• Fahad (9/5): اشكر كل من ساهم في جعل الفندق جميل ونظيف جداً جداً - الموقع جيد جداً والخدمات من Reciption جدا جداً ممتازه ، ولكن خدمه الغرف من الموظفات غير متوقعه من التعامل الغير متوقع وفتح باب الغرفه بدون أذن ورفع الصوط لكي يدخلون وهذا اسلوب مزعج جدا جداً المعامله الحسنه والأسلوب المهذب لانه غير متوقع من العاملات مما يؤدي الي عدم الرجوع الي الفندق بالرغم من راحتي التامه في الغرف الكبيره والمرتبه . نرجو من اداره الفندق اتخاذ اللازم لكي استمر وارجع الي الفندق اجدد شكري الي موظفي المطعم وموظفي المقدمه Reception

Porsiyonlar hem küçük hem de lezzetli bir şey yemedik. Pizza ve salata diğer yiyeceklere göre iyi denebilir. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe şeklindeydi. Onda da sıcak olarak sunulan hiç bir şeyi yiyemedik, lezzetsizdi. Yemek olayı çözülse tekrar tercih edilebilir.

• Ayten (10/5): I have nothing to fault about this hotel and we had a great experience from start to finish. - What a lovely experience my family and I had at Elite Hotel Dragos. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful (especially with directions). We had breakfast included with our package which was great as there was a lot to choose from and all very fresh. We had room service a couple of times which was also really nice and fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk to the main high street (which had a variety of restaurants and supermarkets), 20/25 minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk to the seaside (which I would recommend going at sunset as it was beautiful). I have nothing to fault about this hotel and we had a great experience from start to finish.

• Sairah (8/5): Overall the hotel is lovely, close to beautiful park and sea area, plenty of restaurants around, easy to get to malls an - The property was nice, cosy place, we originally got a triple room but it was not for our need so upgraded to a king suit which was a very generous size. All our requirements were met, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but a little basic. The pool is small, and quite deep for the younger children who are too old for the small children section. The rooms really need more wardrobe space, we were a family of 4 staying for a month and there was one single wardrobe with only hanging space and no shelves! Which meant living out of cases so not ideal.

The bed is not comfortable at all; and i wasn't able to sleep; or even stay in the room as it was extremely hot. I had to leave to the airport 4 hours ahead of time.

The property was noticeably unclean and gave off an abandoned vibe, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work at all, making the room unbearably hot and stuffy. Furthermore, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, leading to a restless and sleepless night. Considering these significant issues, the price I paid felt exorbitant and unjustified. Given these factors, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The only thing that wasn't satisfactory was the matress and the pillows. They were very very soft and not comfortable enough. We asked for a harder pillow but unfortunately they didn't have any different one.

• liambB6827BQ (8/5): Elite hotel dragos - Booked bed and breakfast. Lovely variety to choose from as well. Special mention to a very friendly kitchen chef who made me a lovely omelette. Also a very professional and courteous and friendly hotel manager who was excellent Rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a fantastic shower!!! Very well located for both dragos itself and only 15 minutes walk away from the malteppe ferry over to the local islands. So all in all great location! Nice facilities like a spa and Turkish barber. Lovely comfortable stay! All the staff were so professional and polite.

Didn't figure out how to use the wi-fi. It doesn't want to work with my foreigner ID sadly. The mattress is too soft for my opinion. The price wasn't reasonable for that kind of room and amenities.

The man who answered was very impatient and he closed the phone on us, SO RUDE...we went there before few times, gave lots of tips, shocking. Also, there was lots of noise on the 9th floor after 12 midnight, no sleep...we will not go back there.

Fotos do not represent this place as it is . Location is also far away from everything . Stayed here 10 days and that was way to long .

Anlage Preis Leistung Top! 2 Punkte die nicht so optimal waren ( subjektive) 1. die Klima Anlage war für mein Geschmack nicht kalt genug hab aber eine zweite Karte bekommen so das die Klima durchgehend an war und somit auch kühl:). 2. der fitness Raum ist eher mangelhaft leider. The hotel crew was very kind smily and helpful for any request or question i had. the room was clean specious and cozy. I like the shower who was design little bit as HAMAM. the breaskfeast was o.k and diverse. the location in asian part was very good cause it 15 min by walking to the metro or the fast train to the center of the city, and nearby bagdad street which full of shops coffeeshops and resturants. in the bottom line i realy like my staying here for 10 days!!
• Dayakanth (6/5): Good for an overnight stay! - Hotel is quite beautiful and it has all the facilities. Room is quite small but decent. The major issue is the communication because most of the staff don't speak English. Only the front desk staff were able to understand but not all. Not many options for breakfast, mostly they have cheese items, salad and fruits. Live station was there for omelette but it's difficult to explain to the staff what we want. If you want to sleep over for one night this is a good place!

Otel fena değildi ama fotoğraflarda Deniz’i gören bir kahvaltı salonu olmasına rağmen Deniz’i gören bir yeri yoktu. Sadece yatacak yer için tuttuk sadece güvenli bir konaklama idi beklentimiz. Ama 0 beklenti olmasına karşın araç otoparkı yoktu. Otelin arkasındaki sitelerin önüne çektik. Otel eğer anahtarı bize bırakmazsanız sorumluluk almayız dedi. Sonuçta anahtarın bırakılmaya mecbur bırakılması hiç hoş değildi. Odada tv çalışmıyordu. 3. Gün konaklamamız boyunca 3 kez söyledik yapılmadı. Temizlik iyiydi. Havuza girme beklentisi olan tercih etmesin. Kahvaltı fena değildi Petek bal güzeldi. Emanet bıraktığımız buz kalıplarını almak İçin 1 saat bekledik. Çok kötü değildi ama güzel hiç değildi.
• Dan (8/5): Elite Hotel Dragos - We stayed one week at Elite Hotel Dragos. The breakfast was good. We used the valet parking service and it was good. The swimming pool is rather small, and we would not mine if the temperature were a few degrees higher. The staff really try to make your stay a pleasant one. Within walking distance, you have cafe’s, restaurants and supermarket. Also, there is a big shopping center just a short drive from the hotel.

• M4557RNlisal (8/5): Elit Dragos Hotel - Hotel situated in Asia side of Istanbul. It has very good location not far away from supermarket, cafes, restaurants and nice promenade area. Hotel is very clean and has small swimming pool. Room was not very big but clean and cozy. Bathroom is good size, has amenities. The only thing which was bothering me is shower tap, was licking and was a lot of water on the floor after every shower

There were 2 flies in the room when I got out of the room with 611. We asked you to be removed. I would like to mention that we could not sleep until morning even though the room was filled with medication after we left the room. 3- The breakfast room was really sloppy when we got up in the morning and the coffee machine did not work 4-When I paid the bill to pay in advance, but the morning bill was ready during check out., bu t not ready. We waited for preparing it 15minutes 5- Your personnel are uninterested and do not judge the issue.
• Mahmoud (8/5): Over middel - Rolig, pænt og rent hotel, tæt på hovedgade og ikke langt fra gode restauranter og cafeer ved vandet. Alt i alt over middel. Receptionisten var sød og hjælpsom, der blev gjort rent hver dag og alt var i god stand.

• leegoffin54 (8/5): Lovely hotel - This hotel was selected for me to stay in following surgery in Istanbul. It is a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the hospital. My room on the eighth floor was big with an extremely comfortable super king size bed. TV, coffee,tea sugar and kettle. Complimentary bottled water daily. I hung the 'do not disturb 'sign up every day and I wasn't pestered by maids wanting to make up the room. Downstairs is a large lobby/lounge area with a bar at the far end. There is a mini gym, spa and hairdressers all within the hotel. Outside is a pool and gardens. All the staff are very professional , kind and helpful. Some speak English. The sea front is a good 20 minute walk which you can see from the upper windows of the hotel. Breakfast was 7 to 11am and if you wanted hot food its advisable to get down early. There is a good cereal selection, various breads, fruit, cheeses salads etc and hot buffet. This is a lovely hotel and I'd stay here again. My only 'moan' was the cigarette bin just outside the main door which wafted smoke in everytime it opened and made me cough.
• afeefm2018 (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely not worth calling it a 5 star hotel! - I dont know who have this hotel a 5 star, he must have been stoned not of sound mind. The room was so dusty the air conditioner wasnt working and they didnt even tell us or do anything about it. Next our laundry went missing (who steals dirty clothes? God only knows) the food omg dont get me started. It was terrible thats all i will say. Basically i reccomend that if you want to have a good stay. Avoid at all cost.

• kübra (6/5): 4 yildiza yakışmadı.. - Odaya girdigimde yerler suydu klima akıtmis demek odalar teslim edilmeden önce kontrol edilmiyor ama hemen mudahale edildi.Banyodaki havluda kocaman bi delik vardı.Minibar bombostu birde kullanildi mi diye çıkışta soruldu.Acikinca odaya yemek söyledim köfte o kadar kokuyordu gerceketen rahatsız ediciyDi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi bahçede yaptık.Havuza girmek istedik ama o kadar küçüktu ki ve konakaldığımız gün tur vardı tam bir kabustu.Yinede calisanlar çok guleryuzlu ilgilenerek magdur etmemeye calistilar.Birde arabamı valeye vermiştim sanırım kapalı otopark yoktu geldiğinde araba sıcaktan yanıyordu ve üzerinde kedi gezmisti:)

• erenates82 (8/5): Good - I been 2 days. I had good time Nice hotel room is clean and staff is friendly and good location near the sea, I saw 2 islands was beautiful and good but breakfast is so poor 😊but not 5 stars maybe 3 stars
• Alexandar_RN (2/5): Impossible to call this hotel 5 star...... - Absolutely not worth 5 star, maximum 3! Everything is really cheap made. When i arrived there, they even dont tell us that the terrace with the view is not working - which is the only one nice thing in this hotel . Swimming pool is really small with super cold water . Breakfast is poor , not much choice at all. The half of the staff is friendly and helpful, another part not , 90% of them are too young i think arround 18.... , absolutely not professional , how this is possible in 5 STAR hotel? The hotel is far and in not nice area. Beds are comfortable and big, room is also normal space, but cheap furnished. My room was in the end of the hallway and wi-fi didnt work. If you expect 5 star dont go there NEVER.
