Important Information

GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Individuals under the age of 18 can only stay at the Hostel when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the same room. The room must be private. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel. PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 30lbs/14kg Kindly note food purchased outside the hostel cannot be brought in or consumed in Generator Hostel London.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Paikkana koululuokille ja nuorten ryhmille hyvä. Mielestäni kahden hlön huoneesta noin 100€ yön hintaan olisin toivonut kunnolla lämpimämmän veden suihkuun sekä enemmän suihkutilassa naulakoita laskea vaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Kahden hlön huoneissa voisi olla pieni jääkaappi sekä isompi peili. Äänieristystä käytävälle ei ollut: Luokkaretki lapset pitivät ääntä käytävässä puolille öin asti. Hiljaisuus käytävällä olisi hyvä alkaa klo 23.00 (11 pm). Yövyimme neljä yötä.

Nicola (5/5): Caotico ma in emergenza ci tornerei - Struttura stupenda e staff gentilissimo Bunk bed abbastanza pulito, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Non è colpa della struttura! ma nel mio soggiorno a febbraio ho trovato l’ostello overbooked di classi in gita scolastica! Nessun adulto vuole condividere bagni con adolescenti che fissano e disturbano tutto il tempo, affollano in maniera allucinante e devi aspettare più di un ora per fare colazione.

Then the blasay attitude of everyone their, absolute money grabbers, ur not cool thinking giving millennial names is more asthetics, things cobble streets with no real foot path to stroll ur case. Like we are in the dark ages

manon (8/5): Parfait pour visiter Londres sans se ruiner côté hébergement - Établissement assez spacieux, parfaitement adapté aux voyageurs, aux familles, aux étudiants ainsi qu’aux groupes scolaires. Son emplacement est très pratique, juste à côté de la gare, à proximité du métro et de petites supérettes. Le tout se situe dans un quartier agréable de Londres, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. La propreté, notamment dans les chambres est à revoir, tout comme l’accès aux casiers situés sous les lits superposés, qui est vraiment peu pratique au quotidien.

Eric (1/5): Bad stay in London - Not a lot The room, the children running around at 11-30 in the evening, the music blaring till 1am, breakfast not on time, I could go on and on, this hotel/ hostel is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in, for £390 plus for 2 nights with nothing in the room as far as I'm concerned is a rip off and paying extra for breakfast is adding insult to injury, I think I'll stop there as I'm just getting angrier and angrier, I would not stay in this place if it was the only one to stay in, I would rather sleep rough?

They have hygienic products that you can buy at the front-desk (tampons, condoms and et.). The breakfast was good nothing special but more than enough. Hit the Road (5/5): A disturbed night..... - The staff and location were good. You get what you pay for and unfortunately, in my small 4 person dormitory, we had a person who made noise or got up and down from his top bunk, numerous times, and even forgot his access pass on one occasion, which required him to knock on the door. Also, in my opinion, there were not enough showers and sinks, but at least they were clean initially.

Lots of restaurants and coffe shops, even a supermarket. The rooms are pretty worn down and although clean enough, it's not a confortable space to be. The space is very limited. The wifi didn't work and cell reception was bad, made it impossible to work from there.

There was so charging ports or individual lights for the beds, there’s no where for your belongings in the shower, so they get wet. The dryers don’t dry your clothes.
