from day/night leisure cruises with meals to fast paced speed boat rides on the Dubai waterfront.

• anthonypw2022 (10/5): What a little Gem??!! - It’s fair to say that this gem of a “hotel” was a fantastic surprise!!! Booked as a last minute trip to Dubai Marina, without really looking at what I was booking. On arrival met by someone to carry bags, escorted to reception and bags taken to assigned room. Rooms an effectively apartments either all the available amenities you would expect at home. Definitely a number 1 recommendation for the Marina area - top job!!!

• Mohammad (2/5): Nothing Executive about they apartments - After reading all the reviews decided to book Nuran was really disappointing in the 3 bedroom “executive apartment” not executive really dated old dirty furniture, will attach a few photo, they gave us a apartment on the far corner had limited views of the marina I requested a high floor that wasn’t even met. Staff weren’t helpful at all they booked us a taxi left a bag in the taxi and they couldn’t even be bothered to track the car and our goods. We had 2 bathroom dirty and dated one had limited hot water the other had no hot water for 3 days. Breakfast menu was very limited especially for young children. Iron was dangerous with its wires exposed. Patio doors would even close could hear all the noise from outside all night. Staff at the hotel had limited English they can read email very well. I could carry on and on.

For instance, in the dining table area (that's where a business traveler usually opens his laptop to work, but there isn't any available wall outlet for people to use. All the wall outlets were being used by table lamps or floor lamps. In the bedroom, there is no power outlet near the light stand for people to charge their cellphone.

• MOHAMMAD (8/5): - Pros: Staff was friendly and there was and excellent communication. The property was in a very good spot, close to grocery stores, restuarants, and Marina walk. Marina Mall was arround 15 min walk. Cons: Inside the room and the elevator was kind of bad smell, smell like burnt oil. Our clothes were getting oily smell.
• ERIC (10/5): - As a frequent traveler I have stayed at many many many hotels and resorts, however, I have never received exceptional customer service quite like Nuran Residences. From the front staff to the house keeping and room service staff, each individual takes pleasure in making their guests stay memorable. People who work here will greet you the same way each and every time they say you, no matter day or night or the fact you have been there 10 days. Apart from the super friendly staff, exceptional client service.. this place is a gem of a find with location you can not ask for anywhere else in Dubai. Situated right on the famous "Marina Walk" this place is within the walking distance of the Dubai Marina Mall and the famous Jumeirah Beach is less than kilometer walk (Mind you that walk itself is beautiful). We were so glad that we chose to stay on the marina than close to the Burj Khalifa.. We were able to do several activities and no have to worry about transport. Dubai Marina Zipline, Xclusive Yacht are only few of the many things to do around here. We loved the apartment like set up as we travelled with our baby and wanted bigger space. The Staff here makes their life's mission to make your stay memorable.. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again.

• Anthony (10/5): Nuran Marina Serviced Residences Is An Excellent Hotel - The Nuran Marina hotel is superbly located with one entrance actually on the Dubai Marina promenade. Most rooms have some view of the marina with all its expensive motor launches and skyscraper buildings. There is a busy dual-carriageway running past the hotel, but it isn't any bother, because the double glazing cuts out any noise and air con keeps you cool in your bedroom. You can also sit in your balcony and watch some exotic cars driving by. The staff couldn't be more helpful from breakfast time to bed time. Always available should you need anything. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

• Pioneer17359687502 (10/5): Very good overall. - The apartment was lovely. Quite large. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was fine. The breakfast was the only letdown. A lot of the food had run out 30 mins before the end of breakfast, and we had to wait nearly 30 mins for teas and coffees. There are definitely better breakfast options around the marina

• BeulahRichard (10/5): Comfortable stay, great location and friendly staff! - One of the nicest serviced apartments in Dubai! We loved our 3 bedroom apartment. It was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was compact and stocked with the necessary cookware and tableware. The microwave and washing machine were great. And the view is beautiful! It is located a short walk away from big supermarkets and the walk along the Dubai Marina was enjoyable. The reservation staff, Kajal in particular was very helpful in choosing the right room for us. The daily housekeeping was a big plus since we got to come back to a clean, restocked room everyday. All in all a great stay and would definitely love to visit again!
• Matthew (8/5): Mixed reviews on this stay. - Stayed at Nuran before, it’s an amazing location with a stunning view. Lovely pool and the breakfast is good. The pillows are not the most comfy, but the studio facilities more than make up for that with full kitchen and a washing machine - very useful when it’s over 40c outside. We did find our room very noisy this stay, unfortunately a large family group in three rooms were checked in either side, and opposite of our room at 2am, where we were then woken up three nights in a row by kids running up and down the corridor between 2 and 3am. We were moved to a different room, but as the hotel was half empty, it did seem extremely silly to check a large family in surrounding us at that time of night. The staff are all wonderful and as mentioned, the location could not be better.

• Samira (10/5): - We loved our stay here! Such a cozy place with the kindest staff. The day after our first night we were called and asked how our stay was and if we needed anything - I felt so welcomed. I left my watch at the property and they immediately contacted me to inform me. Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to be back and stay again.
• Ahmed (10/5): Stay in Dubai Marina - Location is perfect, however they need to put a sign for the hotel outside the compound. Short walk to Dubai Marina, you can see the marina from the flat. Nice swimming pool, and GYM, underground parking.
• BenA2878 (10/5): !Great hotel, and we will definitely like to stay there again - most recommended! - No one and nothing is perfect, but Nuran is probably the closest to perfect: we had a suite (3 rooms) on the third floor, with the balcony just above the marina. The apartment was designed in relaxing blues and greys, had a parent unit with its own full bathroom ("full" - with a bathtub) and another full bathroom with the other bedroom; a big living room with glass walls from which you could see the marina, a well equiped kitchen and a washing machine. The staff was great, and I would especially like to mention Amin and Pratham at the reception and Mahbub the bell boy: great attitude, always with a genuine smile, super helpfull. Breakfast was very good with a large variety to choose from at the nice dining room next to the lovely pool, and we had a great time at the Nuran - with only eight floors it is a real beautique hotel and not a "factory" hotel - most recommended! המלון הוא מלון בוטיק מעולה, במיקום נפלא חמש דקות מבית חב"ד (שנמצא במלון אדרס, גם הוא על המרינה), ובהיותו מלון של שמונה קומות בלבד הוא אידיאלי לשומרי שבת. אין מפתח פיזי לחדר, רק כרטיס, אבל כולם בצוות יודעים הכל על שבת: ברגע שתתקרבו לדלתות האוטומטיות של הכניסה הבל בוי יתקדם כדי שהדלתות יפתחו בגללו ולא על ידיכם, ולאחר מכן הבל בוי יבוא למעלית, יעלה אתכם ויפעיל את המעלית (צריך להכניס את כרטיס החדר גם במעלית כדי שהיא תפעל), ואחר כך ילך אתכם לחדר כדי לפתוח לכם את החדר. תכתבו להם מראש שאתם שומרי שבת, ותקבלו חדר בקומה נמוכה כדי שתוכלו לרדת ברגל בקלות. מלון תענוג - מומלץ מאד!

• Colin (10/5): - The property was clean , spacious and very comfortable! Great amenities! Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. They gave utam upgrade. We had 2 balconies with beautiful views. The location on the marina was perfect. They gave us great recommendations for food. Supermarkets are close by.They were immediately responsive to Any questions or concerns we had. Very safe! Daily housekeeping services excellent. Would definitely stay here again

• Arj1706 (10/5): Great Location, Amazing Staff - We stayed here for a couple of Nights in May. And as they say, whatever happens, happens for the best.. we had pre-booked theie 2BHK Apartment via Agoda - however, due to some CC issues (Agoda mentioned that they could not debit my card, while I had been using this card all over Dubai...) - the booking was cancelled by them. However since I had missed the mail, my family and I landed up at the Nuran Marina, just to be told that they could not see any Booking. Obviously this is not what I was expecting, however, the front desk staff was very helpful and immediately offered to help me and matched the Agoda Rates. In addition they also upgraded me to a 3BHK (we were 4 of us) for the same Price. Obviously I obliged :). The Apartments were lovely, with soundproof glasses and a well updated kitchen. The upticks were the Location, Apartment, Cleanliness, Front Desk. Location, Location, Location!! Tip : There is direct access to the marina from the P2 level using your Hotel access card - this helps beat the Dubai heat for a while The Carrefore shopping mart can be given a miss - This is not upto the mark. The Marina Mall is walking distance (4-5min walk) The DMMC Metro is walking distance (4-5 min walk)
• 154monaf (10/5): Amazing !!! - Wonderful stay as usual, everything is perfect , from the welcoming at the reception many thanks to Ahmad, Pratham and Amine they are very welcoming and helpful. The one bedroom apartment is the best choice overlooking the marina. Very clean and fresh . The best place in Marina Dubai.
• Nester88 (2/5): Dubai's Nuran Marina Hotel: Great Expectations Shattered by Outdated in a Modern City - A stay at the once highly regarded Nuran Marina in Dubai not only shattered my dreams of a serene getaway amid glitz and glamour, it also left me wondering how such a depressing sight could exist under the same skyline of modern Dubai. From the very beginning our stay was marred by unfulfilled expectations. We were lured in with promises of stunning views of the marina, then we were herded into claustrophobic rooms that offered a terrible view of the next wall and the incessant rumble from the adjacent highway. This auditory nightmare made sleep elusive and morning unbearable. To their credit, the staff worked tirelessly to mitigate these issues. Their dedication was evident as they overcame adverse circumstances, relentlessly trying to solve problems far beyond their control. But even their unwavering commitment could not change our sad reality - we were locked in an outdated hotel with insurmountable flaws. Further miscalculations showed up in chemical treatments for insects not suitable for my pregnant wife, and grossly inadequate bathrooms that left us shivering under lukewarm showers. Let's not forget about the obsessive cheap spray that prevails in all common areas and attacks our senses to the point of nausea. It's amazing how this outdated 3-star establishment manages to survive among the symbols of progress and achievement in modern Dubai. Staying in a hotel like this certainly spoils what should be an exciting journey through one of the most iconic cities in the world. In conclusion, our stay at the Nuran Marina Hotel serves as a warning: be careful or risk ruining your experience of exploring futuristic Dubai. For true modernity lies beyond its walls and awaits those who escape this disappointing bastion of the past.
• Velimir (10/5): Awesome - The hotel is great, customer service exceptional. Breakfast could be better in terms of food variety but anyways was just fine. Definitely would come back as I loved the hotel. Location could not be better either.
• J54YNE (10/5): A perfect stay. - Thanks to Mercia front desk manager for finding us a super 3 bedroom apartment. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean & very comfortable. Towels were changed every day . Bed was super comfy & room was quiet even though its in a busy Marina area. Fab position with so much within walking distance. It would have been good to have WiFi around the pool area, but available inside. We hope to return, the whole family loved it.

• Qing (10/5): - I like the standing up shower in addition to the regular tub. There are many restaurants around, and a nice size supermarket. Hotel staff are great. Mr. Amine found me at the breakfast buffet table when my tour guide came to pick me up.

Reception staff were brilliant, we were able to check in early after a early morning flight , and without asking they upgraded our suite. This was a perfect start to our holiday. Every staff member from reception to morning breakfast times, really pleasant and helpful. This was an ideal choice.
