- Philip (8/5): - Location wise it’s on Lang Susan road so very close to the shopping/business district of the Central World. Easy access to the BTS Room was clean modern and well maintained. Washer/dryer is a plus for longer stay. Breakfast was adequate with all major breakfast foods provided. Well priced hotel for what you get
- Keon14 (8/5): Bangkok Holiday - We stayed here for 6 nights. We had 2 bedroom accommodation equipped with 2 washrooms, a kitchenette and living room/dining area. It was quite suitable for our needs. It is a well staffed hotel who were always friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our booking. The breakfast area was well stocked and had more than ample choices in tea, coffee, yogurt, omelete station, etc. The rooftop pool was closed due to safety reasons because of a recent earthquake concerns. Some parts of the hotel needs a a little touch up of baseboards and paint. In the general hotel location there are a variety of transportation options, food establishments, and shopping venues. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here

- Nathaniel (10/5): Great rooftop pool, Great balcony views VIP feel - Great hotel, Great location great staff! This lobby and rooms had the feel of a VIP resort service level! The staff are truly seconded to NONE! From being greeted from our taxi with the car door being opened to bags being carried for us! They do have laundry services and complementary detergent at front desk! Airport shuttle wasn’t offered but they helped us arrange taxi! Loaded our bags into the taxi! Have an amazing edges rooftop pool! On the 35th floor! This is a must book so much to see in Bangkok, this was truly a beautiful place to come home each night!

- TILT2000 (4/5): Better hotels for less money! - Stayed at this hotel in Sept 2024 for 4 nights in a studio apartment. It's nestled away in a quite location in Bangkok. Not many bars or restaurants (apart from fast food) near. There are x3 7-11 near, Taco Bell on the corner, bakery and burger place within easy walking distance. Shame bar/restaurants at this establishment closed at 5pm. It certainly would make the hotel be more atmospheric if it stayed open into the evening. Which this hotel lacks. Only had breakfast one 300 BHT for a very poor selection. Not worth the money! The sky train is only a short walk away so we went to Nana for night life. The room itself was large as we opted for the studio apartments. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Free safe, x2 ring stove top, fridge and microwave. Mini fridge was nuts, crisp x2 cokes x2 beers which you pay for. Although x2 bottles of water was replaced daily for free. There was 2 sachets of coffee, cream and suger to see you over until you can get to the store. Cleanliness wasn't great. Good job I take disinfectant wipes with me everywhere. The room furniture and fittings were very tired looking and needs updating. Reception staff very welcoming. However, be prepared to wait 10 minutes for staff to check your room before you check out and have your deposit of 1000BHT returned

- PhantomOG (2/5): Water leakage, bad management, runing our vacation. - I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. As a seasoned traveler who has been to Thailand over 30 times and stayed at a wide range of accommodations, from the luxurious Mandarin Oriental to the budget Chinatown hotels, I expected a certain level of service and quality. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, we were a group of 6, 3 moms and 3 kids. The hotel was a good 15-minute walk from the nearest BTS station. It would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel had provided a shuttle service like many of your competitors do. The complimentary breakfast provided was an absolute disappointment, failing to meet even the basic standards one would expect from a hotel of this price range. The selection and quality were far below the level I have experienced at other similarly priced accommodations. The most unacceptable incident occurred on the fourth day of our stay when we discovered a significant water leak from the bathroom ceiling in one of the rooms. We immediately notified the management, only to be met with an appalling lack of urgency and responsiveness. It was not until the following evening, during dinner time, that a technician was finally sent to address the problem. By then, the room's carpet was completely soaked, and the technician's attempt to fix the issue created an even bigger mess, with dust and dirt scattered throughout the two affected rooms. Worse still, the technician entered the other room without our permission, where our valuables and money were kept. This was a severe breach of our privacy and security, and we were extremely uncomfortable with the situation. The technician's arrival during our planned dinner time forced us to cancel our evening plans and order food delivery, ruining our last night in Bangkok. When we requested that the manager be called to assess the situation, we were informed that he would arrive at 10:15 pm. Unfortunately, the manager never showed up, forcing us to cancel our evening plans and wait anxiously for a resolution. Exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to resign ourselves to sleeping in the unsanitary conditions of the hotel's negligence. The following day, when we attempted to discuss the matter with the manager during checkout, he claimed that he had not been informed of the incident despite being on the premises until 10:30 pm the previous night. His half-hearted apology and suggestion that the staff was not performing their duties adequately only added insult to injury. I am deeply disappointed that my family's vacation was marred by such a poor experience at your hotel. I can only hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve your management, training, and responsiveness to ensure that no other guests have to endure the same level of disappointment and inconvenience that we faced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

Fantastic size two room apartment perfect for families. Beautiful roof top swimming pool.Smart location, nice park short walk away, quiet location from the hustle and bustle of central city. Had lovely meal in the restaurant.
- 823agnest (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool was good too. Location is good as well but i hope they offer free shuttle (tuktuk). The price is a bit higher compared to the other 5star hotels. The lobby is spacious. The staffs are very accommodating.
- _louistjh (4/5): Aircon needs servicing! - Service was okay and timely when we ask for amenities. However, we had a terrible experience with their aircon as we all know the weather in bangkok is very hot! The aircon wasn't working since we were went out in the morning. We notify the staff to go ahead while we are away and check the aircon, but nothing was until we were at 3am at night. We remember that we told the front desk staff to check at least 3 times. A technician finally came to check on the 3rd time reporting & said he needs an 1 hour to fix. So we had to ask to change our room because we were too tired for the day & we can't be waiting for an hour, the front desk agreed. Right now, in our new room, after coming back from our day activities, the living room aircon is not blowing cold air at all. I just showered and i can't sit in the living for too long, i felt warm & about to perspire. I really think the hotel require some sort of aircon maintenance to check the servicibilty of your rooms!

- NorthStar01398511784 (10/5): I love this hotel - I stayed 23-26 October and 27-30 October 2023. Check-in process was fast. The first time to stay they upgraded my room to studio with the balcony and the second time upgraded to one bed room on 33 floor and I love this room so much and very appreciate that (THANK YOU SO MUCH!) the room was very big and clean, can see the view in Bangkok. It was very perfect!!! The breakfast was good but not so much options. Staffs are helpful and friendly especially the bell boys they are very nice. The location is good near 7-11, 6-8 mins to Main Street and BTS (You should walk to exit 2 from the train it is easier to walk to the hotel) before staff told me to use exit 6 but that was very far and difficult to walk! I recommend this hotel!!!

Staff were very helpful and change our suite to much better one on higher levels. Overall a pleasant stay but remember this is not a luxury place and it is a little outdated.

Close enough to main shopping centres, but tucked away. Massage places and 7-11s nearby, within 1 to 5 minutes walking distance.

- Rapounzel96 (10/5): Bangkok❤️ - A nice hotel. Clean and big room. There was a kitchen too. 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets. Nice pool on 33rd floor, breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the centre. I would recommend it. You can use bolt for transportation, because the normal taxis and tuk tuks are charging a lot of money.

Understands english and get things settled fast for me. Beds are comfortable but pillows are a little too soft. Gym is wonderful and pool is great. Overall amazing stay. We will be back again.
- daviddH5309VU (10/5): Great Choice - Great accommodation, in a good area of Bangkok. We had a great view and balcony on the 26th floor. The pool had great views aswell. Rooms were nice. The beds were very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The carpark was very close and easy to navigate.
- Jeremiahwangcm (4/5): Haunted Apartment, Decent Services - Was here in Room No. 1401 for a week in August from 24th Aug - 30th Aug, used to stay in this apartment pre covid-19 during my visits to Bangkok every year multiple times. The room which we stayed was a 2 Bedroom Apartment but it was in bad shape as it was haunted and there was a Black Shadow Spirit in the unit at the masterbed room and toilet area. Everytime whenever we showered the whole unit will trip and no electricity and also our main door would open by itself even after checking on it multiple times. We were staying here for a week and it happened 3 times during our stay! Creepy as hell. Having said that, rooms were clean everyday and it was clean but spooky in the inside... Services of staff was as good as before, friendly and helpful. The night-shift security officer was really courteous and salutes to us whenever we get back to the apartment 👍 We did inform the Recep during our check out about that particular unit which was spooky and haunted, hope they do something about it.

- Manoj (10/5): - It was nice stay in Urbana Langsuan Hotel. The kitchen was closed so I need to go out to eat. There is no pool attendant at swimming pool, no towels available, jacuzzi was out of order. Rest was fine.

- Kuan (2/5): Bad services and Bad security practises - Bad Experience with the staff and the room. Hotel did not take due diligence to have honest driver to services the guest and also security practise is bad. Hotel recommended us to use the hotel driver to visit the floating market and Maekong Train Market Tour. We accepted the price. But the driver bought us to take the boat tour which cost 3000Baht per boat ( 4person ) which is motorise where is there option which cost 150Baht per person by manual row which we later found out. The driver should at least advise us the option and let us choose. Price difference is TOO MUCH!! 2nd BAD experience, same driver offer to send us to the airport at 300baht and later change of driver the next day and charge us 700baht. The orginal driver did not even tell us will be other driver. The worst was that the hotel porter loaded our lugguage onto the car when the driver told the porter he is here to pick us base on room number. We did not even know when we saw our luggages in the car and wonder why our luggages is inside an unknown car. The porter should at least seek permission before loading the luggages.

- Professor John Michael (6/5): NICE PLACE BUT THE STAFF ARE APPALLINGLY BAD!! - THE GOOD Urbana Langsuan in Bangkok is a very nice apartment property. My wife and I have stayed many times there so we do obviously like the place. This most recent visit on 9-10 July 2019 was very pleasant. We had a lovely room with a great view. THE BAD Check in when we arrived at Urbana Langsuan on 9 July took more or less forever. Photocopies of driver's licence and my Thai wife's identity card, filling out registration form, handing over an obligatory deposit of 1,000 baht. The process with no-one waiting before us took way too long at more than 10 minutes. My request for a possible upgrade from the Studio room to a One bedroom apartment of course fell on the usual Thai deaf ears. Don't ever expect anything for nothing in Thailand. The worst part of this visit was when I needed tea and sugar to be brought to our room. My wife phoned once and was told it would come in a few minutes. That didn't happen. She phoned again two hours later. "Solly solly, we bring now". That of course didn't happen either. Finally, after some three hours from the original request for tea and sugar, I went to reception and gave the people there a proper serve, asking then if they'd ever heard of customer service. Yes, Urbana Langsuan is a very nice apartment place and very conveniently located in Bangkok. But, the staff are appallingly bad. They really have no idea what customer service is and make no effort at all on their guests' behalf. Such a disappointment.

Took some photos and showed to frontdesk, they did offer me things to make up what happened but I would like them to improve on the cleaning part. This is unacceptable and make me feel like I'd never wanna stay in this hotel again. I wish I can upload picture of those cockroachs here.

The rooms were very dimly lit and in poor condition. Breakfast was below average. Overall service was very bad! Please do not stay here.

- Kiran (6/5): 7 night shopping visit to Bangkok in November..... - Good location. Walking distance from most malls. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Comfortable room but could do with better amenities. Kitchen had plates but no bowls. Difficult to have noodles n soup. They did not provide bowls even after asking. So am guessing they didn’t have any. Bathrooms had mirrors but no mirrors in bedrooms. Master bedroom had connected toilet but 2nd bedroom toilet was atleast 15/20 ft away from room. Rooms lacked luggage tables. Packing unpacking was done sitting on floor or bending over. Very uncompromising staff. Despite a 7 night stay we were refused a 1 hr extension for late checkout. And hotel was not running full occupancy. Hotel lacked a travel desk. So was difficult to get information. Reception had only 2 people so was difficult to get a word in at any time. Breakfast was decent.. ends at 10am on weekdays. Restaurant staff was friendly n concierage service was very helpful. If Bangkok is a shopping trip then would definitely recommend this hotel. If it’s your first trip then give this place a skip as no travel desk.

Great location and nice looking hotel still- price very reasonable - breakfast price was not reasonable

- joseph (6/5): Horrible check in experience - We had a bad and unfriendly check in experience with a quite unfriendly receptionist. Our reservation included buffet breakfast but there must have been a comunicación error between Expedia and the Hotel and the receptionist kept insisting on no breakfast but in a nasty way and instrusting way. Many unfriendly facial features! Finally the internet of the hotel worked and I was able to download the complete reservation. I went downstairs and showed the receptionist and she took a picture and said she would get back to us which she never did... I also said I wanted to talk to the manager in charge and i was never able to do so. Later in my stay I then realized how friendly the rest of the staff was except for the lady that checked us in.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Spend the money and go nicer. - Understaffed. Called for laundry pick up took so long I ended up bring it down myself. Takes awhile for maids to get rooms cleaned. Was told the jacuzzi would be out of service for a month, which is one of the reasons I booked. The elevators are old and slow and there’s not enough of them. The lobby looks fancy. Location isn’t great. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere in a better location that is nicer, newer, and with enough staff.
- jean (6/5): Very affordable price but ... - Spacious rooms, good price and good for families. However location is a tad out of the way. Rooms are very dusty, can be cleaner. Many dirty corners, crumbs left behind, baby cockroaches etc. Not for me. Stains and mouldy toilets.

It has some outdated things in the room, but it's a place to stay if you are spending your holiday with 2 - 4 people. And there's a 7 eleven close by the hotel. Good for late snacks and beverages. A little bit further down the street there a Starbucks. A place worth spending your time with family and friends.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointing - My family & I visit BKK every year, & we will always stay in Urbana Langsuan as we liked the idea of sharing the same apartment. However, we have saw the standards getting lower each year. Our shower was faulty this time - 1) water goes from cold to hot suddenly (& vice vesa) 2) water was squirting out of the shower connecting pipe 3) the shower handle broke off but we managed to screw it back in 4) entire shower body came off - not exaggerating, this was really what happened. The floor was also sticky & tables were dusty. We probably will try out another hotel during our next visit. This is unacceptable considering we come back every year & saw the drop in room standards.

Wasn't crazy about the 1000 baht deposit at check in or the damages charge list in the room. It was ok for one night but I've had better experiences in Bangkok
- Celine (6/5): Good location - Stayed there 3 years ago and noticed the aging of the hotel. Nice and helpful staff in the lobby and restaurant. Housekeeping not that great, some days forgot to leave toilet papers, or hand towels, to refill shower gel or to remove thrash. Called for a scale and never got it. Booked a 2 bedroom for 4 persons and didn't have enough flatware. Had to request an additional chair as we had only 3 chairs.
- Ivy (6/5): Aged serviced apartment - The Good: Spacious. 15mins walking distance to CentralWorld and Big C. The Bad: Air con in one of the rooms stopped working on 2nd night. No in room slipper were provided and the floor condition wasn’t perfectly clean when we checked in. No curtain at the bathtub shower to prevent water from flowing to the floor. Poorly maintained bathrooms.
- CRAIG (6/5): URBANA @ LANGSUAN - Aircon in the room (room3103)is working fine but there's this glass partition between the bedroom and the aircon, making it stuffy and hot at night despite me blasting the aircon. 2nd issue is with the key access to the room. I have got to proceed to the reception twice to reset the key but still can't work and was told the key system has no battery. This is a hassle that can be prevented. Other than that the checkin and check out process is alright.
- Brendan (4/5): Not the best place I've stayed - The hotel is set back from the road and a bit difficult to find the entrance which is not a good start. Some of the staff were very good as you expect in Thailand but more where not that friendly or helpful. The breakfast buffet was just OK in range and service. The room had previous occupant underwear still in room when we got there. Costs for massages just well over the top at Hotel compared to reputable business houses almost next door. No instructions to use the washing machine or anything else. Crockery and cutlery in limited supply in room. Bed rock hard. I've said enough.
