- Hacer (6/5): - Alles sehr sauber. Zimmer groß und Lage zentral. Spa gehört nicht direkt zum Hotel. Sondern ist im Einkaufszentrum nebenan. Bzw. Gehört es zum Fitnesszenter im Nebengebäude.

- Michal (10/5): - Všetko bolo úžasné, super poloha, hotel sa nachádza v nákupnom centre a v suteréne je hneď stanica metra. Izba čistá, raňajky super. Personál makal ako o život. Jediné mínus, to je asi len naša chyba, je síce vysoký matrac, ale dosť mäkký na nás. Odporúčame

- Markéta (10/5): 2 denní pobyt - Náš 2 denní pobyt jsme si s mamkou maximálně užily. Check in bezproblémový, pokoj čistý a útulný, postele včetně matrací perfektní. Dostupnost do centra vynikající - metro doslova pár metrů od hotelu. Tento hotel jsme volily také s ohledem na krátkou vzdálenost a to i pěšmo k 02 aréně, kam jsme šly na koncert. Pobyt jsem rezervovala rok předem a "vychytala" i super akční cenu, takže maximální spokojenost. Snídaně byly "wow", nechybělo tam snad nic - pouze do kávovarů by mohlo být mléko doléváno pravidelně, protože samotná káva mi nechutnala. Opravdu tento hotel doporučuji!

- Jens (9/5): Sehr gross, was man aber nur beim Frühstück merkt. Gut organisiert, tolles Hotel - Perfekte Lage, direkt an der U-Bahn, keine 20min ins Zentrum Prags. Zu wenig Kaffeeautomaten für frischen Kaffee, wer keinen Filterkaffee will, steht an.

- Ahmet Tuna (9/5): - Büyük bir otel, odalar rahat ve büyük. Temiz, banyosu herşeyi gayet yeni ve güzel. Alışveriş merkezinin içinde ama saat 19.30da kapanıyor. Havuz ve jakuzilerden yararlanmak güzel ancak bunlar otelin tam olarak içinde değil, alışveriş merkezinde bulunan özel bir spor salonunda bulunuyorlar. Yine de yararlanmak güzel tabi. Şehir merkezine metro ile çok kolayca gidiliyor. Metro istasyonuna alışveriş merkezinden direk gidiliyor. Ulaşım açısından çok rahat gerçekten. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Özellikle avrupa kahvaltısının çok önünde herşey var. Bence fiyatı biraz yüksek

Na posteli byly nesmyslně vysoké matrace, vedle postele běžné nízké noční stolky, takže při ležení v posteli nepoužitelné (pokud nechcete v noci spadnout z postele). Přes den není možné si na postel sednout a na sezení bylo pouze jedno křesílko - pro dva lidi nepraktické vybavení...

- Peter (8/5): Utroligt rent og nydeligt sted, med nem adgang til offentlig transport. - Utroligt rent alle steder. Indkøbscenter under hotellet og ligeså metro. Desuden var der busser og sportsvogne lige ude foran hotellet. Kedelig bydel. Personalet i morgenmadsrestaurant triste og uden smil. Den lune morgenmad virkede halvlunken, omend morgenmaden var fin og der var masser at vælge imellem. Parkeringsforhold fine, men voldsomt dyre.

- Věra (10/5): Příjemný, moderní hotel s výbornou lokalitou - Hotel kousek od O2 Arény, pěšky asi 10 minut, potěšila možnost (placeného) parkování v garáži, nemusela jsem složitě hledat,kde auto zaparkovat. Snídaně za nás famózní,každý si tam najde,co mu chutná. Celkově jsme byly s dcerou nadšené,pokoj čistý,uklizený,moderní, s výhledem,byl tam klid,sousedy nešlo slyšet,na pokoji potěšila zdarma láhev vody. Hotel je propojený s obchodní galerií a vstupem do metra. Nic mne nenapadá, snad jen nemám ráda vanu se zástěnou,ale to už je spíš moje osobní preference 🙂

- Petra (10/5): - Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné, čisté pre nás dokonalé. Personál bol milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Izba bola pekne zariadená, posteľ pohodlná a všetko bolo pripravené na bezproblémový pobyt. Oceňujem aj dobrú lokalitu a pokojnú atmosféru. Celkovo sme boli veľmi spokojní a radi sa sem v budúcnosti vrátime. Určite odporúčam. Mne sa páčilo všetko

- Witold (10/5): Pobyt udany - zwiedziłem co zamierzałem, a darmowa komunikacja miejska dla 65+ to duży plus. - Świetny hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji nad centrum handlowym i stacją metra. Wygodne i widne pokoje. Obok hotelu kilka barów gdzie można tanio i szybko zjeść. Wyśmienite śniadania. Bardzo zły wjazd na parking. Wąska droga wjazdowa w kształcie rynny i bardzo wysokie betonowe krawężniki na których widać ślady uszkodzonych felg. Mnie również to spotkało za co bardzo duży duży minus.

- drorit (10/5): מלון מעולה . מאד נהננו מכל שירותיו. - המלון נמצא בסמוך עם דלת לקניון לקניות וכן ארוחות השלמה. קיים מעבר בין המלון למטרו, מאד נוח. המלון אינו במרכז אך נוח מאד להגיע ממנו למרכז. רמת הצוות גבוהה מאד בכל נושא לו היינו זקוקים.

- Tetiana (8/5): Overall it was ok. - The spacious room, the tea corner in the room, cleanleness of the room and new furniture The issue with air conditioning: the fresh air was not enough and it produced extra sound and it’s impossible to sleep enough to rest. Breakfast: very poor choice of the fresh vegetables and leaves of salads/ greens.
- Star2099 (8/5): Great hotel 10 mins from city center - We recently stayed at the Clarion Congress for 3 nights as first time tourists to Prague. We prefer our accommodation to be away from the city center, and this was perfect. With access to the metro via the adjoining shopping mall, the commute took just over 10 mins on the B line, so getting in and out of town was no issue. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, and I would highly recommend. We arrived almost 2 hours before check-in thinking we'd have to wait, but as our room was available we were gratefully given early check-in. Petra was fantastic! She promptly carried out the essential admin tasks before giving us a virtual tour of the city on the map she provided, along with info on how to access the metro etc. She truly is an asset and an ambassador for your hotel. Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean (a theme for the whole hotel). The bed was huge and comfortable, w and the large window offered a view of the small park across from the hotel. Air-conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature and feeling fresh, the bathroom was clean with a decent shower. Plenty of storage for our clothes, with 2 laundry rooms on lower floors for last minute washing or ironing. Breakfast each morning was an experience, with probably the largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever experienced. It had everything! We enjoyed a cooked breakfast every day, accompanied by the freshly cooked pancakes and some of the hotels own honey. Coffee was from bean to cup machines, and my espresso was great. With a pastry to finish it off, we left each morning fully fueled for a day's exploring. We also had lunch in the hotel on our first day, and this was our only disappointment of our stay. We reviewed the menu online from our room before heading down to the bar area to order, but we were informed the online menus were not available and we were presented with a different menu. This was a reduced menu compare to what appeared online, and didn't have any of the dishes we were looking forward to trying. Not a big deal, but an easy fix to update the web page. As a note, the hotels access to the shopping mall brings you straight into a small food court with a decent choice from 5 or 6 vendors, so there is always additional options. Overall it was a great stay, and I would recommend to anyone looking a reasonably price stay away from the city center, but with great access to transport links.

- Lukáš (10/5): - Izbu som dostal skôr, nakoľko bola pripravená, vzorne čistá. Na raňajkách si bolo z čoho vyberať. Jedinú slabinu vidím v ponúkanej káve, iba jeden automat obsahoval zrnkovú kávu, ktorá chutila lepšie, zvyšné mali instantnú, ktorá nebola moc dobrá.

- Claudia (8/5): Presque parfait !!! - L’hôtel est très propre. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses, bien équipées et le petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé ! Le personnel est froid et le personnel du petit déjeuner était franchement désagréable. Lorsque j’ai voulu prendre un second cappuccino à la machine juste pendant qu’ils rangeaient le buffet, une dame m’a répondu grossièrement que c’était terminé et que je n’avais qu’à aller au bar si je voulais un deuxième cappuccino. Je comprends qu’ils voulaient fermer mais la manière de la dire était honteuse. Si l’on personnel traitait les clients comme ça j’aurais fait faillite depuis longtemps !
