• Bryan (8/5): Over priced but comfortable and fairly clean - It was in great location, free underground parking, there was an elevator, free breakfast and coffee. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly clean with one exception to the bath tub. It’s way over priced for what they offer. For a $200 hotel it should be exceptional and have facilities like a pool and exercise room which this did not have. It also didn’t have a separate shower. The shower was part of the bath tub. We also found some hair in the tub from the previous visitors.

• ERICA (7/5): - Central location, comfortable, quiet room for a short work trip. Friendly staff, easy parking. Shower over the bath would be a risky climb for some as the bath is quite deep, could do with some extra handrails and non-slip stickers.
• Diana (10/5): - We've got there two hours before our check in time , but the two ladies who were there went beyond their way and made it possible to check in into another room, which was an upgrade from a single room to a suite without any extra charges 💖💖💖 unfortunately our hairdryer wasn't working, but once again... amazing service and we've had a replacement in a bout five minutes , location is awesome 💖

• Wendy (8/5): A quiet stay in Sydney suburbs - Great location .... quiet and near good restaurants and local hotel. On site parking is excellent and included. Excellent continental breakfast. Stayed in a std. suite with separate bedroom and high over pretty surburban views. Bathroom is squeezy.

The TV's are old and didn't work and neither did the WiFi. I found the bed comfortable enough but the rest of the family said they didn't. The bathrooms also need a make over

The man the works in the cafe remembered our coffee order at breakfast time as we are regular visitors to the hotel! We will be back many times this year as we attend the football at nearby Accor Stadium 😁

The front rooms have no sound proofing so it's very noisy listening to Liverpool Rd traffic all night long, then those getting up early for breakfast chatting away too. • 733petem (4/5): Choose somewhere else!!! - Just checked in for a long work stay. It’s going to be a LONG 12 nights!!!! 🤮 Check in staff lovely. Cannot fault the young lady.. However… First room stank of cigarettes and fridge broken. Second room mildly better but still very low quality and cigarette smell still present. Can hear everything from other rooms too. Bed is hard as a board too. Given the choice DO NOT STAY HERE.

• Karnpreet (5/5): Great location and staff, but cleanliness is quite poor. - The staff were very friendly and welcoming during my stay. The reception staff were great, and helped me when I had an issue with my room during my second night there. The location was great. It was about a 7 minute walk to chinatown, and a 10-14 minute walk to the train station. Mind you, there are also bus stops around to cut those walking times significantly. It was easy to access the facility and gain access to my room. The cleanliness was quite poor. I found stains on the bed sheets, floors, walls, etc. There was a significant drain fly problem with my first room - the bathroom were filled with them ( I did get moved to a different room after speaking to reception). There was also one day where I was getting ready and someone (believe it was the cleaning staff) entered my room without knocking ( she thought no one was there). I'm glad she knocked the second time she was about to enter. The walls were also very thin. I could hear my neighbours clearly.

• Julie (8/5): Excellent value accommodation in a great location. - Very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. Lovely staff. Very nice continental breakfast. The accommodation is aging and probably due for renovation or refurbishment. However, this is well reflected in the tariff and I would prefer it to continue on as is …….with it’s very reasonable rates. I would have liked hand lotion or moisturiser provided……. I take my own shampoo, conditioner and soaps so didn’t need those but had been expecting a moisturiser. A very, very minor quibble!

• 21 (6/5): Very cromulent. Gets the job done. - Prices where cheap enough and the service was fantastic. Nice to have a double bed that isn't just two singles held together with bed linen. While the room was clean, we did notice a few roaches here and there. Only natural light we got was from the bathroom. The location is a bit of a dump. Thankfully the nearest train station is only a bus stop away. If you just want a cheap place to stay without all the luxuries, then this will do the job.

• Claire (6/5): Spacious apartment for short stay - The space of the apartment was just nice for 3 of us. The second room didn’t have an air conditioner, making it very warm. The mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable. The host should check the safety of the beds—they move easily (wheels & mattresses) even when we turn over in bed or sit on them. There were two mattresses on the single bed, which tend to separate whenever we move during sleep. For breakfast, it wasn’t clear if we could order coffee with soy or oat milk, but that option would be great. Traffic noise made the location unsuitable for light sleepers.

He had to switch it on from the top of the tv and he had to stand on the table. Very odd . Place is quite outdated.

There were roaches and other bugs throughout the space, including inside my room. The environment was noisy, and the overall atmosphere felt unsafe and unsettling. During the night, I was awakened by a loud altercation between a couple, which was distressing. There were also individuals around the property who appeared intoxicated or under the influence. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this accommodation — especially for solo female travelers.

• Gerald (7/5): Fine similar to a motel. - Convenient So called small suite are another room that is adjoining to a kitchenette room. The adjoining room door is not sound and smell proof. So cooking smell engulf the suite room. Beds not comfortable as they add a layer above and keeps running off. Shower door handle missing and soap holder broken.
