The switch by the bed emitted a very loud "electronic" squeal (noise), making it impossible to rest or fall asleep. I've never encountered such shoddy workmanship, and it also raises safety concerns (does this sound indicate damage and if there a risk of short circuit or fire).

Somos de Chile y recomendamos totalmente este hotel si tienes vuelo temprano en la mañana y requieres estar cerca del aeropuerto de forma estratégica. Nosotros ya veníamos desde Hurgada por nuestro tour en Aswan y Luxor y teníamos solo un día de estadía en el Cairo para seguir nuestro viaje hacia otro país, siendo la mejor determinación alojarnos en este hotel para estar cómodos, seguros y con una atención impecable. Habitación enorme e impecable. Lo que no me gustó y que es parte de Egipto en general creo, es el funcionamiento de sus desagües, ya que en la tina el agua se iba muy lento llegando a inundar hasta cubrir los pies. Esto lo vimos en hoteles gama media alta y mas altas. Por eso llegamos a la conclusión que es un tema de alcantarillado país.

- Celtam (8/5): Très bien - Proximite de l'aéroport et navette gratuite toutes les 30 min, chambre impeccable et petit déjeuner très bien. Petit bémol : le mariage avec musique côté jardin, par chance ils ont terminé vers minuit et notre avion n'était pas trop tôt. Pour dormir autant de bruit au prix de la chambre, pas terrible. Cela dit c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive (nous avons du dormir au moins 20 fois dans cet hôtel à chacun de nos voyages en Egypte). 2ème bémol : l'agente d'accueil pas souriante du tout, arrivée à 21h30 un samedi. Un sourire, un regard c'est le minimum quand on travaille dans le tourisme.

It really exceeded my expectations. The airport pick ups were prompt and helpful. I was worried about what would happen if I missed them, but staff kept in touch with me by WhatsApp the whole time, which made the service feel very professional and personal. The room was absolutely gorgeous and there were cakes and fruit when I arrived. Lovely hot shower and clean bathroom. Loads of space. It all made me want to stay longer! The handrail in the bathroom was loose. I meant to tell staff. Small thing but might catch someone unawares.

- Alison Jayne (8/5): Lovely with a very horrible check out, corrected by my hero Abdel Rahman! - I have diabetes and was told on check in tgat a breakfast box would be ordered for me by a nice girl. On check out at 4.30am on the 7th April, I was told by a horrible receptionist that my breakfast was not included, he needs customer service training! I have diabetes and need to eat or I go into a coma! He continued to tend to other guests, practically turned his back on me so I walked out extremely upset to wait for the shuttle bus. As I was sat on tge bus a very nice receptionist ran to the bus with a breakfast box for me and apologised....His name was Abdel Rahman.I have worked as Management position i exclusive hotels in Egypt,also hotel mystery shopper,give this man a reward from me! He has to apologise for his co colleagues attitude when it should have been this horrible man that first told me breakfast was forbidden for me!!! The attitude of this reception man, telling me I was not allowed breakfast! Even though I am diabetic, he brushed it off like I was a piece of shit.

- Neelesh (8/5): Great stay, highly recommended for easy access to the airport - We did not eat at the resort as we were flying very early the next morning. However, there are there was a bar and cafe selling cakes and pastries as well as coffee. The hotel itself was excellent with great facilities, the pool are was really well laid out and inviting, and there are plenty of outdoor areas to relax in. If you need easy access to the airport, as we did, then the location is excellent. There is a very helpful shuttle service to the airport which hotel provides free of charge and runs every 30mins throughout the day and night. The staff are very helpful indeed and the overall experience at the hotel was excellent. It was a shame that we didn't get the chance to spend more time there. Because we didn't eat there, we didn't get a chance to evaluate the restaurants.

- Yasmina (4/5): Décevant prix abordable d une premier vue puis ça deviens rapidement cher ! - 4 min de aéroport Les extras qu’on demande j ai réservé pour 2 adultes 1 enfants et une fois la resa faite on reçoit un message de l hôtel pour un lit d appoint c est 35€ ! L’hôtel est en travaux autour de la piscine et dans les jardins ! Nous avons déjeuner le midi à peine finis on nous demande de payer alors que les cheek out sont fait pour ça !

Helpful, friendly and supporting stuff. Quite big hotel. All questions were covered. Also here are pools; in summer it can be good, vacation experience.
