• Zaida (10/5): Super recomendo! - A melhor localização possível... bem no meio da rua mais "in" de Osaka. Ao lado das marcas todas de referencia. Nas ruas de tras, a 5 minutos de caminhada, a zona mais badalada e de lojas, restaurantes da cidade. Pequeno almoço optimo com buffet extenso e com opções variadas. Um restaurante estilo italiano na cave (não do hotel) para dias longos de passeios e um jantarzinho à porta para terminar o dia. Super recomendo mesmo!
• KATY SEARLE (3/5): Overpriced, characterless hotel. - It's in a very good location right next to the lively nightlife of Osaka It was overpriced for what it was. No bar area. Very small room and bathroom. Dark rooms in massive building with zero character. Really expensive for basic service.

• Lindsey (7/5): Would stay again - It was a very clean, spacious western style hotel. Every one was very helpful and the breakfast was awesome! The ongoing construction created a terrible wait at the elevator. It could take 10 minutes to get through the elevator. They did not tell us about an option of stairs.
• Trijntje (8/5): Super locatie in Dotonbori - Om de hoek bij de Glico man en de grote winkelstraat. Goede kamers, niet supergroot maar heel prima. Heel schoon en fijne badkamer. Mei 2026- ze zijn aan het renoveren waardoor maar 1 lift in werking was. Dit is s’ochtends en rond etenstijd niet te doen in zo’n groot hotel. Ze verontschuldigden zich daar voor en mochten daarom soms met de personeelslift.

• David (9/5): Amazing hotel right next to Dotonbori - Really nice location, in the center, but quite. Room was spacious and well equipped, and personnel was attentive and supportive. The property was under renovation during our stay, so it only had one elevator working, which many times it meant that we needed some time to get up and down.

The elevators were a little slow in coming but the hotel was crowded so I we understand.. we hope 2 return again. Under construction but we were not at all bother s by it. One working Elevator is not enough for number of guests

Even though the hotel is currently under renovation we still had a lovely stay. Just the wait times for the lift, but that’s due to the renovation which we were aware of.

• Linda (9/5): Wonderful - Perfect location, minutes from train stations and all the action Probably wouldn’t bother paying extra for the club room, the lifts were very slow although one was out of action due to work on building
• Jake (9/5): Great hotel and perfect location - Fantastic location, great spaced room and amenities were all great. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't included, had to pay extra but not a big deal as you have lots of great breakfast spots nearby. However the main annoyance was there’s only 1 elevator to serve all the floors, which means you can be waiting a long time to get up or down.

Location and general size of the rooms was class. The staff members were always extremely friendly and helpful. Always going above and beyond for us. Osaka is the best place in Japan. Could say a bad thing about the place.

Because of ongoing renovations, one of the lifts was out of order leaving only one to be used by the whole hotel. Other than that, it was a pleasant enough stay

• bert (10/5): Super plek in Osaka - Ruime kamer, fijne lounge (optioneel) en top ontbijt Zitten midden in een renovatie wat wat hinder oplevert. Maar was vooraf gemeld.

• Kalina (10/5): Modern, welcoming hotel in an excellent part of the city - Perfectly situated near the subway station, so we were able to explore all of Osaka easily. The hotel room itself was nice and large for a hotel room and the toilet amenities were very modern and elegant. Staff were super helpful with receiving and shipping our larger luggage, and were able to store our smaller luggage after checkout. On the rainy days they even had complimentary umbrellas for us to borrow!

• Kelly (6/5): Great location. Hotel not the best - Location was great. 1-3 minute walk from Dotonbori The elevator was horrible. They had 2 but one was out of service. Extremely long waits to get down to main floor and back up to room. Construction had our room window completely covered for first 2 days. Strong smell of paint while workers were painting outside of building. Also, we shortened our stay by one day which turned out to be a problem for refund. I still haven’t received my refund from them.

• LOUE (10/5): - The location is excellent. Very close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. I love this hotel, I will definitely stay here when I come back to Osaka. Nothing.

• Hany Yassin (10/5): Cross Hotel an absolute gem - It's close proximity to the shopping and eating places. Halal food was so easy to find around the hotel. The room that I stayed in was comfortable and spacious. I absolutely loved that the hotel put all the amenities at the lobby so you take only what you need and there is no wastage. The room came with a humidifier and purifier so we didn't experience dry skin. Love it None that I could think of

• Mark (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay here - The hotel was nice, and the location was exceptional. We were on a high floor and it was quieter than I expected for as busy as that neighborhood is in the evenings. Only emergency vehicles woke me up, and not much you can do about that in a downtown area. The hotel was undergoing renovations so one of the two elevators was unavailable and they weren't able to hold our bags past checkout time.
