Tutte le attrazioni e i ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Letti comodi e doccia super. Acqua gratis all'arrivo e particolarmente apprezzata la presenza di specchi in camera e non solo in bagno. La porta lasciava passare luce e rumori del corridoio. Il lavabo e il Water leggermente bassi per lo standard italiano.

Z normalną godziną wymeldowania do 12tej (co jest ważne kiedy masz późny lot) później można zostawić bagaż w recepcji. Obsługa bardzo miła zawsze uśmiechnięta Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Normalne duże kubki na kawę czy herbatę. Pokój duży z dużą łazienką czysty no może widok z okna mieliśmy nieciekawy ale taką opcję ceny wybraliśmy Podsumowując ,chcemy jeszcze wrócić do Malagi i jeśli będzie wolny pokój to na pewno weźmiemy ten hotel.

• fabrizia (7/5): Posizione imbattibile e ottimo staff. ma alcuni dettagli da migliorare. - La posizione non potrebbe essere migliore: estremamente centrale, comodissima per muoversi a piedi e visitare la città. Camere pulite, spaziose e abbastanza moderne, ben tenute e confortevoli. Colazione ricca, gustosa e varia, con una buona scelta sia dolce che salata. Personale estremamente gentile e preparato, sempre disponibile e professionale. La hall non rispecchia il livello dell’hotel: l’atmosfera appare un po’ spenta e impersonale, quasi più vicina a quella di un ostello che a un hotel di questa categoria. Fortunatamente l’impressione migliora una volta saliti ai piani superiori. La colazione può risultare caotica: il personale è gentile, ma sembra sottodimensionato rispetto al numero di ospiti, e questo genera attese per aspetti basilari come bottiglie d’acqua da riempire o macchine del caffè da rifornire. Inoltre il buffet è concentrato in uno spazio troppo ridotto, creando code e continui incroci tra gli ospiti. La sala colazioni avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura: l’illuminazione fredda rende l’ambiente poco accogliente e le poltrone appaiono datate, con tessuti visibilmente usurati o poco curati. La TV in camera è deludente: nonostante il Wi-Fi funzioni perfettamente, la smart TV non offre servizi come Netflix o simili, che oggi ci si aspetterebbe, e sono disponibili solo pochi canali, tutti spagnoli. Un peccato.

• José Antonio (9/5): Semana Santa en Málaga. - La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, justo al lado de la Calle Larios y de la Plaza de la Constitución. También está a un minuto de la Catedral, con lo que no puede ser mejor la ubicación para recorrer los lugares principales andando. Nuestra habitación tenía balcones desde donde se veía la Calle Larios y los recorridos procesionales. El desayuno es fantástico, muy variado y en una sala muy cómoda. El personal de sala excelente, amable y servicial. El personal de recepción (José, de Granada) también fue extremadamente atento. Llegamos a las 10 de la mañana y ya teníamos la habitación disponible. El check-in online es muy cómodo. Pues realmente no hubo nada que no nos gustara. Todo fantástico.

Zona de desayuno escasa de personal, mesas sucias por doquier, maquinas de cafe rotas, falta de vasos.. Pagar 350 euros por noche para esto me parece lamentable. Engañar a la gente con fotos de una habitacion con vistas a la catedral me parece aun peor: debe ser la unica habitacion del hotel que tiene vistas...

Par exemple un meilleur thé pourrait être servi au petit déjeuner. Et une cuillère ou petit bâton en bois pour remuer la boisson si on veut y mettre du sucre dans la chambre sur le plateau café et thé .

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, 20 m von der großen Fußgängerzone entfernt in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Alle Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend, freundlich und fleißig. Wenn überhaupt, dann vielleicht dass es keinen deutschen TV Sender gibt

Wyśmienite śniadania - do wyboru również tradycyjne wybory kuchni andaluzyjskiej. Świetna lokalizacja hotelu w samym centrum miasta. Szwankującą suszarka.
• Conny (8/5): Top Lage, leider in die Jahre gekommen - Die Lage war top, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Receptionteam war sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Restaurantempfehlungen sehr gut. Der Whatsapp Chat mit der Reception war sehr nützlich. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt. Der Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss ist mit den Säulen wunderschön, leider ist auch hier das Mobiliar sicher 10-15 Jahre alt. Die Sessel sind abgewetzt und die Ersatzstühle passen eher in eine 1Stern Jugendherberge, siehe Foto. Die Zimmertüren schliessen nicht richtig und wenn, dann mit einem lauten Knall, weil sie weder ein Innenfutter noch eine Dämmung haben. Wir haben wie gewünscht ein Zimmer zum Innenhof erhalten, um es etwas ruhiger zu haben. Aber die Glasbadezimmertüre konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden und hat furchtbar gequitscht. Der Vorhang zum abdunkeln hat komplett gefehlt.Auch hier, das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Armatur war kaum mehr eine Verchromung zu sehen, mind 20 Jahre alt. Bei der neuen Duscharmatur hat es beim Mischer seitlich herausgespritzt, schade, die Dusche wäre sehr gut. Die Betten waren ok, dafür dass die Matratzen auf einem Brett lagen und bei jeder Bewegung wegrutschten, kein Bettrahmen oder Gestell vorhanden.Keine 4 Sterne sorry

Shame as definitely would have used it. Staff pleasant. Fan/air con didn’t work. Room very hot. Yes can open the windows but not ideal. A 3 star hotel at best. Would I stay here again? Probably not as I prefer a more light and airy hotel. Photos on website very deceptive. Nothing really wrong with hotel, just not for me.

Hago una mención especial a las chicas de la recepción, todas muy amables y serviciales. Patricia fue muy amable, permitiendonos ingresar antes del horario estipulado y permitiendo que nos quedemos más allá del horario del check out. Volvería y lo recomiendo No hay nada que mencionar
