- Mandy (8/5): Ein Kurztrip wert. - Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Man hat einen Supermarkt direkt nebenan und ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Uns sind Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, wie zB zu wenig Bügel im Schrank, keine Garderobe im Flur um Jacken aufzuhängen die nicht in den Schrank sollen und man hatte nur eine Decke fürs Bett. Leider hat unser Föhn nicht so funktioniert wie üblich. Man konnte sich nicht am Stück die Haare föhnen, da dieser einfach währenddessen immer wieder ausging. Eventuell ist er kaputt oder einfach zu alt.

Miły i pomocny personel, szczególnie przemiły starszy pan w recepcji, którego imienia niestety nie poznałam. Bardzo gorąca woda w jakuzzi uniemożliwiała korzystanie z niego.

- Celeste (7/5): - Dos funcionários, a Marisol tinha um sorriso verdadeiro e eram todos os que vi simpáticos. Do tamanho da cama e das tolhas de banho enormes. De uma das noites ser acordada pela gritaria com pontapés na porta e portas a bater por 20m e eu sei que não são responsáveis pelo mau comportamento dos hóspedes mas ficava muito bem tentarem saber como estávamos. Outra situação foi que saímos e como gosto de água fresca pus no frigorífico existente no quarto junto com umas bolachas e uvas e por esse motivo deixei uma das chaves na porta. Quando cheguei a chave não estava lá e faltava uma cerveja no frigorífico. Deram outra chave mas nunca ouve desculpe vou tentar descobrir o que aconteceu. Fiquei desde aí de pé atrás pois não entendi este comportamento ou o que pretendiam.

- Oleg B (3/5): The hotel is terrible. - We had two rooms on the first floor. It felt like a technical floor with utility rooms for staff. There was constant noise in the hallway. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; at night, you could count how many times your neighbors went to the bathroom. The view from the window was of a wall (we had booked a city view). They refused us other rooms. They said the view was because of the first floor, but in reality, it was of the city, just behind the wall. They made the stupid offer to leave our things and check out the room before breakfast and get new rooms in the evening. This hotel is terrible.

Kambaryje šaldytuvėlis, arbatinukas, kavos aparatas. Atvykimo dieną padėta po buteliuką vandens. Pusryčiai gausūs, įvairūs. Pusryčių salėje vietos užtektinai. Ant stogo baseinas, sūkurinė vonia, gultai, rankšluosčiai, viskas įskaičiuota į kainą. Malonus personalas. Galima palikti daiktus po išsiregistravimo. Patiko viešnagė! Truputėlį trūko grindų švaros.

The swimmingpool on the rooftop is great (we did'nt even use it this time, but I do like that it's there ❤️) This was the first time that I also had the breakfast included, and that was really good too! But the best is the great, so helpfull and kind staff! So our thanks do go out to Lucio, Toni, Marina, Edo, Xavier (and the rest of the staff) You guys & girl made our stay extra nice and special! 🙏 I/we will be back again for sure!

La situation géographique est vraiment un plus pour commencer les visites sur Barcelone. Nous avons apprécié le séjour. Le bruit de la circulation le matin et le soir. La chambre est quand même loin des standings des prix que nous avons payés. C'est très simpliste, mais ça fait le travail. La propreté n'était pas non plus géniale.
