• М (9/5): The room itself was comfortable and clean. - A good hotel in a convenient and safe location in Paris. There are many bakeries nearby with the most delicious pastries, and the surrounding streets are incredibly beautiful — you want to look around every corner. The room itself was comfortable and clean. There was a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, but it had not been refilled.

Hotel staff went extra mile and gave us room #25. Such attention to the details very impressive. Nothing to complain about, highly recommended.

Did not have breakfast as it did not look nice, but there are super nice bakeries close by to go instead.

La décoration de la chambre très datée; le manque d'espace dans la salle de bain: aucune possibilité de poser sa trousse de toilettes; les problèmes d'isolation phonique de la chambre située au rez-de-chaussée.

Удобно, что на стойке приема кто-то доступен круглосуточно. Недалеко от метро - минут 5-7 пешком. Тесновато, как в номерах, так и во всем отеле. Но так почти везде в Париже за приемлемые деньги.

• Michaela (6/5): Polite staff, good location, unclean - The location The room was really unclean. When we arrived there was used dental floss in the bin and everywhere was so dusty. So much so within 10minutes I couldn’t stop sneezing. There were hairs in the bathroom. It really put a downer on the stay as otherwise we would have been happy enough.

La habitación tenía una pequeña cocina con nevera y microondas. La cama muy cómoda. La moqueta del suelo y que es bastante pequeña sobre todo el baño.

• Steven (9/5): We enjoyed the hotel. - Larger room. Refrigerator didn't work when we arrived; staff had to swap it out. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work at all. We communicated this to staff; they checked it but said they couldn't swap it out. My wife had to use the hair dryer contained in the closet, but this had to be plugged in outside the bathroom.

Близко к метро и парку Очень грязно, ковролин просто был в ужасном состоянии, пятна и запах не давал уснуть, хотелось развернуться и уехать. Постель постирана, но в пятнах, пыльные шторы, неприятны запах из унитаза. Полотенца серого цвета. Покупала бумажные полотенца, шампунь и кондиционер с мылом. Так как их средствами невозможно пользоваться, они как вода. На завтраки не ходила, хватило условий в номере.

• Ramziia (10/5): - I loved everything about the hotel room. It was clean, cozy, beautiful, and warm. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will definitely come back here again! There is nothing that I didn't like.

Pour la 2e chambre, les lits simples étaient collés avec un drap et une housse de couette. Inadmissible. Pas de chauffage dans les salles de bains, en plein hiver, c'est parfait

• well-travelled (5/5): - Staff were helpful and generous with bottled water. The breakfasts are good, served in a lovely basement stone-vaulted room. Rooms have a writing table with chair. The rooms are basic and the beds rather worn and too close to the floor. Whilst the room was clean, the carpet was badly stained all over which made the room appear dirty and unpleasant. Closet space is minimal. And the bathroom is less than minimal - it's barely usable. For a larger/taller person it wld be very difficult to get into the shower.

• Jo Jacobs (10/5): Een thuis om terug te keren! - We hadden een kamer met kitchenette besteld. Het leek alsof we die niet kregen maar de deur daarvan bleek per abuis op slot. Toen we het probleem benoemden, werd het binnen no time opgelost en op een hele klantvriendelijke manier. Perfect hotel met erg fijne service. Heel klantgericht. Bedankt! De parkeergarage was even onduidelijk toen we arriveerden, maar ook dit werd snel duidelijk door hulp van het personeel.
