Contrary to my assumptions and presumptions, I was amazed by the culture rich service mindset/mentality with all the staff members of the Hotel. I have no words to express my joy about the hospitality and love we have been cherished by the hotel, especially the reservation manager, Chutima and her colleague, Janira. They are really very responsive and helpful. The very well coordinated and top notch service of the team at food and beverage unit is very much appreciated. It is unfair not to recognize the excellent quality of services I received from this team, especially Oui, Joy, Dany and Oai. I thank you all!

When I entered the lobby (9 months after my last stay) Khun Kam at the reception knew my name on-the-spot and greeted me like this: This for me is MOST amazing! Next morning at the b`fast buffet the same thing: memorable (but more than that: the amazing food variety also stay " memorable"). Special thanks also to Tan, Beer and Toey for attentive service at the lounge ! Once again a most memorable stay.

Tea time from 2pm to 4 pm with sweets, Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm with selection is red and white wine, beers and cocktail menu. Variety of salads and canapé buffet. All day soft drinks and fruits. Hotels rooms need some maintenance, but overall are good rooms and helpful staff. We got upgraded for suite as a Dimond member. For the breakfast we had additional menu to choose from and special private area.

Was served by a friendly and amazing staff (Kam) who was really friendly in addressing our needs, including booking the massage for us and extending our rooms. Except for the room (which can be slightly old), it was quite pleasurable to stay here!
• 574RichardD (8/5): Could use a bit of a refresh, but overall a good experience - This hotel is a good place to stay but is somewhat in need of a refresh. The room was comfortable, if unremarkable. The executive lounge had a good supply of drinks and foods. There was an extensive breakfast buffet. My wife like the variety of equipment in the gym, but I found some of the equipment was not functional, such as the two upright exercise bikes that had issues with their cranksets. Likewise, some of the weight lifting equipment was out of order. There is a good spa with massages, though it is independently operated from the hotel. It is located within walking distance of a large mall (Terminal 21), where there are a variety of stores and massage providers.

As a Diamond member I use the executive lounge and have found this hotels executive lounge to be one of the best. I have stayed at many Hiltons in Bangkok but I always come back to this hotel. The staff is wonderful. I would like to give special thanks to Pinnaree, Tan, and Eyevie who really went out of their way to ensure my stay was fantastic. • Kelvin (6/5): Not of Hilton standard in any way - Location For a hotel of this price the facilities were disappointing Pool was poorly maintained and not much sunlight Tv was old style. I would think a smart tv is now standard especially for Hilton brand and the prices Breakfast was so so.
• Fahad (3/5): - This was a very poor stay and I will not book again. - The room AC turns off on auto mode when we leave, so the room is unbearably hot when we return. - The shower water suddenly becomes extremely hot. - Reception/bas communication was very difficult to reach; we had to call many times and wait long for responses. - Late check-out is very restricted. - No proper parking for guests’ bikes; guests have to wait under the sun. - Reception was hard to contact, and I was not allowed to speak directly with them. - After check-out, there was no bike service to take us to the parking, and we were left waiting because “we are busy.” We deserve proper service for what we paid. This experience was unacceptable—please improve and don’t use excuses, provide real solutions.

• Voyager47189668487 (10/5): “Exceptional Stay Made Memorable by Outstanding Service!” - We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bangkok from the 9th to the 14th. Me and my four friends initially planned to stay for a shorter duration and then move to another hotel, but our experience here completely changed our minds. The property, amenities, and overall atmosphere were excellent, but what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service we received. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-managed throughout our time there. A special thanks to Tia at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us during our stay, making sure all our concerns were handled and that we felt welcomed. Because of her support and kindness, we decided to continue our stay instead of switching hotels. She is truly an asset to the hotel. For reference, our bookings were made under the names Tushar, Mohit, and Manish. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

I found all staff to be very good in terms of service and friendliness, nothing was too much trouble. Room, faciliates and pool was to a good standard, excellent breakfast offering and Joy and the Team on breakfast were great , every day over my week long stay. Friendly Team in the executive lounge as well and great views. Would highly recommend

The airline lost my bag, and there was a mistake by the airline where they dropped off the wrong bag the concierge was able to translate and contact the airline and get the right bag dropped off for me. Hotel is very nice and the rooms are excellent but the staff’s willingness to go above and beyond is what really stood out.

The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff. However, I did notice that the property is starting to show its age. Some areas are in need of a bit of attention and updating to really bring the experience up to a premium level. With a little refreshment, this place would be unbeatable.
