Располагается в центре, что удобно с точки зрения перемещений по городу Очень вкусные запахи геля для душа, пользовались - понравилось :) Персонал очень приветливый и позитивный Брали номер с опцией завтрака. Завтрак слабоват конечно, не то чтобы было прям не вкусно, скорее «нормально чтобы перекусить». Но если бы я могла поменять свое мнение - я бы не брала завтрак и поела где-то в городе. Также окна номера выходили на стену соседнего здания (у нас был 4 этаж). Поэтому утром было 100% темно и не было света вообще, но так как мы оставались на 1 ночь, это не сильно было проблемой.

The lack of attention to details with cleanliness and functional design. Rooms lacked towel hooks. The room we had was Piccolo and it was small. Didn’t get views of anything but a wall from the adjacent building.

- Helen (9/5): - The location is great and the room is very beautiful! The Dante King was a very large and comfortable room, with plenty of space available. The bathroom was very wide and clean, with hot water. Amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair straightener, hair dryer) is really great and convenient. I also really liked that they had 24 hour room service dining ($5 service fee) - very convenient when you want a snack or drink late at night! The light fixtures next to the beds were dusty - and the shape made it hard to clean. There were also circular water stains from glasses on both tables in the room, which overall isn’t a big deal (I just cleaned it myself) but it’s disappointing that the tables weren’t wiped. The rest of the room is very clean however (from what I can see).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Drinks and breakfast were fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that some food items in the room were quite old and even had dust on them. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

- sive (8/5): a pleasant and enjoyable experience - beautiful!! very beautiful hotel with very accomodating staff, i was very sad to leave!! the bathroom was beautiful, just wish i had the chance to try some of the drinks! some things in the room were a little bit dusty, and i didn’t favour the tv channels. the service wasn’t great in the hotel either. maybe the staff could leave more water in the room so you don’t have to go to the reception at 3am? but these were minor observations, overall a great stay

I was only staying for one night and needed to get ready and leave quite quickly for an event so didn’t bother asking to be reassigned - but was a bit disappointed given the amount paid. Very little to no storage space, no iron (but two hair dryers?), terrible hangers that my dress kept falling off. Wouldn’t have been bothered by this but I was in town for a black tie event.

We were woken by our very energetic active neighbours a few times early morning...eww. Not nice at all!! Also room service missed us a couple days in a row. The bed and pillows were v comfortable It is on the smaller side but i was given an upgrade from 13 to 19 which was much appreciated

- Xutong (2/5): Extremely bad experience staying there. - Convenient location The cleanliness was a huge issue. There was a snot looking stain on the bathroom door. The daily cleaning didn’t include tower change. They just folded the wet towels up and pretended they were fresh ones. When we rang up to ask for fresh towels we were informed that it would take 20 minutes to send some. There was no bin liner in the room bin and toilet bin, which both looked gross inside and completely unhygienic. There was a lot of dust on many surfaces. The coffee machine was even worse, full of dust inside and out. Please have a look at the photos that I took. The cleanness of this hotel does not match with the price we pay for.

- Anasta (4/5): Disappointing stay for a high price. - Location was good Room was much much smaller than expected. Corridors were narrow. Bathroom was tiny. Stay was not very comfortable at all. Disappointing particularly for the price paid. Could have stayed at a better hotel for cheaper.

- Shari (10/5): Beautiful boutique property with wonderful staff! - Beautiful hotel. Good location. Clean & comfortable. Staff A+ so friendly & welcoming. Especially the girl checking me in on 2/10 late evening.

- James (6/5): Ok. Would probably not return for the price - Room was nice Location close to where we were going Requested a high floor which was confirmed before arrival. On check in we were put on level 2 with barely any view. The breakfast took 45 minutes and was completely inedible. Smashed avocado with cold hard boiled egg and a forest of coriander. I had one bite! Chrome cast didn’t work until the morning of departure

- Svetlana (9/5): Хорошо. Рекомендую одиноким путешественникам. - Хорошее расположение. Номер имеет все необходимое. Понравился душ. Отличное постельное белье. Есть возможность завтрака в отеле. Лифт, холодильник, сейф. Не понравилось, что сотрудник настойчиво навязывала купить у нее кофе, в то время как есть возможность для гостей сделать его себе самостоятельно и бесплатно. Таким образом, она перечеркнула "плюсик" от отеля.
