• Annelies (9/5): Heel fijn hotel, gastvrij, bussen en metro vlakbij (200 m) - Kamers zijn ruim met enorme bedden, heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, gastvrij ontvangen. Hotel ligt vlak bij een metrostation. Vliegveld (kleine) makkelijk bereikbaar De wijk achter het hotel is rustig, veilig met weinig toerisme. Uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer was geweldig De ontbijtzaal was niet erg sfeervol, alles wat verouderd, tapijt niet zo netjes meer en alle lampen waren vreemd opgehangen. Mijn kamer was groot maar als de buren thuiskwamen of weggingen zat ik rechtop in bed. De deuren slaan heel hard dicht. Ook mijn badkamer was wat oud, niet meer zo netjes

• Tatiana (9/5): Very good hotel. Recommend. - Very good breakfast - lots of vegetables and fruits. The minibar was every day updated + 1l of water (rare option in hotels). The bed linen is snow-white and changed several times during my stay (11 nights). Near the metro. A huge number of cafes/restaurants where to eat nearby. Poor soundproof.

• Polina (7/5): Хороший отель ,примерно 4 звёзд с удобным расположением у станции метро - Хороший отель,все по ожиданиям.Местоположение отличное,рядом с метро ,час до аэропорта Сабиха,прямая ветка.Номер обновленный,чисто,постельное белье белоснежное,кровати удобные.В номере чайник,растворимый кофе.Завтрак турецкий ,как в Турции принято-достаточно много фруктов,овощей,разнообразный.Персонал любезный,с большой радостью ждёт чаевых Все,что писали в отзывах ранее-правда,ванная требует обновления.Стоимость несколько завышена,в номерах нет халатов(может для кого это будет важно)

• Fedor (7/5): Overall, a solid hotel with an excellent location and good service - The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful panoramic windows that made it feel bright and comfortable. The restaurant located on the ground floor was excellent — great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is very convenient, with a metro station and a large shopping mall just nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and it was especially nice to see vegetarian and vegan options clearly available within the buffet selection. The “large” bed in the room was actually made up of two smaller beds pushed together, which tended to separate and was uncomfortable. For a hotel positioning itself as five-star, some updates are needed: the bathroom equipment feels slightly worn, and certain areas of the room could use fresh paint. There was also a noticeable sewage smell in the toilet. The swimming pool was very cold during the winter season. The hotel description should clearly state that the sauna and hammam facilities are separated for men and women only. The pool area interior could also benefit from some light renovation.
• Daniel S46 (7/5): - Proximity to the metro station (Kadiköy - Sabiha Gökçen Airport) line and also a mall. The lights in the room are pleasant and the room was larger than most hotel rooms because it was a triple occupancy room. Sewage smell in the bathroom (nor constant but when it happens it is revolting). The bed sheets are mixed with synthetic materials that make me sweat. I was assigned a room near the elevator though the hotel seemed to be more than half empty (what goes on in the corridor in heard in the room). Clumsy WiFi connection system ( was not able to connect to the WiFi and gave up after a few tries).

• Tien (8/5): - The facilities. Gym, pool, saunas etc. The hotel seems old. I thought it could do with a refresh, especially the room. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Felt the same every day. The staff seem to treat Turkish guests better. Maybe because they speak the same language.

• Turgay (6/5): Ich muss nicht nochmal Dasein - Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe vom Metro. Wir hatten Verbindung überall. Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen.! Das Mobiliar ist sehr veraltet, Badezimmer hatte einige Schimmel ecken.

• miri_79uk (8/5): I will say 4 stars hotel - This hotel is close to the metro station.The staff are very good.Rooms are not so bad but the bathroom needs a good refresh. The breakfast was very good, containing different types of dishes (Eggs, pastries, cookies, cheese, bread etc) As a tourist in Turkey as was expecting to have the option for Turkish coffee instead of the coffee machine with powdered milk which I couldn't drink.

I would never consider for a stay on business trips as everything would be closed after a long work day. Not value for money.

Diger yone gidince iki durak sonra marmaray ile birlesiyor. Otelin kapali yuzme havuzu ve kahvaltisi harika. Odalar ferah ve yataklar cok rahat. Istanbulda bir cok otelde ikamet ettim. Hilton kalitesine cok yakin bir kaliteye sahip Byotel. Ekip cok saygili ve fuzuli lavbali degil. Bu yil iki kez daha gitcem rezervasyonumu yaptim bile -

• Flightinstructor77 (8/5): Comfortable stay - I book this hotel due to convenient location for a business meeting. Single room was spacious enough with a huge and comfortable king size bed. Helpful staff from the very beginning, easy check in/out. However, hotel needs an urgent refurbishment to keep the category. Indeed breakfast is too simple, more variety should be a must.

• Khaled (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett, man hat uns ein größeres Zimmer gegeben als das gebuchte Zimmer (32 Quadratmeter statt 25 qm), die Lage sehr nah an der Metrostation Kozyatagi, von der man nach Sabiha Göcken Airport fahren kann. Das Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Alles war gut.
