The pool was relaxing and all staff went above and beyond what I expected. This is the height of service and comfort wrapped into the perfect location. This will be my go-to spot from now on!

The hotel combines beauty, comfort, and an exceptional location in the heart of Dubai. With direct access to Dubai Mall and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, it could not have been more convenient. The pool area is absolutely stunning, and with the magnificent Burj Khalifa view, the atmosphere felt almost like staying in a fairytale castle. We celebrated our honeymoon here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, a delicious cake, and seasonal fruits, creating such a warm and thoughtful welcome. Palace Downtown exceeded all of our expectations, and we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and truly special stay in Dubai.

- Cristy (8/5): - The property is amazing. It is beautiful and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool is fantastic and very relaxing after the heat of Dubai. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are wonderful from check-in to departure. They were very attentive. The only challenge was on my first day, I had my do not disturb hanger on the door and I received a call from housekeeping which woke me up as I was trying to adjust to the time difference. When I ordered food later that day, housekeeping took that as a sign to also come in and suddenly I had five people in my room all at once when I didn’t want them there. I was also persistently asked for a review to the point that they even brought in a QR code for me to scan. It felt pushy and distasteful for this quality of hotel.

The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

- Lily (6/5): - The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. However, when I checked into my room, the bathroom floor was wet and there was hair in the bathtub and on the sink. The shower was also wet, and several amenities—such as soap, a toothbrush, and cotton pads—were missing. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Wassim, and it was resolved within a few hours. Still, the bathroom was not clean upon my arrival, which was disappointing.

I know exactly where I left it. I tried for 3 days for call the hotel, no answer. My sister even went down to the hotel as I was already out of the country and they were super unhelpful. It's literally an $800 shoe that no one could help me find. I know they found it. I won't be coming back because of the lack of respect for my time or money after I left the property.

We ate at Thiptara and Ewaan and both were fantastic value using the Entertainer voucher . We didn’t have breakfast but instead went to the pool from 9-45 to 11am each morning and had it practically to ourselves. The location is perfect for Dubai mall and we took short taxi rides to the metro rather than the 25 min walk . We will return

The breakfast buffet was mediocre, we only enjoyed the juices but didn’t enjoy any of the available item. My daughter had allergic reaction (eggs) to one order even though the menu and staff assured us our order was egg-free. We used three hotels during our trip, and by far this was the lowlight of our trip.

- Wendy (10/5): - Hotel is in a good location in the downtown area. It's close to the Dubai Mall and all the restaurants but still remains quiet. Staff are excellent in all areas. Very helpful and attentive, can't do enough for you. Good choice of breakfast and restaurants are good. If you eat in Thiptara you're overlooking the fountain and Burj Khalifa. Lovely stay, would definitely come back

From the moment we arrived, the valet and welcoming team made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast staff, in particular, stood out for their attentiveness and genuine care, ensuring every morning started off perfectly. While we encountered an issue with the quality of our room, we truly appreciated management’s effort to address our concerns, even though it came a bit late. However, the professionalism of the staff far exceeded our expectations. Their dedication and service easily outshined any minor inconveniences related to the room or view, making our stay truly remarkable. The staff’s impeccable service was the highlight of our visit and will be the lasting memory of our time at The Palace Downtown.

It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The staffs were great and very helpful. It was very close to everything nearby. The access to the dubai mall was best also. Overall, The palace was great and I would definitely stay there again next time!

- M HABIB (8/5): Great staff! - We mostly dealt with Osama and Sido and they were both super helpful and accommodating. Having such lovely staff at the front desk makes all the difference. They knew every guest and made sure to make us feel at home. The hotel is super clean and well kept, house keeping staff was very good too. The only problem was the noise level. We were under the impression that it would be double glazed windows. But they weren’t and we could hear the entire fountain show very clearly. Osama was kind enough to offer us a quieter room. The hotel is almost connected to the mall which is great if you’re there for shopping. Time out market is a 2 minute walk so lots of good options to eat nearby. But the noise level in the room from 6:30 to 11:30 is an issue.
- Janelle (10/5): - Fantastic food, friendly to kids, very clean. However when we tried to let them know we needed to check in early we could not get a hold of them online or via phone. The booking was made via Expedia so maybe that’s why. When we arrived at 6am they let us check in early, but was a bit nerve wracking in the lead up as we had a 14 hour flight. Oh, we booked a kids bed and had to ask for it to be brought to the room, also booked a kids bathrobe but wasn’t there either when we arrived
