• Amanda (2/5): - There was a cockroach in the room and we left in the middle of the night. Was at first denied a refund until we insisted.
• HeatSeekerWrexham_UK (10/5): Comfortable room, ample space, caring staff - We stayed for several weeks in an Executive deluxe room. The hotel was very pleasant for an extended visit. The staff are outstanding. I’m disabled, which does create problems. The staff were keen to look after me, and went well beyond what I hope hotel staff will do. They even helped pack my walker for the flight home. The room was spacious. Although I’d prefer a smaller bed, and a larger desk/table alongside it. When my wife and I were sitting together to watch videos on our laptop, it did feel cramped. I love the large window. The room and en suite shower room were very clean, and everything worked, except the usb charging points, which I found very difficult to use, we always bring our own charger. Location is excellent. Tiong Bahru Plaza has a useful supermarket, pharmacy, dentist and doctor. Tiong Bahru Market and food centre is even closer. But note it closes at 9pm, so it’s not suitable for a late evening meal. The hotel is close to Havelock MRT, and there is a good bus service to most parts of Singapore. We especially like the 123 which goes to Sentosa, so much easier (and cheaper) than using the MRT and Sentosa Express. The fridge doesn’t keep drinks as cool as is normal in other fridges. There was some noise from the corridor, people talking loudly well after midnight. It didn’t happen often perhaps once a week, but it’s inconsiderate. This also happened early morning, but that’s less of a problem. Overall we do find this an excellent choice to stay.

Very close to 2 MRT stations and bus stop across the street. Charming ambience with appealing apartment blocks. Friendly and efficient staff at the hotel. Our only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard and took some getting used to.
• sophianaing (2/5): “Poor Hospitality at Link Hotel Singapore During Business Visit - During a recent business visit to Link Hotel Singapore, my experience was notably disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist was markedly unfriendly and did not offer even a basic smile—a stark contrast to the welcoming atmosphere expected in such settings. The lack of hospitality did not end there; throughout our visit, it was apparent that the staff lacked essential hospitality skills, which made our interaction both uncomfortable and inefficient. Moreover, the hotel’s lobby did not have a seating area, which significantly inconvenienced us as we had nowhere to sit while waiting for our appointments. The condition of the hotel further detracted from our experience. It was run-down, emitted an unpleasant odor, and clearly suffered from low maintenance. Overall, the poor service and the hotel’s state reflected a lack of attention to guest and business visitor needs. I hope the management will address these issues promptly to improve the experience for future visitors.

Nearby good cafes and market, the food wise is good and really convenient to get around. Transport wise is good too as you can either grab/taxis or train. Recommend this hotel if you want convenient to town area and also also attractions too.

The bed was so soft and in Singapore’s hot weather, the cool temperature of the room was very comforting. The food places such as the Lin Bar and the nearby hawker centre had delicious food as well!

Love it because surrounding this hotel has many places to eat and not only that, it’s near to many tourist attraction. Hotel may not be new or huge but given the budget, I enjoyed my stay here in link hotel.

Placed on open roof top with really poor choice of food. It is just a bar whit little food. I have been given voucher for nearby chinese restaurant after complainig.
• losnofa (10/5): A great place to stay in SG with a nearby hawker center, mall, heritage trail, and bus and train stations.. - It is a great place to stay in SG as the rooms are cleaned everyday and with free coffee and condiments and room slippers. Appliances like electric water heater, hair dryer, and refrigerator are available in the room, which you can use when needed. Also, the hotel has a nearby hawker center, 7-Eleven store, mall, art gallery, and bus and train stations. I just wish they had different sets of breakfast menus for the guests.
• MelbourneTravelmad (8/5): Clean, tidy, good price - Selected this hotel based on 2 things, Firstly, price secondly location. When checking my usual places to stay in Singapore I noted their prices were all very much on the high side. Being a family stay, and part of a longer trip, price became important. The price was ok for the nights we needed. Location wise, the Link is 150m from Havelock MRT. Once on the MRT nowhere is far from anywhere. The hotel is one of the older ones around but was clean, seemed well maintained. The room was small, Ibis hotel type small but was ok for sleeping. Bed was comfy and towels in the bathroom were nice thick and soft. Staff were helpful. There's limited offerings for western meals esp breakfast at the hotel, but a very good bakery is close by. There are other places to eat nearby too for other meals. The hotel was generally quiet, there was some late-night noise from some groups that I took to be tour groups. All things considered it was a good stay, and I would consider again.

It too several hours, and several calls to reception, for a totally unnecessary extra bed to be removed from the room so I could use the desk. The aircon failed and needed repair on the floor; no information given. I will not be back.
• AlohaVn (4/5): No. It's not a 4-star hotel! - We recently had the opportunity to stay at Link Hotel Singapore during our one-night tour in the city. Unfortunately, I must say that this hotel does not live up to its claimed 4-star rating according to any international standards. Firstly, the room was incredibly small, despite booking a Triple room. The hotel squeezed in an extra bed right at the foot of our beds, leaving no space for comfortable movement. Additionally, there was a lack of basic amenities such as a dressing table and mirror, which are expected in a hotel of this category. Furthermore, the bath towels provided were worn out and frayed, indicating poor maintenance. These small details are certainly not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet. Although it was advertised as a buffet, the selection of dishes was extremely limited and of poor quality. The dining area was cramped, making it difficult to navigate through the crowd. Overall, it was a subpar dining experience. Due to the pre-arranged tour, we had no other choice but to stay at this hotel. However, based on my experience, I can confidently say that I will not choose to stay here again in the future.

• Cruiser18385884573 (10/5): Good Stay - The Hotel location is very strategic and easy with accessible public transport both mrt and bus. The room is spacious for 2 and comfortable with clean bathroom and toiletries. Will stay next trip too.
• HeatSeekerWrexham_UK (8/5): Pleasant hotel in a nice area - We stayed for several weeks in an Executive Deluxe room. We had ample space and storage. We found it a very pleasant room. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean. The glass door to the toilet can be a problem. It’s frosted and you can’t see through it, but anybody using the toilet in the night may disturb others as the light shines through the glass. Internet speed was adequate for browsing, and emails. It was very reliable. We heard occasional sounds from the next room, but I’ve known much worse. Cleaners often forgot to top up coffee and sugar. We left the container on the bed, and had no more problems. One day the cleaners set the thermostat to 18C, it took a day to get the room warm again. We didn’t have a room adapted for the disabled, but we had no problems in the hotel, and staff were very quick to offer help. We had an evening flight home. The only facility they offered was to use the (broken) disabled toilet in the lobby to get changed. I love the location. It’s near Tiong Bahru market and food centre. There are lots of buses, including one to Sentosa. And it’s reasonable walking distance to Havelock MRT (3 sets of traffic lights, so it’s not that quick). We felt the hotel represented decent value for money compared to others in Singapore. It’s pleasant, and well located for tourists.

The Square Toilet was a HIT because it was so Comfortable! Water Pressure was exceptionally good and Hot Water was available. Check it was easy Staff recognized accomodated and delivered fast easy check in.

• Journey37098475188 (8/5): Comfortable stay and quiet - I enjoyed my stay in Link Hotel very much, the local foods around are nice and cheap, and the room is very clean and comfortable, the staff are also very friendly. I was able to explore around the nearby areas and love it so much!
• SMKBowen (2/5): Tired with paper thin walls without stable internet. - I am not quite sure where to start. But I guess being I was here on a business trip and being in singapore I would have thought internet would be a given but no. This hotel does not have a stable internet connection and when I enquired with reception I received a “no one else has reported a problem so I should keep trying” however I had a colleague staying in another room that had reported the very same issue. Rooms are clean enough but my chair in room is faulty and you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms with seemingly paper thin walls. Some lightbulbs were missing or faulty. No desk in room to work from I was offered to upgrade my room for 80sgt a night to have one but still without internet. I would not recommend this hotel and stay here if you want a disappointment. Won’t be returning as I know there are many other better hotels in Singapore for less than the princely sum asked for this 3star facility.
• Michael (2/5): Not a 3.5 star Hotel - This is not a hotel for Europeans as threre is no breakfast included and the attached restaurants are Asian and I could find nothing to eat on the menu. Ther are more fiendly places around the corner across the road. The room was not as show on the website being tiny with a column in the middle and nowhere to put suitcases other than on the floor to fall over. Bathroom OK other than only two towels provided and no small hand towels. Not much of a lobby or waiting area and no tourist maps. It's a bit out of town but it is a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and 10 minutes to closest train station.

Called the hotel about the noise a few times until reached out next morning To hotels.com for a room change. Not much different, beds was very very firm so anyone with back aches or side sleepers stay clear. Unsure if this hotel is Actually 4 stars. Would not stay again.

• Poh Hock (8/5): Room for improvement. - location is central, easily to move to city and nearby local places of interest. Room is neat but has ants crawling about on floor and table top. A lot of China PRs and very noisy in late evening and early morning, yapping loudly as they pass our room.

Besides, suggest to have brick wall instead of half visible glass window as partition between bedroom and bathrooms, as the bathroom light is still bright if we turn it on during sleeping time.

The air condition in my room wasn't working well and the technician couldn't figure out what was the issue, but luckily i was offered to change to another room. The new room was slightly larger, but in an okay state. You could tell that the hotel wasn't aging well and needed more work on its maintenance efforts. The thin walls was also a big downside for me, i could clearly hear an entire conversation from neighbouring room. Bed wasn't comfortable and again the air condition was not great. I checked-out from my hotel room at midnight (on my last day) as i could not bear staying in it any longer. I guess you do get what you pay for. On a positive note, carpark is free and there are plenty of eateries and a large mall nearby, to keep you entertain and away from your room. Overall it was a 'meh' experience.

• Darren (2/5): Poor hitel - I got a shock at how small the rooms were and how basic the hotel was. The bed protector was so badly stained I felt sick. The breakfast was so poor in fact we never eat breakfast after the first morning and was refused a refund on the pre booked breakfast so we use ate out. Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed and at a cost of $250 per night 😟

• Carrie (8/5): - Link Hotel is in the heart of Tiong Bahru, a historic and primarily residential area. The room is on the small side (it is Singapore, after all), but overall was very comfortable. It was efficiently designed with all the comforts of home, which is what you want when travelling. We had a little fridge, air conditioning, bottles of water, etc. The wi-fi worked great here. The lobby was open and airy and had nice design features - it was always nice to walk back in after an exhausting day out. Because the hotel is in a converted historic building, there are only two lifts to serve the building - there were queues occasionally.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Just about got what I paid for - Good hotel for access to city centre, any also close to foodie hotspots. Noise from other guests can be an issue, even as early as 2am. Inconsiderate behavior from intoxicated individuals, including loud conversations being held along the corridors of the hotel. A noise policy in future would be desirable. Majority of staff are rude, with a couple of exceptions. Not very helpful when requesting basic information, and are more focused on finishing a conversation than maintaining one.

• IOANNIS (10/5): Have stayed here multiple times - I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now. I like it because it suits my needs. Its in a good location in Tiong Bahru across the road from the bus station , and walking distance to the MRT. The rooms are clean, although small, but for one person it is fine. It is modern and has all amenities required. The staff are always eager to help, especially at times when big groups of tourists arrive, they keep an eye out for single guests so they don't have to wait for the group to check in before they get some response.

• TUNG (4/5): Two Nights Staying - First thing first, overall the hotel was pleasant. However, it is so weird to see food picture hang along the corridor of the hotel and also the room. For promoting the local foods, there are so many ways of introducing the local foods to the foreigner but not hanging on the wall. Secondly, WiFi covered was super weak. Assigned a room almost to the end of the corridor. Air conditioner was not cold enough and yet the room is somehow smelly.

• Lisa (10/5): Link Hotel could do a little better - I was in room 351. 1) Would prefer an option of handheld showerhead. Sometimes you may just want to wash your feet, and in the end get drenched because the showerhead is fixed on the wall. 2) The underside of the comforter on the right side of the bed plus the same spot where the bedsheet touches the comforter has some black dirt. I had to "wash" it but difficult to remove dirt. So i slept more towards the centre of the bed. I didnt want to call housekeeping as I checked in at 2am in the morning. 3) Also the tv controller did not work. Had to Manually change the channels & adjust the vilume at the tv set Everything else was perfect.

• lynn (8/5): Nice hotel near central location - Hotel receptionist christy is very warm welcoming as she rushes to the door to open it for me while seeing me with my luggage. Her act touched my heart n being a lady she does that for her guest. Should give her the credit.. check in was smooth n housekeeper sarojani are very friendly and very accommodating Very pleasant stay with nice staff around
• Family of 4 (6/5): Mystery hotel not 4 star - Although we booked this hotel via a 4 star mystery hotel booking the Link is definitely under 4 stars. For the most part the Link is clean and comfortable, but the rooms felt old. We booked 2 rooms and in one room there were signs of dampness on the walls that had been patched up. Unfortunately the patch up work had mushrooms growing in it so potentially a health issue too. The staff were kind and thoughtful enough though to make the rooms adjoining, so it made looking after the kids easier. Lastly, the Link is within walking distance to the MRT (10 min) and also China Town (20 min), however I'd say this is at the limits of my walking distance to say it is "within". If you are not comfortable walking then the Link is not for you.

• JJ Kwok (10/5): Link hotel - great location! - Great value and facility for the price we paid! Hotel location is great - 2-minute walking distance to a food court and market to eat and shop like the locals. You can taste local food at very reasonable prices as well as buying Singapore famous products such as coffee at very reasonable prices as compared to that at tourist area.
• Ngoc (8/5): Nice hotel in Singapore - Helpful staff, clean hotel and good Wifi. It is 10 or15 m walk to nearest Subway. Very close to the market with affordable food court.Behind the hotels, there are deli with Chinese food. The bathroom may be too small for a Westerner. The hotel staff placed your luggage in a locked closet before your check in time.

• JEAN (8/5): Convenient location hotel - Link Hotel is situated at a convenient location, near Jubilee Presbyterian church, 5 minutes walk to Tiong Bahru market and next to the famous, delicious steamed buns shop where I bought all the wonderful breakfast snacks. Opposite is the bus stop (Bus No 175) to the famous shopping, food courts and churches along Orchard Road. The check in and check out was fast. Great that I was provided with a free smartphone to use during my stay. Would appreciate a mirror behind the door in the room because there is no plug for the hair dryer in the shower/toilet. Average room size with basic facilities for one person. Would stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Singapore.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Well located but not so warm hotel - Pros : 1) Well located 2) MRT close by, walking distance to Little India, Bugis street and China town 3) Friendly Staff 4) Quite Neighborhood 4) Free 4G phone for you to make calls locally and international calls to some countries Cons : 1) Terrible Bathrooms 2) Rooms are smaller than they seem in the pictures 3) Not value for money. If I'd add $100 i would have gotten a hotel with better facilities.

• Ingrid (8/5): clean efficient and staff were very helpful. - Good hotel, efficient and the rooms are well planned. Just had an issue with the unreliable shuttle going to China Town. Breakfast , not great for western tastes. I love Asian food, but not for breakfast.

• Veronica (2/5): Not convenient - Location was not good at all. So far from everything. Room condition was run down. Only supplied us with half roll of toilet paper. Hot water for shower only lasted a minute or so. Room was small compared to Singapore standards. Will not consider this hotel again.
