• Jade (7/5): Razoável. - A localização era a melhor sem dúvidas. O tamanho do quarto era bom também. Tivemos o azar de não ter Wi-Fi durante toda a nossa hospedagem. O host disse que estava com problemas no provedor de internet, enfim, foi muito ruim ficar 4 dias em um hotel que não tem nem internet (sendo que quem paga em real paga muito caro em hospedagem). O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e desconfortável, uma pessoa grande não cabe lá dentro. Outro detalhe mas eu já sabia, tem muitas escadas para subir por ser um prédio histórico.
• Willames (1/5): Uma bosta - Nada Lugar muito rústico, banheiro estava sujo, escadas parece que o 2° andar é o 4º de tantas escadas que sobe, Wi-Fi não funciona, sendo bem sincero me arrependi desse lugar paguei quase R$ 1.700 por duas noites mal pagas. Fiz uma euro trip peguei muitos lugares simples porém bem aconchegante aqui foi o primeiro e o pior.

• Papp (4/5): - Elhelyezkedés, tágas, biztonságos, csendes volt. Nem voltak hangoskodók. Nagyon magas emeletek vannak, lift nélkül, amiről nem tudtunk. 4.emelet kb 8. emeletnek felel meg. Nem mentünk vissza a szállásra napközben pihenni, mert nem bírtuk a lépcsőzést, pedig fiatalok vagyunk. Az ingyen wifihez nem kaptuk meg a jelszót és hiába kerestem a személyzetet, nem volt senki a recepción. Az ágyon takaró nem volt, a szekrényből vettül ki amin nem volt ágyneműhúzat. A magas épület miatt alig van nyomás a zuhanyzóban. A konyha közös több családdal. A leg nagyobb csalódás a magas lépcső volt.
• Batista (8/5): Amazing location with the downsides of being in a busy noisy area. - Very good location, close to great restaurants and shops. Lots of noise at night as the windows didn’t isolate the noise from outside. Stairs make very hard to mange heavy luggages.

• RICHARD (3/5): - The location was phenomenal however the lack of elevators is a huge problem if you have luggage. Also due to the age of the facility the lack of adequate air conditioning is a problem. There are no staff at check-in and there is no one to speak with in the event of needs that you may have. I would not recommend this hotel which is actually more like a rental by owner to anyone The stairs to get to the room were 95 steps to the third floor and another 12 to the 4th floor, also the air conditioning system is outdated

• McIsaac (4/5): Very disappointed - The description of the room did not match what we had. It was like we were in a little dark hole. Lots of stairs and really nothing special about the place.

• Timothy (7/5): Good value in proximity to sites - Very good location to city center to all popular sites and good restaurants. Air conditioning was lacking to be cold and help keep room cool. Couldn’t imagine being in the heat of summer, as we were they in the Spring time for Italy where it’s typically cool in morning and warm at best during day.

• Aurelie (7/5): Le séjour était très agréable avec une chambre au calme. - L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien située. A proximité de la plazza d'Espagne et fontaine de trévi. Pour trouver un restaurant pas de problème. Il faut monter 4 Etage mais ce n'est pas dérangeant pour une famille. La chambre était spacieuse sous les toits et calme malgré le fait que nous soyons en centre ville. Les équipements sont sommaire. Il manque du rangement pour mettre les affaires de 4 personnes. Pas de table de nuit pour les lits simple. Dans la salle de bain, nous ne pouvons pas poser nos affaires. il manque un meuble. Sinon la douche est agréable. La chambre est très propre. Les lits sont un peu dur mais confort. Tout les jours nos draps était fait et changé si besoin. Nous n'avons eut aucun contact avec les propriétaires, tout se fait par SMS. Pas de petit déjeuné possible sur place. Manque de rangement.
• Roger (8/5): - Check In sehr einfach und unkomliziert, sympathischer Kontakt via Whatsapp, Die Lager ist Hervorragend, man kann praktisch alles Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Auch wenn man sich für Shopping interessiert ist die Lager sehr gut.
• Reg (9/5): Struttura eccezionale - Piano attico ben rifinito e spazioso. Posizione centralissima e staff molto molto cortese che ci ha permesso di lasciare pure i bagagli nel salottino comune fino al pomeriggio della nostra partenza. Struttura assolutamente consigliata che prenoteremo per i nostri prossimi soggiorni a Roma.

• Natalia (7/5): Un buen lugar en Roma que pierde por detalles - La ubicación, al lado de todo. La nevera que no hacía ruido. Es amplio. Es silencioso de la calle. El caudal de la ducha, te quemaba o te congelabas, si conseguías templado no había caudal. El ruido de la cisterna. No había espejo (que no fuese el del baño) ni escritorio en la habitación. No cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas en 5 noches. No reponian el papel higiénico y nos quedamos sin el la 4 noche. Faltaba una balda en el baño para poder ser cómoda. No había forma de dejar seguras las maletas las dejas en recepción y te fías, estaría bien unas taquillas que espacio tienen. El techo del baño tenía moho. La bañera era alta y la mampara estaba en el lado incorrecto. La puerta de la habitación no se podía cerrar con llave desde fuera.

• Cristina (8/5): Perfecta ubicación para conocer la ciudad - Lo mejor la situación, en pleno centro y con parada de bus, taxi y de metro al lado. Cambio de sábanas y toallas diario, una pequeña nevera y un hervidor de agua en la habitación que te permitía desayunar ahí. Instrucciones muy claras y precisas para acceso. Te dejan depositar las maletas cuando te vas hasta la hora del avión lo cual se agradece mucho. Comunicación por Whatsup fluida y muy amable Es una casa antigua por lo que hay que subir 3 pisos andando, no hay ascensor (nos lo habían avisado pero nos resultó duro). La habitación está bastante viejita y justita de tamaño, pero tiene muy buenas vistas.

It's not a bad place but it feels it’s not good value for money, it’s a bit more expensive than other hotels in the same category, and it looks much better in the pictures than in reality. I booked a four-bed room, but two of the beds were actually sofa beds. They were very uncomfortable. Mine was crooked, so I ended up sleeping at a 30º angle.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Świetnie - Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Właściciele są niezwykle mili i pomocni, dzięki czemu od samego początku czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze przyjęci. Lokalizacja jest świetna – wszędzie jest blisko, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po okolicy. Z okna pokoju rozciąga się piękny widok na fontannę, co dodaje temu miejscu wyjątkowego klimatu. Dużym plusem jest także bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem przez wiadomości. Wszystkie informacje były jasno i prosto wyjaśnione, dzięki czemu nie było żadnych problemów z zameldowaniem czy pobytem. To miejsce zdecydowanie warte polecenia – chętnie wrócimy ponownie. Jedynie brak windy ale w opisie było napisane że jej nie ma

• INES LLORET (9/5): Hotel en una ubicación perfecta. - Fuimos 4 personas, y estuvimos muy bien, era una habitación para cuatro personas muy espaciosa, lo único que pondría más seria otro espejo, ya que solo había uno en el baño, la limpieza excelente, las toallas las cambiaban a diario, lo que mejoraría seria los techos del baño, que les faltaba un poco de pintura para quitar unas manchas de humedad. Tampoco había ascensor, y es un cuarto piso, pero no fue mucha molestia ya que solo subíamos una vez al día, el check in muy fácil de hacer, las instrucciones muy bien dadas ya que llegamos a las 00.00 de la noche, la ubicación fantástica, si fuera otra vez a Roma volvería a alojarme en este hotel, precio-calidad para la buena ubicación creo que no se puede pedir más. Me gusto todo para el precio que tenia, no podía pedir más, lo único que mejoraría seria el techo del baño, que con una mano de pintura se soluciona.

• Мария (7/5): Учитывая что мы там находились только ночью и в принципе жильё было снято чтобы переночевать то нормально если вы туда е - Хорошее расположение и вид с окна Всё-таки тяжело подниматься на четвёртый этаж , не было абсолютно вайфая и не понравился тот факт что хоть и владельцы были милые и извинялись за этот факт, но сказали что проблема не у них, а у меня, но при этом 5 минут позже пока я ещё находилась в номере я слышала как с рецепции извинялись перед другими жильцами за неудобства с интернетом и что они пытаются решить эту проблему, но в моем случае у них все было классно,а с их точки зрения у меня была проблема, я этого не поняла…

Además pudimos dejar el equipaje hasta que nos dieron la habitación y al dejarla también. Todo me gustó, lo único que me costó un poco encontrarlo, pero enseguida llamé por teléfono y me indicaron a la perfección, además de interesarse por si al final llegué bien

• geoffrey (9/5): Overall I'm very happy with the standard - Room was great, lots of towels, cleaned every day. Location is wonderfully central for everything. They warn you about the stairs so it was expected but you need to be fairly fit to stay there. Great communication via whatsapp with the hotel direction. Great little kettle with tea and sugar, could have been nice with a sachet or two of Coffee, but no big deal. Stairs are tough when you have had a few drinks but you can hire a Sherpa at base camp !
